This company is the worst I rent in Las Vegas and ...

This company is the worst I rent in Las Vegas and we have been here 2 months I paid 2 days late the charged me $100 now 2 bedrooms in my apartment have been invaded by ants and they said they will have to charge us extra to take care of it. I had a package stolen from my front door..trash everywhere no one cleans up after their dogs. And the maintenance man is over worked and gets no help!

Very bad company...does not pay their construction bills. Uses companies to build their buildings and then don't pay them. Contractors...stay far away from this company!! Multiple contractors not getting paid!!

This company is the worst company I have ever work...

This company is the worst company I have ever worked with.

I lived in their apartment for 1 year in Miami Beach, Florida.

First of all, getting a hold of ANYONE was extremely difficult. I put my payment on AUTO PAY and they charged me for a late rent fee. I disputed it, obviously.

After I moved out, they charged me for EXCESSIVE and UNNECESSARY FEES. Such as a cleaning fee (which I had paid a company to deep clean the apartment), painting of the floors and bathtub (which the inspector signed off and said everything looked good), and for a month to month fee even though I HAD MOVED OUT.

Needless to say, I disputed the unnecessary charges.

Cesar Gutierrez emailed me saying "Sorry for the delay. The check is on the way"

I responded, "Thank you so much. That's not a problem. Was the appeal accepted?"

He said, "Yes, I was able to get you the check for the amount discussed."

So I waited for the check.

IT IS NOT THE AMOUNT I APPEALED.

THEY MAILED ME $600 LESS THAN I APPEALED.

SENT IT WITHOUT PERMISSION OR APPROVAL.

Do not work with this company. I experience them as sleazy, greedy, and careless.

13 days ago I am if air conditioning, I called and went to the office 1081 Benoist Farm Rd., West Palm Beach, Fl. And so get an answer when I will repair that unit, which a maintenance partner answered with a strong voice I had no idea, they told me that the unit was ordered on Monday, then on Wednesday, and the manager does not want the residents to be well, the only person who really wants to help is Sandra, but she can not make decisions. What a shame because I pay my rent the first of each month, I will look for another place where I am treated with education and care for the residents.

Rats and mice in Gold Beach Oregon at the Gold Beach inn and Surrounding Properties. Run from these people.. They do not operate under the Oregon law. They need a licensed property manager in Oregon and refuse to use one.. They have a Serious Rat issue and refuse to deal with it.

Terrible company to rent through. I live in St. Augustine fl, I ve made many complains to the office with horrible response time and nothing is ever done. The apartment still has issues from the first year I rented here. They raised the rent but still haven t fixed anything. The Maitnance guys have no problem telling me what I am and am not allowed to do, if they would put that time into fixing stuff I d be more than happy to comply with everything. I was homeless the first week I was suppose to be in my apartment, they have months to prepare for me and just left it until the last minute.. I called a maid service to clean up for them and they refused to clean because there was dog feces on the walls... I went two months without a sink and stove also. I never have parking in front of my condo that I pay 1300 for and end up walking from down the street. There has been an influx in teenagers in the area who are trying to break into cars at night. Another tenant from across the street had his motorcycle stolen also. It s a shame they don t care about the tenants that they claim to all be happy with the service on their website but I am one of the 10,000+ happy residents and I can tell you I am not happy at all. Someone needs to do something about this situation. I do not feel comfortable in this home and am stuck in a lease with them until January.. they will not ever fix anything and I am moving out the first chance I get. Hopefully no one else rents from this place.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Worst company I have ...

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Worst company I have ever came across. Rented from this company here in Land O Lakes and have had nothing but hardship. I am a disabled vet as well as a Firefighter/Medic and me and my family had been taken advantage of. Since January 2018 I've had a Pool leak, Roof Leak, a water main break which I warned them about before hand and did nothing. After the break the county charged me for 59 thousand gallons that month for the water break. It took them almost 2 weeks to have them fix it. Had water gushing out for 2 weeks and the bill was 480. They haven't reimbursed me yet and probably never will. In May our upstairs AC stopped working. They kept sending the lowest of low contractors to the house who complained because they had to drive almost 2hrs from Orlando. Then one of the companies even tried to show me chics he wanted to bang while trying to fix my AC. A total of 4 companies came to the house, all told me the AC units were 12 years old and in writing said it needed to be replaced. They never did and just got it working again. Since they touched the units the bills started to double. From 212 to 438, 480 a month. Theses AC companies proved that the AC units were overloaded and was raising up my power bill. I called corporate many times and only talked to 1 person who was very rude and didnt help at all. 7 months later they finally changed the unit...ONLY TO GIVE US OUR NON-RENEWAL NOTICE 2 days before they came to replace it. Not to mention that same unit went out and left us without heat for a week. So they give us 45 days to move out on Christmas... PSDM owes me over $1,300 in power bills and 480 for 59 thousand gallons wasted for them taking there time. Not once did they call me and talk to me on the phone. Jennifer Diaz, Yereisha Jimenez, and Cesar Gutierrez were the only people that were involved in this and absolutely took advantage of my family. They never called me to try and help at all. I have over 300 emails with a few that they responded to. Below are some AC pictures that they let go for 7 months to change 2 days they tell us to leave. In my opinion they're now going to fix all the problems I requested to fix and then raise the rent substantially for the next victim to come.
I will not let this happen. Already placed a complaint with BBB as well as filed with Florida Housing Bureau, and since I'm a vet the federal government which deals with vets and their rights.
Do NOT rent from these people.

The company that manages Alta Mar at Broadwater (Pacifica Companies, LLC) is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. I lived at Alta Mar at Broadwater for 2 years. During this time I always paid on time and kept my apartment in good condition.
A month after my lease ended I called Alta Mar to get an update on when my security deposit would be returned. The site staff member notified me that they had sent all of my information over to the management company (Pacifica Companies, LLC) and they would be issuing the check. She provided me with a phone number to reach out to them. After calling daily for a week I finally received an email from Cesar a "Business Manager" with Pacifica Companies saying my refund check had been processed and would be "out to me shortly" and he would provide tracking. Fast forward 35 days and nothing has been sent, no further response from email and no one at Pacifica Companies will provide any follow-up information. I went back to the site staff at Alta Mar at Broadwater for assistance in finding out the status of my refund and they said there was nothing they could do. The site staff member said they don't have a point of contact at Pacifica Companies that they could contact to get an update. That should be a huge RED FLAG for anyone interested in living at Alta Mar at Broadwater. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking elsewhere for an apartment solely based on the management companies lack of professionalism and poor business ethics. As of today 7/11/2019 it has been 85 days since the end of my lease and I'm still waiting for my refund.

This Company is the most unprofessional and hostil...

This Company is the most unprofessional and hostile ever to be run for people that are suppose to actually care for people. I was an employee for this company and I was wrongfully terminated for being African American and having Medical Issues. I was never written up; always worked the hardest. I reported to this corporate office that their Admin from local facility, Julie Olmeda, from Pacifica Chino Hills Physically threatened and intimidated me in the middle of my shift; causing me to contact the Police Dept. As a result, Adriana Ferriera terminated me after reporting the incident the very next day. Now I am about to lose everything I own due to the fact I cant make it off of unemployment and I wont even be able to see my day in Court for at least a year or more.

I was fired without a explanation, promised within a contract that I would receive bonuses( Lies every time I asked about the bonus, I was told we have to wait three more months , which two days after asking I was fired.... now as of 12/06/19 I haven t heard back from the company after trying to reach out numerous times in concerns about my last check. Today I supposed to got my last check from company direct deposit( but I received nothing) ... The Misty Smith lady loves to send messages through her property managers but never comes out to check the property here in Tallahassee Florida, which raises a red flag, because how could you determine if your maintenance guys are the problem or the staff... But you the regional...smh...this company is a bad company to work for as well as rent from... as a staff member they don t have meetings about daily tasks. They property manager has poor communication skills. They work maintenance technicians for maybe 2-3 months then fire you to keep from paying you your bonus....hey corporate staff I m still waiting on a call back from you all now... oh yeah I think you all for the letter with no explanation for why I was fired thanks a lot....

I have been employed with Pacifica Senior Living (part of Pacifica Companies) for over three years now, and can honestly say that i can't picture myself being anywhere else! My retirement community team and residents are incredible, and the home office team is unbelievably supportive and very resident and family oriented. Such a great culture, and a wonderful place to work!
