Flew into Orlando with an elderly, disabled cousin...

Flew into Orlando with an elderly, disabled cousin who was using a wheelchair. When we got off the plane the guy pushing the wheelchair said he had to do something and would be back in 3 minutes. 20 minutes later I asked a Southwest Airlines employee for help and was rudely told that I could push her myself. Which I did, but it was a struggle since I m not well myself. When we came back for our return flight the person at the baggage check in called for a person to push my cousin. We waited about 10 minutes, then asked them to call again. They did, but, once again, no one showed up to push the wheelchair. Very poor service Orlando International Airport. I guess you don t care about the disabled and elderly. It s much different at our airport in St. Louis. Much better in St. Louis. You may have the mouse, but you have no consideration for the elderly and disabled.
