Very rude from the security to the staff everyone is rude

A new person in the AV asked me which hospital was better, Palmdale Regional or Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster. My mother-in-law had been a patient in both. My experience was that the Palmdale Hospital is still very new, clean, and looks great. The AV Hospital is a little worn and seems more cluttered and crowded. However, the AV hospital seemed warmer and friendlier. The staff and doctors worked with us better and were much more communicative. I don't know how important that is. But that aside, I hear that the Palmdale regional has some pretty high tech equipment.

ICU is closed to visitors from 6:30-8:30pm. Its not posted on-line. Found out the hard way. Hope this helps.

Horrible wait and bad employees who don't even care if your level of pain is high

My 87 year old mom,Dolly Duggan was borught to the ER this afternoon by ambulance. All the nurses and doctors were wonderful. I can't remember all the nurses names but this last nurse,Gil,he is wonderful. Made my mom comfortable and the staff kept me apprised on her tests and condition. Reginal blows AV hosp. in the weeds. Oh,and the hospital is immaculate. Thank you,Linda Rowan

They we re prompt in attending me even though the medication given did not help my pain. The only reason I give four stars is because I found out afterwards that my family member had to fight with them to come get me from the car. ER staff told her if I was good enough to get in the car, I was good enough to walk myself into the ER. Not the case!

I was there with abdomen pain and the ER staff made everything go very smooth. Within an hour of arriving I was inside getting a CT Scan and in a bed. Doctor came back and advised me it was my appendix. He called the surgeon and had surgery the following day. I was admitted pending surgery and placed in a room where I was welcomed by a very nice, pleasant, courteous, friendly, professional nursing staff. They made me feel welcomed. Everyone at the hospital was very kind to me and my family. I will be honest, when I arrived and read the reviews about people waiting for 14-15 hours at the ER, I was very scared and wanted to leave. I noticed why people where there and I witnessed how they take in people based on emergency life threatening needs. Trust me, I know when we are sick of anything, even the flue, we want to be seen right away but reality is different and I came to see that on that night. I mainly go to Urgent Care because they see you right away for any medical needs but ER works different. Any how, I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate going there for any emergency.

The worse hospital in LA County. I fractured my leg and I was 11hrs sitting on a chair at the ER waiting to see a Dr I received NO pain medication and They changed me $150 to tell me after 11hrs that I need to go and see a orthopedic. And thay send me home with no meds or anything. Hope I never have to go there ever again.

This is the third time that my daughter was taken by EMS to ER, sent home only to have to go back the same day. Today I found this site and felt the need to tell you that this hospital sucks. My daughter is diabetic with nuerothopy and goes into DKA very often. She went to the ER at 9:30am released at about 5pm only to go back by paramedics at 6:15pm vomitting severely and high levels of ketones in her urine. It is now midnight and she is still in the ambulance bay waiting. I called spoken with Monica as well as a male charge nurse and nothing is being done. Paramedics would not take my daughter to AV hospital. There are only 2 hospitals in this area and services really suck at both.
Update: 2:30 am Friday morning. My daughter is being admitted to ICU. DR. BENNETT the doctor who discharged her did not take the necessary steps to confirm that she was in DKA.
When will these doctors start listening to the patients instead of looking at preliminary labs.

6+ hrs of wait time at the ER, go somewhere else if you need immediate attention, otherwise you will have a very painful wait, its better to die at home...jk but for sure expect a very very long wait.

Covid has messed up the Hospital . My wife had Pneumonia and they said it was Covid. She tested negative twice and I tested negative also. Yet they kept acting like she had it. She didn t . I wonder if they treat the results of pregnancy tests the same way.

I was visiting an aunt, I was not a patient thank God, as I soon discovered there were patients in the waiting room who had been there 8-10 HOURS!
One young woman, a nursing mother who had left her baby at home with family, was moaning with stomach pain after a 2 hour wait and no end in sight.
They should coordinate with other hospitals in the area as to what wait times are, instead of checking people in with no possible way of seeing them all.
I called Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital in Valencia and they had NO waiting, plus they all accept Medi-cal.
Why aren't they telling these poor people that? What a disservice to the people they are trying to help.
It was like a refugee camp. I am so appalled by the inefficacy of this facility.

This place is terrible! My father was seen at the ER for heart and breathing problems, and they just had him there all day long without any food or water. He had to beg and keep asking for someone to bring him something to eat because his blood level was so low he almost blacked out from hunger! This is life threatening for a diabetic, they should know this it s a medical facility! Why not write down the cost or whatever they had to do. It s like they just don t care and the staff is also very rude! He went in for help but came out even worse. They don t let anyone in but the patient. The least they could do is care for them.This is unacceptable. Please don t bring your loved ones here if you care for them.

Nurses were great and took real good care of my husband, they even gave me a blanket and comfy chair to sleep in.

Every staff member I came into contact with was absolutely delightful. Professional, kind and compassionate. Coming from someone who isn t a fan of hospitals, that should say a lot. Thank you New Year s Day ER staff. You turned my horrible day around.

One of the worst hospitals ever .. the staff has no respect for patients.. I took my daughter in because she was bleeding from her nose non stop .. the nurse told my daughter it was no big deal . I told the nurse that it was a big deal for me because I was her mother . I pray never to go back to that hospital ever again .. I walk out I had been waiting their for 4 hours and I was worried for my daughter well being. I ll rather drive to Lancaster hospital

Horrible horrible came in with my son at 640am and it is 11 am and he has yet to be seen and were the first ones here. No ones been seen! Horrible! They don t seem to care about the people here that are in pain or sick. There no emergency response here what so ever!

Worst EMERGENCY ROOM EVER! I went in due to a severely bad tooth infection that was affecting my eyesight, all I needed was Antibiotics to be administrated thru an I.V.
Unfortunately after 6 hours nothing was done & I am in excruciating pain, I had no choice but to walk out and go to Kaiser's emergency room.

Everyone treated me so well. It was my first experience there and it was a fantastic one. The outpatient surgery team you are amazing!!

I have a reoccurring problem with my throat and came here because I woke up with my throat swollen and trouble breathing. Came straight here and the front desk was polite and quick, however when I got to the back the ran unnecessary tests that when asked gave idk as a response. The doctor didn t show up until 9 keep in mind I ve been here since 5, he tried to downplay what I had been feeling, barely felt for the goiter that s there and said everything was fine and prescribed me medication he apparently sent to the wrong patient. And he didn t even know what had been given to me! I think I ll stick with going to scv for anything even if it is an emergency

As busy as this hospital has been, with every visit that I've had. This place always gets the job done, excellent staff and great team players

After waiting 6 hours in the waiting room, we were finally taken to a room and had sat in the room for an hour with no contact from anyone. I stuck my head out to the nurse standing at her station and asked if we could just get a print out of the results from the tests they took while we were in the waiting room (ultrasound and urinalysis) she blankly stared into her computer and said "I'll see what I can do." We decided to leave because it was apparent that the customer service was not a top priority and the nursing staff on the clock was not interested in helping. I understand it's a tough job, but with the amount of people there, there was little to no urgency in the halls. I'll avoid this medical center as much as possible. Two nurses were swabbing flu patients in the waiting room and when someone asked them how long the wait was, one replied, "20-24 hours, go somewhere else."

I went in by ambulance as a possible stroke. They let me sit there for 2 hours. Finally my husband took me to UCLA EMERGENCY, they promptly took me in had mri with in minutes. EVERYONE NEVER GO TO ANY EMERGENCY ROOM IN THE ANTELOPE VALLEY . THEY ARE TERRIBLE !! GO DOWN BELOW (SFV, CANYON COUNRTY VALENCIA ANYWHERE BUT NOT HERE IN THE A.V.)

Do not go here !!!! This medical center needs to be investigated !! For malpractice all there employees should be retrained they act as if they don t care about the patients ! When a person goes to a medical center they are expecting you to help them not laugh and them and not treat them ! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!

The service is horrible, they keep you waiting for hours over the smallest situation. We were there for 7 hours. They are slow at their jobs. Never will go back

I recently took my three years old to the ER due to a big cut on his knee. I really disliked that the nurse practitioner because she told my little one as he was crying when they where gluing his cut: why are you crying? You are a cry baby, I ll tell your friends you are a cry baby I was having a mixture of emotions. I just wanted to cry to see my son looking at me as if he was asking for help. I felt helpless.
In other situation, I would have tell her off. She would have definitely have to apologize to my child but I felt no strength to get in an argument with anyone, I just wanted to get away from there; I wanted the pain that my son was feeling, to stop. It was not a good experience. I have never seen that kind of treatment towards a little child who s in pain.
It is very sad that employees at a hospital treat people like that. I don t know if she even realized what she was doing, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt. She sounded as if she s from the middle eastern and they might have different a different way to deal with children in her country but I really disliked that. I pray I won t have to go to the ER at that hospital again but if I must, I pray that God will change the way employees treat the patients; I pray that the administration will put emphasis not on getting the money from the patients but instead on making sure that the patients are well taken care of; with dignity, respect and sympathy.

Hands down the worst facility we've ever encountered. If you could avoid it, do.

Unfortunately the staff that I've encountered lack empathy and sympathy for their patients, which is a clear sign that they are unhappy with their life choice working in a people healing position.

Very disappointed in the care we've received and can never get a proper diagnosis of the illness, in fact they never diagnose the issue. This is a glorified urgent care where people wait to move on to a real facility.

Poor behavior trickles down from the top, which means the ELT find this work ethic acceptable. SHAME ON YOU PRMC! It's clear your leadership team was fired from thier previous positions and you hired them in a state of desperation. The problem with that is you hired/voted in subpar individuals to run your BOD and hospital. You definitely failed to select the cream of the crop, you got the bottom of the barrel and boy does it show.

Clearly based on your reviews, I'm not the only one who this is evident to. You're definitely remissed by not heeding your patients, clients, etc. feedback.

Responding to my review by and entry level clerical staff member to save grace is fruitless. I've already composed a written complaint to the BOD and to the medical agencies. To break it down to your level, don't make yourself look foolish you will not change my mind or put me at ease.

Worst Emergency room I ve ever been to.
Very unorganized and people who were in severe pain were seen after 7 hours. I waited 8 hours to be seen after I asked multiple times. I was told to get lab results it would take 30 mins to an hour.
The first time I asked if my results were in (after 4 hours) they couldn t give me an answer and decided just then to give me a cup for a urine sample. How did you not ask me that to begin with? Please, if you re in severe pain I would not recommend coming here.
The only good thing about this place is how kind my nurse and doctor were.

I was there waiting for 4 hours my mom had an allergic reaction and had trouble breathing. I ended up taking her somewhere else.

Extremely efficient. Short wait, they check you in while you wait, and they churn through patients effectively. They were aware of my allergies, PCP, and recent visits.

The RN that was working on 11-15-15 was very nice and professional. Her name was Des. Thank you so much for the kindness you showed toward my wife and I. It was a very exhausting 10 hours but you made it easier and much more pleasant. Again, thank you so much and keep up the great work.

This hospital sucks it s to slow the doctors are stupid

Kindly take a moment to read. Palmdale Regional Medical Center is miserable. There appears to be a systemic disregard for cleanliness and orderly control of sharps and all biohazards. Personally I will not return here. I will return to attend the demolition of the building or decertification of the ER. Maybe I ll take a few moments and point out the filthy conditions to the Joint Commission and practices.

I had sepsis and kidney infection that Kaiser did not find. If it werent for this emergency room and doctor then I wouldn't be here. My stay in hospital was great. The nurses went above and beyond their job. Thank you so much Palmdale Regional Medical Center.

i went there for asthma problems...i thankfully quit smoking and i'm convinced their kind care had something to do with this; they prescribed me an inhaler that is useful and steroids that i dont want to take_

The Emergency Room Doctor and Nurses were very attendant to my comfort and condition from the time I arrived until my release. Always kept me informed of my condition and how they were going to treat my condition.

My sister is Now Dying as I write this. She was taken to this so called hospital by my other sister. They waited in the hall on a gurney for twelve hours, was not giving a blanket although requested numerous time. There was not a doctor see her or didn't want to. She was then released her and then this morning she was taken back to be put on a ventilator, a tube down her throat, suffering with Pneumonia and Congestive Heart Failure!!

I can't believe I didn't write this review sooner, however, my operation was 2/2015 and I can tell you that the staff were very professional, thorough and caring. From the E.R. all the way to the Surgeon. When I came in the ER there was only about two maybe three people in there, my waiting time was no more than 20min. I have never been treated with such care. Even though I live in Lancaster, from my experience this has been the best hospital and I have only lived in Antelope Valley for 2yrs. exactly. I would definitely recommend this hospital to my family and friends. Best experience ever, I kind of didn't want to leave because I haven't been that catered too in such a long time lol anyway It was great experience and again I would recommend my family and friends

I would give it no stars but that is not an option I got very mistreated by a African American lady who tried to start stuff with me I walked out and didn't get my treatment I shouldn't have gone there A.V is better and I was there for over 6 hours with a fever going up and down and my whole body is still in alot of pain they never gave me anything to help with my illness I seriously do not recommend going there also because I had two very close family members die there and especially going in for on thing and catching a incurable disease DO NOT GO THERE and they tried to make me move because I moved closer to the nurse's desk and they really ask me to move I didn't want to move and the lady kept trying to fight me so I left without discharge

The service at Palmdale regional Hospital is unacceptable. Being a patient with insurance and waiting 10 hours to be seen for a 30 minute procedure is not acceptable. Also while Finally being transported to a room with a bed I overheard a staff member I believe an RN using foul profanity as she was arguing with a patient or a person who is taking care of a patient that she brought in. No matter what the terms and conditions are a staff member of Palmdale regional should never lose their temper and resort to profanity vulgar profanity on top of that. When I addressed the issue of the time it took to be seen, the reason giving, was the shortage of beds and staffing but when I went to the back and I actually received a bed there was only three being used supposedly they have access to 25. To make matters worse as the door was open and close to where the doctors were sitting I saw one doctor leisurely sitting there just having a conversation not reading any material as if he was relaxing, whether that was the case or not perception is everything.
There were numerous people complaining about the late time some had been there 13 hours and not have been seen, another person said that s when she checked her patient in the she d not received any vitals.
Working in media I have direct access to the CEO of Palmdale regional Hospital and I will be addressing my concerns.

I came to hospital because I had a swollen eye. They took care of me asap never even had to go to the back. A pa came out and checked my eye and said I had a allergic reaction to something. They gave me meds and I was on my way. I was there only about 30 minutes which was great. Thank you

This is honestly the best hospital that I ve been to outside of Los Angeles

The people, the hospital, Dr.'s were all terrific! They kept me calm and treated me with respect.

went in for for depression on 10/30/16 staff was rude and doctored the notes saying that i wanted to kill government officials these words never came out of my mouth hope this hospital gets shut down for this and sued by the state as well as me needless to say i never got the help i needed my advice to people reading this do not go to this hospital as they suck

Everyone in ER is very nice and understanding. They are short staff and they do what they can with the resources they have. The wait is way less in ER than Lancaster. But overall it is amazing how they can keep an smile with such high demand at 3 a.m. tired, overworked and mistreated. I give you credit I saw a lot of people mad and you guys still treated each new patient with a brand new smile. Congrats!

I had robotic gallbladder removal surgery on Wednesday and the nurses and doctors were amazing. The O/R nurses were top notch. Everyone was caring and understanding. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Thanks to all who attended to me.

This place is sad and awful. Patient service is terrible. Just rude arrogant and treat you with total disrespect. Hang up in your face and nurses talk crazy to you over the phone. I thought nurses and doctors were in this line of work to help the sick feel better not worse by causing more stress and killing them with their bad and negative energy. A thousand miles away while my mom who has self-paid insurance visited this ER and was treated with disrespect and its disgusting. Nurse Shelley and Charge nurse Debbie who work in ER are ugly people and should not be allowed to work in this field. People visit ER because they are sick. They come for help to remove discomfort and pain. They do not visit for you to make the problem worse with your nasty presence. But no one holds anyone accountable anymore. Some people simply don't care about how poorly you're being treated when you already don't feel well. My mom waited for 10 hours to be seen. Then waited many more hours to receive adequate care. Vickey Johnson I hope you call our family back with answers as to why your staff is getting away with treating sick patients poorly. My mom was too ill to drive to another hospital. I wish she had another option. I wish she never had to be treated buy your staff. Shelley and Debbie are awful people and should not be caring for people in the hospital. You can't treat people bad and think it's ok... Because it's not!!!!! A negative star was not available!!!! By the way - I see they are another FOR PROFIT PRIVATE HOSPITAL!!! that would explain some of their bad behavior!! #disgusting

My experience was very professional and personal. I came through the ER and was attended to very quickly and was admitted to the hospital for a few days. All of the staff, nurses and doctors, were professional and attentive and addressed any concerns I had immediately. And I might add, when I had special requests, such as a snack or a cup of coffee, it was obliged quickly. If I was away from my room for a medical test, they also made sure I received it as soon as I was back.

I was very appreciative of all the staff and their attentive care. Nobody wants to be in a hospital, but knowing your in a place that takes good care of you really relieves one's anxiety. I would like to thank all of the staff, especially Ohah {that's probably not spelled right}.

My 87yr old mom was taken here by paramedics. Through ER, ICU and acute care she had the BEST treatment. They saved her life. Staff could not be better. Thank you Palmdale Regional.

I didn't get to see the doctor i was told if pain was tolerable i can leave since it's too much people in front of me

I've got my dad in that hospital he's 88 years young and you would think that they would be able to serve dinner to their patients within a reasonable time frame but I guess not, pop's had to wait around two hours after his 5:00 p.m. dinner and the lady who brought him his food was more focused on her phone call than doing her job "very rude "

Because it wasn t severely interfering with my breathing I was told they are sick or patience to deal with and I was placed in the waiting room.
We re taking but I was left sitting in the waiting room and never seen a doctor.
I was extremely upset because they place me in a waiting room full of people who were coughing NOT wearing a mask , even claiming to have Covid- 19
Patients that have COVID-19 was not sent to a secluded area nor was I.
I went in at 7 PM And I left the facility by 1:30 PM they had never called my name I was never seen by a doctor and the object was still lodged in my throat.

No human kindness had my dauther bleeding from her ear infection for 6hours ..this is not the first time worse hospital .with a paycheck .the antelope valley press needs to make news on this ongoing problem with the healing profession at hospitals .board of directors need to be responsible for its staff you get anpay check on your patients.

I have my 6 year old here who is very sick the staff here were not friendly bedside manners horrible...conduct Emergency Room unprofessional...Doctor failed to provide name rushed his visit with son.....

I went there having a miscarriage bleeding passing clots non stop and no one at all was sympathetic to me! they made me wait 30 mins while i was dying in pain and crying! After i finally got taken back there was no one taking care of me at all!! I was crying so much and my fiance was the only one who cared, the MD came quick but he was rude and not sympathetic at all either. I finally got pain meds 4 hours later even though the MD came in 4 hr earlier!!!!! The nurse were busy flirting with the male staff! then my last nurse was just coming on and finally barley took care of me..the whole time i was back and fourth to bathroom passing my miscarriage no help at all only from my fiance. No IV hook up nothing. I work at Cedars Sinai and we would never do this to anyone!

Although wait was long the type of care my daughter received was exceptional, they showed care and sense of urgency getting the best treatment possible for her.

Worst experience ever..took my cancer father with pain and they said fyi u better off taking him to his primary hospital. I said to my knowledge you can go anywhere. I cant drive him to L.A we were there for 2 hours and all they did was check his vitals.

Depends which day you go and which doctor you get seem like these doctors seriously just google your symptoms and give you random counter meds to leave with after waiting 7 hours if i say i want a cat scan then give me a cat scan dammit the wait time is seriously rediculous along with these sorry excuses to just get you out without taking your health seriously you have to start crying and making a big scene to get the help you want..they ight though better then av clinic

Been there couple of times this last incident checked in at 9:30pm got a bed at 5am and got discharge at 10am they had me sitting there all night with kidney pain it was the worst.Not to mention they told me to go to other waiting room and I was sitting there for about 2 hrs.they shut off lights were you register in that area so I asked why haven't they called me the nurse said that area was closing she don't know why they would send me there , so I went to other side to ask and they said they have been calling my name and they put me down as a no show so I was at bottom of list

I received excellent care and I am very thankful to all of the staff, especially Nurse Kim. I feel like I was treated well and I feel so much better now. Thank you PRMC! I appreciate you!

Great service provided by the Physician Assitant PA, that attended me; after over a week of agony the treatment plan received by him, finally provided me with some relief. I am so thankful for this PA, and truly appreciate his help; he is wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and extremely helpful. I must say, honestly, all the staff I encountered, on that shift, were great. The only reason I gave them 4 stars, instead of 5, was because of the wait time; although, this visit was worth the wait. To all the staff on that shift thank you for your help. To the provider PA Amoani, thank you so much for actually listening to your patients and providing such great service; thank God, you were on shift on that day.

Is really sad that a beautiful hospital goes to waste by such atrocious staff

This is our second day here in the ER. This is a totally different experience. Yesterday was fine and people were nice. I cannot even hear announcements in the waiting room because of the noise level. The waiting room is so loud with children, rude people yelling across the room having conversations with others... I even asked a man to lower his voice because my daughter is experiencing a spinal headache. He and the man next to me told me to go somewhere else. I'm pretty sure the whole waiting room can hear each of his conversations. Can I recommend a separate quiet room for patients with nausea and migraines? People who come to the emergency room are genuinely sick, yes? Urgent care is an option to them, but not to us. This experience is unreal.

Went in for a surgery and every single staff member/nurse made me feel at ease and calm the whole time. Especially, Tiffany, the RN who attended to me in recovery. I have nothing but the upmost admiration and respect for all of them and the level of service and care they provided for me! Thanks again :)

Every time I have come here the staff has always been quick, efficient and extremely helpful. They saved my life three times due to severe allergic reactions. Thank you so much for everything you do.

This is the WORST ER ever. never come here unless you have 17hours just to sit.

My visit for surgery was prompt, professional, friendly and accommodating. Everything went smoothly for me.

My husband had outpatient surgery today. The parking lot was dirty, trash blowing and the garbage overflowing outside the entrance. Admitting was ok, my husband had to pee, so the nurse told him to go and then the anesthesiologist came 5 minutes later and asked him to provide a urine sample. How is that gonna happen if he hasn't been able to eat or drink for the past 12 hours?? The nurse also blew my husband's vein when inserting the IV needle. I was given a ticket with 3 colors and a number that corresponded with my husband. I was told to watch the TV in the waiting room and it would show my husband's number and corresponding color to let me know if he was in prep, surgery or recovery. The TV/system didn't work until about 30 minutes before my husband was discharged. The doctor came into the lobby to let me know how surgery went, and said to use the lobby phone to call back to recovery in about 10 minutes to be let into recovery to be with him. I waited 10 minutes and called. They weren't ready. I called again. Not ready. I called again. Finally I was let back, after about 45 minutes. They gave me my husband's prescriptions to go get filled and when I came back, you guessed it...they didn't let me back into recovery. I had to call twice in order for them to come get me. I know they're busy but I thought it was very rude. When the person wheeled my husband to the car in the wheelchair, they kept using profanity about 3 times. Talking about how f*ing windy it is in Palmdale. Anyway, 3 stars because they didn't kill my husband. Many processes need to be improved here. We have previously been seen for an outpatient surgery at Henry Mayo in Santa Clarita and it was much more hospitable and their level of care was not as messy.

The nurses and staff were fantastic. The wait time was extremely bad.

Patricia gives the answers to the modules, so you don't learn. In retrospect, she made me feel like a child. Patricia Forsythe is the education RN, she says I'll be there in 30 seconds, then disappears for 5 minutes, just dishonest and unethical. You should not give the answers to the new hires , they should learn from the modules. This educational RN can not spell my name either, WOW, she is the teacher. She swings her legs and sits on the table as well, ummm no. She doesn't have classroom etiquette. Also, you will be taught to smile for no apparent reason, this creates a phony happy feeling in this hospital.

The nurse told me there are only two Dr. that work grave yard , they also have patients with symptoms of cov-19 in waiting room with other people there for other reasons, its a health risk that could spread cov-19. Why don't they have them separate dont know.

Avoid this ER at all costs! Never again! We arrived at the ER at 6pm last night. It is now almost 6am. 12 hours waiting and my mom still hasn't seen a dr. I thought AV Hospital was bad. We would've been seen by now at AV. I can't believe it. I've never waited this long to see a dr in my life.

My wife was treated in the ER and everyone we dealt with was fast and efficient and friendly and they got to the heart of the problem.

it wasn't gehtto, but the level of care rec'd was horrible. The Dr. Reedy came to see once touched my stomach said "idk whats wrong i;m waiting for your labs and CAT scan. Didn't come back to go over my labs or CAT scan with me. The nurse came in and a asked if the Dr. came back. I responded "No" she proceeded to discharge me. Today I have a 104.1 fever and i have to go back to the hospital. Horrible horrible horrible. I feel like I'm going to die. I will be contacting a lawyer. For malpractice.
