Very nice Rhiad. Typical Moroccan style interior. The staff is very friendly, everything is very clean and the roof terrace is simply fantastic. A wide view over the whole of Marrakech. You can even see the Atlas Mountains. With the highest mountain of North Africa.

I am disappointed and does not deserve housing. Pictures other than reality. I reserved a building for pictures and attended and saw disasters that went out immediately and took 600 euros, and professional standards were not applied, which is a one-night deduction.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Riad was beautiful, amazing tiling and design, courtyard/open restaurant and bar area with pool was quite special. Room was nice, air con, and shower had a really cool design. Walking distance to the Medina and Djema el F'naa Square. Loved it!

Unbelievably beautiful riad which is in a very good location if you want to explore marrakech. You feel like you're in a fairytale and no matter what you need, the staff will make it possible. By far one of the best accommodations i've ever been to!

Good location but terribly noisy with music playing in the lobby all day and no adequate sound proofing. Odd interiors and understaffed. Breakfast was mostly cold and not tasty. Very bad experience overall after having stayed at some great other hotels in Morocco. Never again.

Riyadh is a boutique hotel with local design and fragrance, traditional houses with a wide courtyard that have been renovated and converted into spectacular authentic casas.
There are dozens to choose from and there are several very good ones.
We enjoyed this riad!
First it's a level design that makes you wonder why the hell you do not live there !? Or at least how to design the private house Coffee Feast.
Then also the service is excellent and the food is excellent, the rooms are lovely.
Important to know: The riad is in an inner alley with no access to a car so they send Bell Boy to help with the equipment (set with them in advance the time of arrival on the nearby road).
It's quite a large riad and has rooms in different designs and sizes so pay attention to what you order (Tip: a fenced room is the largest and most cozy :)

We stumbled upon it by chance for a dinner, a place that took our breath away, perfect musical atmosphere with an adorable and smiling traditional musician, tasty couscous, pleasant waiter, a great meal with friends of the stars in the eyes.

Fortunately the restaurant is hard to find, at least there is no one there

Beautiful hotel, impeccable service and authenticity at the rendezvous. I only stayed 3 nights but it feels like home. Special mention at breakfast. The staff was very conciliatory with us and adapted the services to our schedules. The top

Generally a beautiful place with loads of quaint, beautiful corners to laze the day off in. However some lowlights that I need to share:

It took us half an hour to check in. Our welcome drink only came after a reminder. Our room was also rather small and dark. With two luggages spread out in the room, we almost had to tip-toe our way around. Bathroom was strangely spacious but had a major issue of not having at least a shower curtain so expect water splashes and a wet bathroom floor after every shower. Staff were a mix bag of polite and courteous ones and the ones that didn t even bother to acknowledge us.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I can't stress this enough, don't put yourself through the unecessary journey of disappointment and poor customer service!

Would have been 3 stars but noisiest hotel ever and room was away from street. Can hear through walls/floors. Hammering heard in room from 0945 to about 1430 for 6 days I was here. Has decent pool and wifi in lobby. Good location outside the old town but still close enough to walk and sight-see. Restaurant is ok and convenient. Staff was really nice and helpful. Wouldnt stay again only because of hammering.

Well located in the Medina and close to the main square. Very attentive staff and cuts. The pool and terrace are an ideal remedy for the warmth of Marrakech. Restructured building with typical decoration. Full breakfast and restaurant with good dishes.

Absolute gem! Staff are so polite and friendly and the roof top terrace has amazing views across Marrakech. This is an amazing place to watch sunset and experience evening call to prayer!! Food is delicious and garden setting and interiors are intricately exotic and traditional. Outstanding place!!!!
