Pace management is a very professional management company and has an outstanding team both in upper management and on the front lines taking care of their residents and their apartment communities. They are always willing to help new and current residents.

I've been working with Pace for a couple years. Their managers and staff are always professional, nice and knowledgeable. I would recommended them to anyone.

I have lived at cambridge court apts in fort Worth going on 5 years now the new management team here Mrs Jeanie and Hector are so wonderful they came and looked at my carpet replaced right away . This new manager Mrs Jeanie really knows what she is doing and wants to help we haven't had that kind of management in years she really cares for her residents . I see that we as a community here at Cambridge court is definitely going in the right direction with Mrs Jeanie and Hector here . I really appreciate both of them..

My company has been given the opportunity to be a preferred vendor for Pace Realty this year. As we visited each of their communities, the staff members were very professional and friendly. All the communities we visited were well maintained and updated. I look forward to meeting more of their employees.

Omg I don t know where to start. I have never had a management experience as great as I ve had with our management now. And I ve been a tenant here for 6 years. I want to personally say thank you to Miss. Jeannie I ve asked for apartment changes in my unit and less than a week they were fulfilled. Thank you thank you. Very professional and responsive.

Viewing this property last year back in August when my lease was coming to an end I got the worse customer service every. It was like they didn't know their product or just did not want to lease to me and my family. I call the property today looking for a 3 bedroom again and was told by Alex that she didn't have a 3 available but when she do they lease for $***.00 per month. I was informed about thing that I didn't ask then I was offer a virtual tour of the property. Ms. Alex then asked me to visit their website to complete and application for the waiting list and she explained the waiting list process to me. To the managing team I commend you on the TRAINING OF YOUR STAFF. This is for the Staff at VILLAS BY THE PARK

Over the past 20 years, I have worked with Pace Realty as a vendor in the DFW area. They are always helpful and do what is best for all residents. The Pace Realty team will always put you first to make your home a great experience! They are a great company to work with that CARES!

Horrible! American horror story! I complained constantly about the maintenance men going into my unit and stealing from me. Food, groceries, personal items, clothing, and jewelry. No reports were ever written up. Asst. Denied and defended her employees. I moved out ..out of desperation and great mental anguish that no action was taken. They still work there.

I would highly recommend this company for your housing needs. They have an excellent staff and were very helpful!

This company is absolutely unprofessional. They oversee Heather Lane Apartments located in Terrell. I applied beginning of May 2020 with a 80$ application fee for 2 people non refundable and a 200 deposit which was refundable. I cancelled my application on May 29th because I had found somewhere else. The approval process took way too long. It took almost a month and they sent me a piece of paper saying I was denied the apartment and it had a summary of payments which included my deposit. The contract I signed said deposit would be mailed in a 30 day span. It had now been 1 month and 3 weeks and I still have not received my deposit back. The apartment complex has been giving me the run around they never call me and inform me I have to chase them down. I decided to cut the middle man out and now I cannot even get ahold of corporate to resolve this issue and being forced to begin the suing process in small claims. I am very disappointed at the amount of disrespect, carelessness and unprofessional manners.

Pace Realty is a respected and trusted name in property management. They have managed multifamily apartments in the DFW area for approximately 40 years. They care about the people who live on their properties. They are a great company to work for.

Pace is an outstanding company for its vendors. Pace was our first customer in 2006 when we started our company. Pace takes care of its properties and its vendors. We have never had a problem with receiving payment for services rendered. All managers and staff members at the properties and corporate office are a joy to work with.

Need to revise what are you doing money from low income applicant. Wellington apartment at Coppell,'s says that the instruction from Corp make people apply for apartment and although you give then a date to move, after 3 moths they notify you to wait another 3 months eventhose they knew your due date. The apt manager said full refund then no keeping $100 eventhose the application form says full refund if they don't provide resident the date you requested to move in. THESE are LOW INCOME apartments !??So this is an easy way to make money. God will reward your .. "honesty"

I live in one of their properties and when they processed my rent check this month they (or their bank) entered the wrong checking account number and the check was returned.

I provided them proof of their mistake, my bank also provided proof they entered the incorrect info but they are still trying to make me pay fees and get a money order to cover their mistake.

They went as far as to post an eviction notice on my door unless I paid the fees they want.

Amazing a company would make mistake, have the mistake pointed out to them, and still try to inconvenience me and profit from the mistake.

Four corners Apartments in Frisco Tx is a terrible apartments and terrible staff. Only lived there 3 months and already moving out. Started off as lied to as told getting new apartment and washer and dryer. Come to find out used apartment full of spiders and no washer and dryer. Keys didn t work when arrived. A/C didn t work when arrived. Check list of items needing fixing a mile long (which none have still not been fixed). Water leak causing breaker to trip. Problem after problem. Getting a lawyer involved now as they are making us pay huge fees for living in hell with bugs and soon to be mold. Do not rent here. Staff is so conflicting of information and provides false information. Hired an attorney to fight and will post reviews and complaints everywhere. Filed complaint with BBB

I currently live at Heberon Trails in carrollton, Tx. I have notice a huge change in management here and it's not for the good. The manager here does not enforce the rules on people who break them. This income base community use to be nice and had some neighborhood understanding but now people cook outside with fire, have their children out late and a lot of action at night. On most cases apartments are very strict on rules and the resident are very aware of that. Resident use to understand there are other people living here sharing the whole unit. If the manager would enforce that on All the buildings it's possible as a whole this would be a nice place to stay. If your lucky you may move in a unit building with nice quite respectful people with kids. I use to complain but why if the same people are not going to stop instead become worse about it. Manager need to be fair and let everyone know no matter how long you been here does not make it right to break the rules here. If you decide to go to their website I'm sure you will see so many 5 stars recently added that's because the manager has a rapport with CERTAIN PEOPLE.

I love my Pace community! The office and maintenance teams are friendly, professional and prompt. Everything is clean, quiet and inviting. Glad that I chose to live here, would highly recommend exploring what they have to offer if you are in the market for a place to call home.

I have been on and done work on several properties managed by Pace Realty and across the board all are updated and well maintained. Their onsite staff and leadership team is always very friendly, extremely helpful professional and truly care about their communities!!

I applied at a property that Pace manage
( Parkland Point) in May of 2020. It was a horrible experience! They never answer the phone or emails and after putting down a deposit and putting giving my apartment notice to move I called for 3 weeks and was given the run around. No one ever answers the phone or my emails! I was eventually told that I didn t make enough and now I can t seem to reach anyone about getting my deposit back. Staff is very unprofessional and didn t seem to care about me now being homeless because they have my money that is needed to find a new place!!! I am making a report to the BBB .

PACE PRIDE DOES NOT SHOW IN EVERYTHING THEY DO! It is my regret that I feel the need to write a review about my previous employer Pace Realty. During my 4 and half years of employment I raved about the company, staff and training programs. Sincey employment was terminated in April 2017 the quality of service I received was horrible. First of all, I was terminated by Leslie Smith, the Regional Manager, and given the reason was that I was not happy working for Pace and should look for happiness somewhere else . Yes, there had been issues onsite that caused stress for the leasing staff. The manager was co-managing 2 properties for over 4 months while the leasing consultant was off on maternity leave for roughly 2 of those months leaving me to handle all onsite residents, prospective renters and my own job as the Asst Manager. I had a temp leasing who help me keep my sanity. The property that sold was purchased by Luma Corp which they hired the Manager and leasing consultant and the are still employed. However he Asst Mgr either was not hired or chose not to apply so she had nowhere to to be relocated to for employment. I was terminated in April and given all PTO and bonuses since my termination was not for performance issues. I received my final pay check 2 weeks after my termination and the bonus check 2 months later. The new payroll assistant Ms. Pena advised me my checks was sent to the property and didn t offer to help find it. I had to call the property. When I called the property the asst mgr from the property that sold answered the phone. I knew then I was terminated so she could have my position at that property. I was so hurt. I thought I as a person meant more to Pace Realty than to be mislead about why I was terminated. It took several more weeks to get my bonuses and it was about $300 short. At his point, I gave up. Then to put the nail in the coffin, HR refused to respond to letter and calls from unemployment to verify the reason for termination. I waited the 30 days per unemployment requirements for a response and none was received so my unemployment was granted. I filled out 50+ applications without knowing what to put in the box why are you no longer with your employer? Until then did I know why I was terminated. Now I m trying to be my status for the 401k so I can roll it over to my new job and my status is still active. I called and spoke with Ms. Pena yesterday Tuesday, Nov 14th and she confirmed my status would be updated to inactive. I called today Wednesday, Nov 15th and my status was NOT updated. I called and asked Ms. Pena to please update my status and she advised me , she s too busy doing payroll to change my status . I asked for the HR and payroll admin Heather Blakley only to be told I can t be transferred and the status would be updated when she had time to do it. Ms. Pena asked me to hold and left me on hold for several minutes only to transfer me to Ms. Blakley s voicemail. I never thought I would fell so my disappointment and dissatisfaction from a company I PRIDED myself while I worked for them.

As a multi family General contractor it is a pleasure doing work with everyone I have met at many of the Pace properties. Everyone is professional and highly knowledgeable of the job and product they supply to their residents. working With Pace is a Dream!

I have worked with majority of Pace s properties and have always had a great experience. Very organized and great communication. Would recommend their properties to anyone.

The Staff is super friendly and courteous at the Property I live on. They are always there to go above and beyond my requests when it comes to maintenance.

Love living in Carlyle crossing until August 2018 It's going down hill. Fast . No enforce rules. Visitors allowed to park anywhere as paid resident. Lot's of cars damage. 4 to 6 people's allowed to live in 1bedroom apts.If you complaint you are confronted by that resident ect. Flooded Apt for weeks many more Issues.

Communities are well maintained by the property staff. The staff is always friendly and responsive whenever I need assistance. Couldn't see myself moving to a community managed that isn't managed by Pace Realty.
