Fantastic Etna Finder! Found by chance in their Info Point in Catania they organized an unforgettable tour and transfers.

Excellent service from Etna Finder, highly recommended, we went from Taormina, all 10 points.

The worst experience I had, we were offered the excursion to go to the top of the etna, for the modest sum of 100 on July 29th. In addition to this sum, we were told that we could take their shuttle for 25 or take the bus at 8:15 the next day for 16 . We pay a deposit of 30 . So we chose to take the bus, so in the morning we get up at 7am to take the bus. At 7:45 on the spot, we are told to buy a ticket at the station (we thought to buy the ticket on the bus). While going to the station, the person who sells the tickets tells us that all the buses are full and that it was necessary to reserve 2 days in advance. We decide then to go to the agency which opens at 9h.une time in front of the agency 9h30, always nobody. We call in the meantime the guide to prevent that we can not be present because the buses are full, and he told me that we can do it the next day or be refunded our 30 . At 14h we go to the agency to be reimbursed, and the person tells me that it is not their problem because it does not manage public buses, and that is marked on their website. And that he decides not to repay. It is outrageous to offer the bus without giving us all the information because we are at the base of tourists. I do not recommend this organization or the professionalism leaves something to be desired ...

We took a family trip to Etna in July with Alessio. It was great! Thanks to him, we learned a lot about Etna, nature, Sicily. Alessio is very competent but not off-putting or teaching, he informed us in a fun way while capturing the attention of the whole family and he knows what World Champions are like in football :) !! An experience to live in his company, he was very considerate! Strongly recommended!

We discovered Etna Finder by chance while walking through the streets of Catania. We opted for a half-day excursion. It was a brilliant experience in every way for a very moderate price! Our guide Alessio shared with us his passion and his love for Etna. Extremely enthusiastic, exciting, passionate and very attentive to each of us, he made this experience memorable! It's been 10 days since that amazing day. I still carry that landscape in my eyes ... in my heart ... only emotions. Our expert guide, Marco, with his stories and the passion he puts into telling them, has transmitted to me the love he feels for this land and for Etna in particular .. indeed for "mamma Etna" as he calls it .
