Went for lunch on Friday on my own. Was really buzzing with lots of peeps. Staff were still able to attend to me really kindly. I wasn't rushed to order, newspapers were offered to me, food was quick to come. Great nourishing food and fab, bold coffee. Great place for respite during the busy work day.

Great airy space, lots of seating and not crowded feeling. Great coffee and awesome food! The coffee and food came surprisingly fast without compromising the quality. Ulrich "Lars" was a great host / Service

It s a shame that the togo cup to be treated like this, same experience as Brother Buda before, which is related of course. But this one taste better than BBB tho. And the services and the taste made it two more stars.

Amazing service, amazing coffee, amazing food.

Amazing service, amazing coffee, amazing food.
The place is always busy but you never feel rushed.
I wouldn't recommend this place if you're hungover, as the sheer popularity makes it quite loud, but I would recommend it for every other state you can be in.

Very nice coffee shop in Melbourne, where you actually can stay here for a while and enjoy the atmosphere, and their opening hours as well. I had a very good time reading in here.

This is a cafe in Melbourne that really has room for a long stay. It has a variety of table types and bar counters. You can dine and read quietly. Of course, there is also a great coffee and a very youthful feeling. Interior design!

What a funky wee place. The neighbourhood was so dead we almost walked right past, but as soon as we opened the door, we found it to be buzzing. They must have such a reputation we had to wait for a table for coffee, which we didn't mind. Staff were friendly and coffee was as expected. Spot on. We may well hit this place up again during our visit

Favourite coffee shop in Melbourne. Hidden amongst an industrial dead zone in the CBD, it s walking distance from Melb uni and always has excellent tunes, a bustling atmosphere and the same great coffee every time. They also get a heap of seasonal beans so I rarely run out of options. Seriously. Good.

We went for breakfast, but menu is abundant and can enjoy.
The room was not very heated and was cold.
I would like to continue if there is another opportunity.

Wonderful coffeehouse.

Average coffee and slightly uncomfortable seating.... You can't even relax here with people shoulder to shoulder. Forced to listen to others conversations left right and front, the queue is long but the meant - to - be - outstanding coffee wasn't any good at all.

OK this was one of the best I have ever been to. They let you pick from beans before making your coffee so we were able to get something to our liking. I ordered mushrooms with celeriac puree and poached eggs, it was an absolute heaven. The puree was magic.
Ambience very hipster like but then again every restaurant in Melbourne's Fitzroy/Carlton area is like that.
Coffee was excellent, smooth, creamy with slight sweet kick to it.
Highly recommending to people and would go back for more. What's cool is that other cafes in Melbourne buy beans from seven seeds so you can get the quality elsewhere.

Lovely, delicious coffees and food to be found here. The food is beautifully presented, tastes great although the servings are on the small side. Pictured below are the eggs and waffle, and beef hash.

Good vibe despite the fact that it s always too busy and crowded. Beautiful food with complexity in terms of taste and texture. Coffee meets the Melbourne standard for sure but the the legendary status. Would for sure come back.

Had heard much about Seven Seeds, and it delivers on every level! The coffee is one of the best any where. The food was a real revelation, interesting, well presented and good proportion. Outstanding service and a good feel to the place.

Ulrich is always very welcoming and provides outstanding service. Their soy cappuccino is one of the best in Melbourne. Will go back to 5 stars when you bring back the broccoli quinoa salad, as the plant based options are quite limited now.

A unique place for a cafe. From outside we only found a name. But inside was very lively. Our brunch was so satisfying. Satisfying our appetite and eyes... the sauce was so smooth and delicious.
The cappuccino was so smooth...I think they used the medium roasted bean and full cream milk. Will be back here next time we visit Melbourne.
