One of the worst airports I've ever flow in and out of. Huge line ups leaving for flights, last time I flew into the airport it took me 3 hours to get through customs and pick up my car rental and leave the airport. I have flown through many airports and never have I stood in such long line ups. Come on customs and border people get better organised. I also think that they need to have better airside. They really need to look at other airports and get better ideas on how to run things and better options airside..

Worst line organizing and zipper merge if lines does not work. This is truly the worst airport security ever. Clear and pre check won't even help as they are filtered in the masses early on in the chaotic throw up of confused line goers.

Overall good experience. Should have a 24 hour fast food at terminals, especially for those that travel late at night or early morning. TSA agent's extremely rude. Don't ask any questions, they get upset for disturbing them. Can't even reply a Good Morning back, especially those working at the counter.

Great workers. But this airport is just horrible. The building looks like it's just being build. Construction in the building, roads, parking lot. The builds are spread out. God where am. If you ever been to Tampa airport you notice everything's together in one building. Making it easier and more of a fun time. Orlando was a nightmare. How do I get into the Airport? Where is the Parking? Why are there 3 parking Lots? Why am I getting rained on in the parking lot? Why is the ceiling not finish? Do you guys have a Disney map so I know where I am?

Departure and arrival screens both posted in correct gate. When I asked confirmation on a flight to ohare - the airline assistant that was scanning the boarding passes said why are you asking me? ....maybe it s because u work there?...ur job is to help, assist, and educate passengers (among other things). If a paying customer asks for clarification - just answer it politely. Awful service

American could/should spend some effort and a few dollars on upkeep for terminals 50-59 and provide some working toilets. Of the three I tried to use in this terminal 4 stalls zero urinals in service. This place services the hordes coming and leaving Disney and Universal. Pee before coming to the airport.

Employees who check in luggage, very helpful, and cooperative. TSA needs help. Too dam slow and big reason for me, and several others missing their flight. Appreciate arrangement made to get me home on another flight, but what upset me the most, was the poor, and careless attitude of the lady employee dressed in blue, sitting behind the bourding counter stuffing her face with peanuts, making no attempts to check with someone and try to get us on the plane while the boarding tunnel was still attached.

Flew into Orlando with an elderly, disabled cousin...

Flew into Orlando with an elderly, disabled cousin who was using a wheelchair. When we got off the plane the guy pushing the wheelchair said he had to do something and would be back in 3 minutes. 20 minutes later I asked a Southwest Airlines employee for help and was rudely told that I could push her myself. Which I did, but it was a struggle since I m not well myself. When we came back for our return flight the person at the baggage check in called for a person to push my cousin. We waited about 10 minutes, then asked them to call again. They did, but, once again, no one showed up to push the wheelchair. Very poor service Orlando International Airport. I guess you don t care about the disabled and elderly. It s much different at our airport in St. Louis. Much better in St. Louis. You may have the mouse, but you have no consideration for the elderly and disabled.

Its not an airport i would like to go to that often. It looked nice from the outside but when i entered it felt super dated, the only floor that looked modern was the very top floor. There were holes in the ceiling and some closed storefronts as well. It has a very confusing layout alot of twists and turns and the directions aren't clear enough. I give it a star because of Cinnabon...yes....those sticky tender bunz with icing....mmmmm....back to the story....its really hard to get into and when you do you can legit just enter the airport with no securty or nothing i saw people just shopping and leaving the airport as if it was a shopping mall not an airport. A terrorist can legit just go in like nothing if they wanted to. It needs some improvment ....for Orlando you would expect more.

Mostly I wish that the chairs in the open areas were more comfortable, as well as more dimly lit areas for travelers who have longer layovers. There are plenty of shops for purchasing a blanket and some earplugs, though! Also plenty of okay restaurants.

It is a very beautiful airport.

It is a very beautiful airport.
Because it is large, you should check the boarding gate first before going out for souvenirs or shopping.
During the vacation season, there is a long line for luggage inspection, so be careful not to miss it!

The world's longest TSA line in the world starts here. My suggestion to you is to leave about an hour or so earlier than planned just to get through this line. Other than that, it is just a really big major Metropolitan Airport.

Beautiful airport, I was in the domestic flights section. Enough choice for something to eat. And many stores. After security, the offer is a lot less. There is, however, Nathan's Hot Dogs behind the security.

Restaurants and other services are fine maybe even good. Security is a complete disaster on the other hand. I can only speak for side A. I was at the airport an hour and a half before the flight and missed mine. The security line took about an hour on a Monday afternoon. Worse, with all lines full and about 500 people waiting, they closed down security lines. Horribly mismanaged, likely understaffed. I came back the next morning at 4:30 when the checkpoint opened and again it took an hour to get through. TSA took there time to open security lines and didn't seem to have any sense of urgency. They didn't seem surprised by the rushed, just indifferent to it. I overheard many others talking about missed flights, I would advise avoiding this airport whenever possible. This is coming from someone who flies often and has flown for work many times.

Quite seriously one of the most frustrating, poorly designed, and inconvenient airports I have ever seen. Vending machines at hospitals in high crime areas offer more appetizing meals than the terminal B food court. And this is probably the only airport that I have seen with carpeting in the majority of the airport which makes it an annoying friction-struggle for people to move around with their luggage. All around pathetic. Bathroom entrances are so narrow they guarantee bottlenecks. Been to this airport dozens of times and I can honestly say, I HATE THIS AIRPORT MORE THAN ANY OTHER.

Today the airport was busy as usual, but my check in went without a hitch. The only problem I saw was the passengers going through screening, had a case of follow the leader and went down one lane. There were 6 open lanes----cannot blame the airport because people are sheep

I lost my wallet one hour prior to my flight from MCO to DFW two weeks ago because I accidentally left it at security. A week later I get a letter stating they located my wallet by the lost and found department to my elation. I contacted the office and was told that I would receive my wallet Within 4 days. No problem. After four days, I had attempted to reach someone at the same lost and found Department I've spoken to previously but was met each and every time buy a prompt indicating that they were busy. It has been 8 days since receiving my letter and still no wallet and no contact from the Department on their claims like they promised. Awful.

And I still have no idea where my wallet is.

Have visited this airport twice in recent years. ...

Have visited this airport twice in recent years. The first time on arrival we claimed our suitcases and made the mistake of putting them back on the conveyor belt for transit to the next terminal (to avoid taking them up the escalator). Big mistake as they were delayed for an absolute age. Next visit we learned from this mistake and took all 4 suitcases up the escalator to avoid delays, but this is quite dangerous (wrestling with 2 suitcases and a cabin bag each), and surely asking for an accident to happen.

There was chaos at our departure gate (80). The space and seating at the gate was inadequate for the number of passengers, and so they sprawled out into the walkway behind (no doubt impeding the smooth flow of passengers to the other gates). When the announcement was made by the gate staff saying who/which rows should board first, none of the passengers could hear (even when stood close to the gate desk) because announcements from adjacent gates completely obliterated what was being said, and when we shouted that we could not hear, the announcer just shrugged at us! Very poor arrangement. Don't remember having the same problem at other airports.

Very long queues to pass through security, though the reason for extra checks/vigilance is of course understood. Instructions at security could have been clearer (shouted more frequently) too. At our UK airport, as business class travellers, we had our own separate and very quick (short queue) security check. Not at Orlando. Yes, there was a separate desk to go through with your boarding pass, but then it merged with the normal queue, which was very long.

Inadequate amount of shops in the departure lounge (including a tiny duty free shop).

Overall, could do a lot better!
