In principle, few problems. Yet I am immensely annoyed by the fact that De Friesland insurer sends messages that some amount must be paid, but I never receive an invoice for the costs. I received an answer to my request for the invoices: "" Due to stricter privacy legislation, we are no longer allowed to send itemized invoices by e-mail. This is a national guideline from the government. ""
I am still entitled to an invoice.

Just called my trusted health insurer. No long waiting times, no telephone tape, direct contact and always super helpful! Within seconds I had the friendly employee Anke van Wieren on the line. She exceeded my expectations and was able to answer all my questions. Super reliable and always ready for their customers! TOP TOP TOP!

Very bad insurer, if only I had chosen another one. Despite the fact that I have received an authorization for reimbursement from De Friesland, they do not want to reimburse my claims. Every time I contact Friesland after rejecting the invoice, there is another excuse, authorization not seen, wrong code, new rules, they do everything they can to get under the fee. And then I think; if I had not issued an authorization, just say that you do not want to reimburse it, then I would have gone to another insurer.

I have just received a kind of threatening letter from the health insurer de Friesland where they indicated that I still had an account of 13.71 and if I did not pay on time there would be 10.00 extra charged and then there possibly. a debt collection agency is called in. However, I have already paid the amount due in time, but that amount the Friesland itself returned to me and then immediately sent the threatening letter.

The Friesland apparently likes a lot of purple crocodiles with the aim to frustrate its customers and also to generate some additional additional taxes. These practices happen naturally at the Friesland and you do not have to wonder why they ask such high premiums. Compare De Friesland with the Salland. I also switched last year and it's nice that I got rid of this customer-unfriendly health insurer. Oh yeah and you stand 5 minutes by default if you want to reach them by phone. Strange but true.

I share the opinion of the many previous negative reviews; The Friesland is unfortunately not what it used to be! Received my new premium in November and had contact with their customer service. I was told that I could adjust the voluntary deductible until 1 February. I had contact again at the beginning of January and was then informed that this should have been done before 1 January. After submitting a written complaint I received the answer that they will not change the policy because the conversation was not recorded in November! As if I can do something about it ?! Whether it was wrong information, an employee who did not pay attention, or was a misconception of me, if you were a little service-oriented, in this case you would give the customer the benefit of the doubt, instead of being convinced of it a properly working own system! Scandalous!!!

Switched to De Friesland health insurance company ...

Switched to De Friesland health insurance company before 2020.
Had good experiences in the past and friendly employees on the phone when switching.
The premium is far from the cheapest in comparison with other providers and if the healthcare premium for the year 2020 is paid in one go, you will receive a 2% discount on the total amount.
You currently do not receive this interest rate from any one bank on your savings, so if possible do it!

A minus point is that they want to force the customer to use direct debit. For example, you may not pay off your deductible per month if you want to pay by giro collection form. (Transfer via internet banking or pay via the app) I could object to this via skgz or something? I did that too, but that company only looks at the rules of the Frisian country. Why should I have to pay a premium bill for the month of April, when my mother was DEAD in the month of MARCH last. I have already submitted a complaint about this, but nothing happens with that either. What a terrible company this is. Very bad experience. Try to switch via Independer in December. Whatsapp had contact with customer service and everything would be arranged with the switch from my current health insurer. Halfway through January this turned out not to be the case, so conversion was too late. It was also no longer possible to adjust my current insurance, which means that I now pay too much for a year. DeFriesland could not offer a suitable solution and my current insurer does not allow cancellation to automatically renew.

Great (busy) time with colleagues during the campaign period. A lot is organized outside the campaign, too bad that I was not allowed to participate (new job). What is also nice is that the management actively asks for feedback after the campaign, in order to learn from this. Other call centers can, as far as I am concerned, take an example. Nice that DFZ also has a physical service desk. Many customers value this.

Very bad insurance, contacted insurance last year because I had shoulder problems. Advice was to take an additional insurance and what is now evident because it chronically costs it still my deductible. So I took out additional insurance for nothing!

De Vriesland insurance really deteriorates.
Wait 10 minutes on the phone super long then no answer to a simple question or qualify for reimbursement, I don't know.
If I have to ask, call back a week later, wait 10 minutes and I will ask a girl after, unfortunately the department is not there.
Call back tomorrow or the day after.
So beware if your own insured there they know nothing, and take a long time for your answer.
