There are no real restaurants other than a pathetic place called Johnny Rivers. The restaurant had horrible food and the coffee was so bad I left it to be poured down the drain (and I bet the drain complained). There is one Starbucks with a half hour line. The bathrooms are small, crowded, and super stinky. This airport does not allow uber rides and the cab line took a half hour at 11:30 at night. I will do my best to never come back to this horror of an airport .

I love this airport! Everyone here is really kind and caring, passport control is pretty slow but it's worth it because the people that check your passports are friendly and not grumpy like most people in British airports. The car hire is great with some lovely big cars and there all brand new and really clean with full tanks all the time which means you'll last for plenty of days on the road! Thank you so much to everyone who made our trip so much better (it was great by the way still) but keep up the good work Orlando Internatinoal Airport staff!

With TSA, getting through security is a breeze... Otherwise can take quite a while. I travel to CA several times a year and this has simplified things tremendously. The biggest issue I have is waiting on luggage. It seems to take much longer than other airports I've frequented so is why I prefer a carry-on when possible. Other than that, it's a great airport. Lots of choices for food/drink and friendly servers.

Hey Orlando TSA if you are trying to set the stand...

Hey Orlando TSA if you are trying to set the standard for how not to run airport security at an international airport, then WELL DONE!! If that is not your goal then you should probably just fly to any other airport find out what you are doing horribly wrong and fix it! That was the worst experience in an airport I have ever had and I've flown some pretty small ones that tend to suck. However your two minute system is genius! Did you have an engineer from MIT give you that plan or was it Donald Duck. If it was Donald then maybe we should hit the drawing board with someone with a brain bigger than a pea. Also what genius keeps taking 3 lines and cramming them into one. The people pushing through is not a good system. If I never have to go to this airport again it will be too soon!

Worst airport ever. TSA was slow then rude about their ineptness.. I was appalled about their tact in handling the crisis that were apparent during my boarding to return home and will probably take Auto train rather than experience such ratchetness. And to think I projected Spirit airlines being my major delay in my travels. Kudos to Spirit for their professionalism!

Their system for TSA screening is bizarre at best. You'd think with Disney in their backyard, they would figure out how to make lines work. And the logic of keeping your belts & watches on but not letting you hold your passport & ticket is beyond me...the bathrooms ... cannot even describe the mess. It's like you don't know where to step. They don't sell gum here so maintenance doesn't have to clean it up when people put it on the ground. I get that, but they don't seem to be in a rush to keep the place clean in the first place.

Terminal B is closed for rental car reservations! ...

Terminal B is closed for rental car reservations! No signs anywhere indicating this change!! We arrived at MCO and we had to get our car rental. There was a big crowd going in the same direction to get their car rentals. DO YOU THINK THEY COULD PUT UP A SIGN SAYING "GO TO TERMINAL A"!!!!! My knees were killing me after doing ALL THAT WALKING!!! Once I arrived at Terminal A at the car rental counter, the attendant explained the AIRPORT WOULD NOT LET THEM PUT UP SIGNS. It is the Airport responsibility. So, I was not to happy and still UPSET TODAY!!

This is the worst airport I've ever been to. The dining options aren't good and there isn't a wide selection to chose from so people have to wait a long line to get the awful food they sell. The TSA lines were terribly long and slow moving I have TSA precheck but I still felt bad for the people who had to wait in the regular line. They only had one shuttle transporting folks from the gates to the terminals which caused the shuttle to be so crowded I got my arm hit by the closing doors because I couldn't fit inside and I'm a tiny person.

Tsa agents are very rude and disrespectful, not assisting the people who pay thousands to fly,as well as their paychecks. Im not just calling them out intentionally, i stopped in Atlanta which i would give 5 stars as well as Cincinnati.

Horrible airport. They closed vehicle rentals from terminal B and did not have signs posted until you walked all the way out to the garage area. Needless to say we did a lot of walking with my elderly parents and then we also did not get our rental car. Thanks Budget!!!!

4 Stars for the airport in general. BUT I GAVE 1 STAR TO ALL OF THE TSA AGENTS!!! THEY WERE THE WORST!!!!! MADE ME TAKE OFF MY SHOES AND TAKE MY LAPTOP OUT OF MY BAG!!! THEY THEN HAD TO PAT ME DOWN AFTER I WENT THROUGH THE METAL DETECTOR (the one were you have to stand still and put your arms up) GROW UP ORLANDO AND BE LIKE PORTLAND WHERE I DID NOT HAVE TO DO ANY OF THAT!!! IF YOU CAN JUST AVOID GOING TO MCO AND GO TO MLB, WHERE THERE IT IS A SMALLER FASTER SECURITY PACE AIRPORT:)

Most chaotic TSA security line I've ever been in. It also took 90 minutes to get through security. Getting around is confusing and half the escalators/elevators were broken. Give yourself three hours at least when flying out from MCO. Also, don't ever do it again.

Orlando International Airport sucks! Spirit Airlines has lost my bag that I checked in Dallas/Ft Worth. It was sent to New Orleans last Friday. New Orleans called and said they had the bag and would send it to Orlando asap. I tried all day Sat to contact Spirit to find out what was going on with my bag. I left message after message but no one returned my call. I called the Orlando Airport I talked to a lady who said she would check for my bag and call me back. No call! I called Orlando Airport Monday and the lady transferred me to Spirit Airlines were again no answer. There is no customer service at Orlando Airport or Spirit Airlines. No one at Spirit or Orlando Airport gives a crap about finding my bag.

Really enjoy the feel of the airport even of some of it feels a bit dated. Main criticism is the huge waits going through passport control on arrival. Took us 1hr30 just to get through the queue. Has a few shops like Universal and Disney to get you in the mood!

Very clean and great convenient stores. Security checkpoint is the absolute worst. It takes forever to go through. Security isn't very kind and they do not help. They are rough and aren't understanding too. Horrible experience.

I had to stop here for a 3 hour layover. I like this airport. Plenty of seating, clean and lots of restaurants and shopping areas in the area I was in. However, they need to supply more working cell phone charging areas. Besides that, I had no issues or problems.

It was okay, but then I tried to get Cinnabon for breakfast after waiting in the security line for half an hour. I am VERY tired and VERY hungry. I was EXCITED to get a CINNAMON ROLL. I went on the tram, attempted to find my sweet, sweet Cinnabon, when lo and behold - IT WAS LOCATED BEFORE SECURITY. This is without a doubt the DUMBEST decision made by the designers of this airport. Who shops and eats BEFORE security?! I can t belive this. My whole vacation has been ruined by a badly located Cinnabon. HORRIBLE.

Wow this is a beautiful airport it reminds me

Wow this is a beautiful airport it reminds me
Of a mall with all of the stores they must know people have time to waste when stopping here just like me I had a 3 and half hour lay over here but it was fun to atleast explore. They have a nice big food court just like a mall would but don t expect all the stores to be open or food stands. They do have kiosks with snacks and drinks and plenty of restaurants just about 1 in every 3 at the moment are open. Its just so big of an airport things can get slightly confusing and it s hard to know which side of the airport your gate will be on.
Try the hotel built inside of the airport if you can afford it there s a beautiful fountain in the lobby that you can actually put your hands right into and visit without having to actually go into the hotel lobby.

Experience..... well customer serives is not very friendly. Everyone expects you to automatically know what your doing and where your going. Your there to help so actually help. Especially for first time flyers. Only getting 3 stars because the airport itself was nice.

Let's get this out of the way: The TSA. Orlando attracts a large influx of tourists that helps to make it a very populated place. People are always coming in and out. I wouldn't dare book a flight that doesn't leave at the crack of dawn and I wouldn't advise you to either. The dreadful potential of how bad the lines for security can get is simply abysmal. The amount of hands and machines they have working security are just too few to accommodate the amount of people who flow through here. It's a joke. Security aside, MCO is pretty much your run-of-the-mill international airport.
