I ordered a small kitchen on 6/02/2017 with normally delivery to 23/02 / 2017.After 5 calls or each time I was told that my order was gone and obviously that was wrong, once a person very unpleasant tell me that my order had been prepared at 23h the day before and left this day always wrong
After an email from me my order was ready and I received it on 6/03/2017. In the assembly for the drawers a coulisse did not correspond. I called the 6/03/2017 in the afternoon a person assured me to do the necessary for this week, still nothing
an advertisement saying the customer first and foremost, I think we should tell the customer the truth about delivery times
I would give my opinion when I receive my package
monday 13/03/2017 still no parcel, I call the sav a person responds to me that no request for replacement was made from Mr jean clement, she confirms me to place the order immediately and sends me a confirmation email
hope this week for delivery
