Why has my case worker (Waltrisia Johnson) not returned my calls after leaving OVER 30 VOICEMAILS?

I even contacted her supervisor and still haven't heard anything. Completely unprofessional.

I filled out an application for an apartment at (MONTFORT VALLEY/ AV PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ). A week before I was to move in, I was informed that I would have to pay a day rate of $5 to park my work truck. I went to the apartments on May 15, 2020 and explained that I found that to be unacceptable and asked for my deposit back. The apartmant manager ( SELMA HASIC ), informed me that she would not return my deposit and that since she had my information she would just give it to someone else. When I asked for my application back she then informed me that she has a copy of it. My concern now e with SELMA HASIC is, she is going to sell my information to someone who has no immigration papers. When I told here I was going to report her, she told her employee to call the police and ushered me out the back door.

My question is, what recourse or rights do I have in this situation? If she sells my personal information, I will lose everything I have worked to try to establish.

Disabled Vietnam Era Veteran on HUD-VASH Program terminated from housing 10/30/2018 @4 PM with two hours notice.

The female Veteran will appeal the termination.

This comes at a time HUD and Housing Authority are in transition.

DHA (Dallas Housing Authority) representative advised Veteran "you should have known to seek certification in August or September regardless if you did not receive notice."

NOT "putting "People first".

I gave a 3 because the program is very helpful. I work and the program is still able to help me out. The only thing that I hate is when you lose your job it takes them forever to lower your rent!! I just called this morning and informed one of the helpful ladies that I turned in my income decrease last month on June 18th and she said she didn't see any updates that it normally takes 30 to 45 days for the rent to be lowered that's crazy!!! But when you get a job you must let them know within 10 days so they can up the rent ASAP!! I don't understand the procedure, what if a person can't come up with that full amount being they don't work anymore and nobody to help until it is lowered. System is backwards it should be the other way around. My only concern other than that the program is helpful.

are so lazy that they refuse to answer phone calls, emails and are ppwk. They are conveniently unavailable when you show up. Fire them all!

They only rent to a majority of one race and they seem to have nice cars new clothes and the latest in trends and selling drugs and brand new phones and shoes. Time to rectify this. Get up people and and yell until they hear you to do better and more diverse.

They claim to have sent ALL rental assistance payments to my landlord but nothing was ever received. I now own more than 3,000 dollars and am to be evicted in JANUARY 2021 for failure of payment. I am a disabled Mexican-American US citizen, cannot find work due to work injuries therefore I cannot fend for myself and my disability benefits were cancelled by SOCIAL SECURITY under pretense that I am "fine to work now." Every time I had contacted them via email, phone, facebook page, and have not received ANY response about this predicament. I'm confused as to WHY they are tossing money away if they aren't paying anything to said landlord at all.

Applied for help for rent when I am in risk of being evicted. They promised would try to help and even sent an email notifying me that they reviewed said application and would now talk to my landlord to get more info. Just received an email asking me to FINISH my application? I am not sure if these people actually care to help anyone or if they are playing with those in need. On top of this, its VERY hard to keep in touch with these people, having to try out any other phone number they provide and e-mails, as well as that form to ask anything regarding said applications, their facebook page does not allow MESSAGES to talk in private about said matters, and their twitter account is completely empty. I am trying not to think negatively about this organization but it seems they may not care about people after all.

Bureaucratic - in the extreme. LandLord Services don't answer/return phone calls. They exist to NOT be of service to Landlords.

Outdated application process - must appear with complete packet to PERSONALLY hand to worker in spite of how many exiting or past contracts they have on you. They DEMAND a complete multi-page PAPER contract for each new property or tenant.

The inspection process results are INSPECTOR dependent with guidelines that are not defined. In my case, 4 inspections passed and the last failed - with no changes to the property. The only change was in the inspector that performed the inspection.

I won't accept them - will accept any/all others in Dallas area.

It seem that you have to go in personally to get things done if you are being processed for housing for the first time. Phone calls are the last task on their agenda. Some, maybe most, Caseworkers are available to walkins quicker. Thats my experience.

The women who answer the phones are VERY UNPLEASANT, the customer service is beyond unprofessional. Expecting to speak to a caseworker or anyone in any department is nearly impossible. Please beware.
