Did an online order, asked waiter that came out to add my membership number. 1st he had an attitude about having to walk back in and input it. 2nd, turns out he did not input it in system. Did not show it being entered on my receipt. Then I get a call from PF Chang and the woman on the phone stated that my card had not went through. After I advised her that we had already paid. She realized she called the wrong number. Trying to support businesses by eating out, but expecr basic customer service even for to go orders.
