I have been using Otta since Feb, it's supposed to find you jobs that are suited to you based on your preferences. I have found the jobs they show are too experienced or completely out of my area, so you can dismiss the job but then it still shows you similar jobs that are still too experienced or not the area you want to work in when you have already said you don't want to work in that area or it's too experienced. It just feels like another version of any other job sites out there and you hear nothing. I thought from reading fantastic LinkedIn articles about Ottas it would actually help me with my job search 9 months on and it hasn't done anything.
