Very bad insurer, if only I had chosen another one. Despite the fact that I have received an authorization for reimbursement from De Friesland, they do not want to reimburse my claims. Every time I contact Friesland after rejecting the invoice, there is another excuse, authorization not seen, wrong code, new rules, they do everything they can to get under the fee. And then I think; if I had not issued an authorization, just say that you do not want to reimburse it, then I would have gone to another insurer.
