Update: 6-16-17 Vinemont location: When i called the owner and explained the awful experience, he went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only correct the problem and put my computer back in working order but also replaced my software at his expense when it was determined the license key was damaged and Dell couldnt re-load it. Im very pleased with the customer service and will be using them again. Thanks Mr. Brian.
6-14-17 Cullman lication charged me $89 to 'FIX' my laptop by wiping my hard drive. They returned it to me with it not useable to me telling me i would have to purchase Microsoft Office Suite. They did reinstall windows but refused to reinstall my Microsoft Office suite which came pre loaded on my laptop from Dell. All they had to do was call Dell and give the numbers off the bottom of my laptop to get the code to upload it free. I'm not computer savvy so I had to take my laptop somewhere else and have that done.
