Didnt live up to the hype I was given. Vegemite dust. Please. Daughter's mocha was weird. Sort of floury is the best way I can describe it. Green tea also strange. With so many places to choose from doubt I would go back. Gucci sounding menu that quite frankly didn't deliver.

Had brunch here on a weekday. Most tables have patrons but the staff managed to get us seated fairly quickly. It's always a good spot to have a discussion, a quick meeting while getting coffee or a bite. Orders arrived swiftly with no complications. Food and coffee is on point, as expected. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Personal opinion would be that this space would be a better option on weekdays compared to weekends, which usually ends up extremely crowded.

Really good coffee!!

Backed by easily the most dedicated roastery in Melbourne and with some of the best baristas around, the coffee here is staggeringly good. Plus you know that they pay fair prices for their Green and have a benevolent agenda when it comes to the industry. I always recommend these guys to anyone who wants to know where to go.

If you like good coffee, this is a must see & taste. I went there at least once a week and even at peak times I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for my coffee. Delicious flat whites, magics, batch brews and pastries. Great vibe.

The appearance really looks very ordinary and private, but the moment you step in the door, you are already attracted by the atmosphere of the whole store! The original industrial style in the store incorporates a lot of wood, and the space is super wide! Every corner is carefully decorated by the store, and there are several bicycles on the wall of the store! The store also sells some coffee-related products, including coffee beans, coffee making utensils, and some customized products of Seven Seeds! Socks with 7 seeds actually super cute

Although the cafe in this shop is the only brunch shop where we have the opportunity to sit down and enjoy the coffee culture in Melbourne, the iced coffee latte in this shop tastes very smooth, not bitter at all, which fits the taste of not like bitter coffee For the Jessie! Meal, I simply ordered the Confluence Sandwich. The price is $18. In addition to bacon, fried eggs, lettuce, and chicken salad! The portion looks very full!

On the whole, this shop is suitable for friends who like to collect brunch shops. It is worth visiting. In addition to the design sense of industrial simplicity, coffee will not disappoint, although there are not many types of meals that can be ordered. But the price of the restaurant's meals is very good! Finally, after eating brunch, you can go to the Queen Victoria Market, which is about 10-15 minutes away on foot!

Another stalwart of Melbourne's best coffee shops - there's is a reason you see so many other cafes advertise serving seven seeds coffee!
Great warehouse vibe full of Uni of Melb's cool crowd.

Always queue but that means it's a great place worth waiting. Delicious coffee, friendly staff. Not living around this area but come back once in a while and never get disappointed. Recommend Waffle Eggs Benedict!

What can I say, but the coffee is spectacular! Nice atmosphere for a cup at any time. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Importantly it is one of the few coffee merchants were the coffee I bought maintained its taste and quality at home.

awesome open space cafe. the food is really good. I'm not normally a sweet breakfast person but the peanut butter and jam breakfast sounded delicious and it was. you might have to share a table with other people so be open to that.

The coffee is good, the food is good what more do you want. There can be a wait because it's always full, but it's where I do for a coffee when I'm in that part of the city and have been going there for 8 years or so, never had a bad coffee

Tldr:

Tldr:
The potato hash is recommended. The most crisp outer with a perfect mash inside.

A nice woodern interior cafe with a large amount of seating.

Soy chai latte - smoothe texture with concentrated chai.

The warm winter greens consisted mostly of the stems of the greens making parts of the dish bitter. The roasted sweet potato was perfect adding the sweetness. Minimal popcorn tofu but the crisp and flavour was exceptional.

THe eggs were perfectly cooked with layers

I would describe this place as a hipster hangout. It would suit you if you enjoy tasting esoteric coffee from all over the world. They are about the only place in Australia where you can order coffee brewed by a clover. If you, however, are more of a traditional coffee drinker, I think there are places that provides better value.

Seven Seeds began as a phenomenon and has not yet failed as one, having lost none of its lustre since its appearance.
The luxuriant space it offers does not compromise its sense of cosiness, homeliness and atmospheric hipness. Uncanny!
Above all, the coffee, OMG, the coffee is dynamite, has always been so.
There's not even the proverbial once off mistake with neither the coffee nor the food. There's nothing not to love about this place.
Furthermore, the staff itself! OMG again: friendly, helpful, kind, approachable, and, indeed, amazingly civilised. Those responsible for the selection, supervision and employment of the staff must be pure geniuses.
Congratulations Seven Seeds!

Loud and very average for the price. There are a hundred brunch joints in the inner North with better food, service and ambiance. And I've never seen anyone look so unhappy with their serving size as the guy next to me.

Had a nice brunch there.

Had a nice brunch there.
I ordered a toast with poached egg with bacons and tomato marmalade.
I ordered also a pour over which is nice.
My friend ordered the crumpet, more like a dessert. The whole crumpet was quite big in portion. And she had a chia banana smoothie.
The environment was beautiful and peaceful. The staffs were nice. Good
service. I bought some beans there as souvenir for my boyfriend.
Will place a second visit if have chance.

Visited this cafe while I was in Melbourne for afew days. The food and coffee were fantastic! I ordered 12hrs coffee braised beef brisket and long black with a hint of butter... amazing! There was no coffee flavour in the brisket but the meat was tender and soft. The sweet potato mash complimented the dish very well. The Long Black tasted good just the way I like it. Coffee was not overly strong and flavour was just right. The service was OK based on my visit. I have to waited for awhile to get staff's attention even tho they noticed me looking for help while they were chatting in a group. Other than that I do recommend to give this place a go. Overall I rate this place 4.2/5

My flat white was over-extracted and it tasted like s. I went back later and told one of the waitress nicely and she just replied "Okay" then walked away. Even just saying a single "Sorry" would be nice??

On a day when I feel like something more interesting than smashed avo and poached eggs on toast, this place delivered. So many interesting selections on the menu, from banoffee waffles and wild mushrooms with white truffle hummus to pulled pork eggs and waffle Benedict and beef brisket hash. I eventually decided on the pork neck and roti because it sounded the most exotic.

The most tender fillet of pork neck rested on a piece of roti coated with tonkatsu sauce, topped with a fried egg, coriander, fresh cut chilli and crispy shallots. This was such an amazing combination of ingredients and is a serious taste sensation at its best. The pork fillet just fell apart like a well-cooked lamb shank would. I always appreciate a hot chocolate finished off with chocolate flakes on top.

This bright and airy converted warehouse has a modern feel and fresh vibes. Service was quick and polite but perfunctory. A narrow window ledge is really not a comfortable place to perch at so luckily I was here to just eat and go.

It's NOT kids friendly at all, over priced for a average meal, customer service is the only good thing about the place. NOT GOING BACK THERE. Ps. they have hidden costs on weekends too.........

Great hidden cafe in an old factory / warehouse. It was really pleasant to walk into the warm, coffee scented cafe from a cold rainy day outside.

The eggs Benedict on a waffle with the ham was really tasty. Coffee was also good. Service was welcoming and respectful.
