Wellington apartment at Coppell,'s says that the instruction from Corp make people apply for apartment and although you give then a date to move, after 3 moths they notify you to wait another 3 months eventhose they knew your due date. The apt manager said full refund then no keeping $100 eventhose the application form says full refund if they don't provide resident the date you requested to move in. THESE are LOW INCOME apartments !??So this is an easy way to make money. God will reward your .. "honesty"
