Hello, I ordered in June 2020 and was delivered in August! The deadline was long due to the covid 19 crisis! But I would really like to salute the customer relationship service and the after-sales service which is top. Thank you to zelia in particular. I will explain, I will receive my order on August 19, and when starting to unpack it, I realize that a shelf is cracked! suddenly I send a photo immediately to the after-sales service, suddenly a replacement shelf is sent to me almost on the next day. second my kitchen is up 1 week later, the person who assembles the furniture realizes that 2 facades have taken hits, so 1 hitch on each of the facades. I immediately send an email and a photo supports it! the service after sale sends me an email confirming that 2 doors will be sent. The doors are shipped the same day! frankly bravo for the reactivity!
