I have been living at one of their locations for 10 months now and although I am only speaking to the first big problem I have had with them, it is a BIG problem.

My roommate and I saw two mice in our apartment Sunday night. We contacted our super and he came in the next day to patch up holes. Later that same day we saw two more mice in the apartment. They told us the exterminator cannot come till Friday, so we have to live in our mice infested apartment for a week because no one can come out sooner? On the exterminator sign up sheet I see other people are having problems with mice as well.
I called Page Management to see if I could speak to someone and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. When I called back to speak to someone else she gave me the same response and hung up on me before I said anything.

Needless to say, I will not be renewing my lease, and I have had no help from the people at Page Management like I was told when I signed my lease.
