I'm a victim of extortion and today at 18:30 i go to denounce the fact but i have found three womans employees that wasn't have take me serious
they didn't want me to fill out the documentation for the complaint because they said that a lot of these happen to them, despite having explained that 150 pounds have already been extorted from me, so I had to leave without solving the problem. this fact has deeply discouraged me

Here for 1 hour and 15 mins already queuing with no explanation whatsoever. They closed almost all police stations to the public this ones is packed with a huge line. Only 1 person to talk to the public and he takes about 45 mins per person. Unbelievable.

He is typing a report now, using two fingers.

I just need to register a change of address, which by the way is extremely racist. I have a brp and I live, work and pay taxes in the UK for three and a half years. Am I a suspect of what because of my nationality?

Ridiculous service. Had to come for a change of address because of UK s ridiculous immigration policy, was left waiting for hours in a ridiculously long queue, while one of the least proactive police officer I have ever seen dealt with the public in the most inefficient way possible (really, so inefficient one can only assume it s on purpose).

Also, what s the point of having two public facing booths if there is only police officer to deal with the public? Lastly, a more general question: why were pretty much all police stations closed to the public? Only options left are now obviously extremely crowded.

Excellent central London location within easy reach of the bright lights and attractions and once you have made you way indoors you are unlikely to want to leave. The reception procedure seems a little formal to be honest, being asked if you want to read the "codes of practice" and being frisked is a new one but each place has quirks! The rooms have a certain retro minimalist chic about them (if you have ever stayed in a Holiday Inn you will be familiar) and have efficient room service. The place is so popular it is impossible to book in advance!... it must be good then. First come first served here and bizarrely incudes free legal facilities if you need them in a kind of Russian roulette approach to solicitors (1 in 4 chance of getting a good one). Premier Inn could learn alot!

The staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. If you're going to say something disrespectful about the people just don't... I was absolutely shocked how the woman behaved after two battling drug addicts left the police station. She came out with sprays and started saying how horrible they are, that they shouldn't come in there ever because their lifestyle is a choice and DECENT people have to be in the same place as them and it's disgusting for her/them. This lady should be fired immediately and never be allowed to work 'for the community'... I am truly disappointed.

I was in the room with a view number 32, unfortunately the view was rather exaggerated and the room.... well..... let's just say u corked a dump out of fear of improving the decor.

Lovely guy took my fingerprints which was like a trip out the box but the all day breakfast was vile, if that's breakfast wake me up at lunch!

The worst experience I have ever had in a police station. Staff were rude and unbelievably unhelpful.

A deeply emotional and simple question to find out details of a recently deceased relative resulted in hours long wait and then no information. I was then later told that this officer cant read the information in front of him and that someone will have to call me tomorrow. All the while there were two call backs promised within the previous 8 hours. I have not received anything.

Useless.

A biker fell over in the street and dropped his keys outside Walkabout . I saw and picked it up, told walkabout I was going to take it to the Charing Cross police station and took it here. They wouldn't accept it and told me to take it back to walkabout, apparently they don't take lost and found here.
So I said I wasn't going back this day, as I was only in London for a day trip. I asked if I should just bin it then as its not walkabouts responsibility. They just shrugged.

I m just writing to advise, if you need to change your address late because you are a immigrant from some countries (which itself is an outdated policy and discriminating) don t come to this police station. I reported the move after 14 days not 7. This happened quite frequently actually because they closed most of police stations and I need to work from 8am to 8pm including commute time. I took my earliest possible chance to find any station I can reach and they didn t show any understanding and wrote on my PRC form late to report the change which will have negative impact on my future VISA status. UK please don t close your police stations and make the remaining ones overloaded, which in turn make them hate the real tax payers. And please abolish the outdated discriminatory regulations from like 100 years ago.

Very kind and helpful staff

Very kind and helpful staff

When I had a heart attack and called in the station they got the nurse to look at me and they then got a very speedy ambulance to get me to hospital

The police have a thankless task these days but they should be appreciated for what they do achieve

I for one and very grateful to them and think they do a great job in the current climate
