I wasn't able to pass emissions one month and needed repairs. I wouldn't normally go to a dealership because dealerships are notorious for being expensive and for having mechanics that don't know what they're doing. However, the repairs that needed to be done on my car were bad enough that my mechanic recommended that I go to a dealership to get the repairs done.

This I did.

And let me tell you, my whole experience with this dealership from start to finish was as professional, fast, and hassle-free as you can get! I was pleasantly surprised. Shocked really. I never expected to receive such good service from a dealership.

I took my car in Friday and took her out Monday. They even went ahead and verified the repairs by passing emissions for me, which is something they didn't have to do, but they knew that's what I wanted.

Overall I felt like the staff were very approachable, friendly, and reasonable. I didn't feel like they were trying to oversell me on anything. They listened to what I wanted, gave their recommendation, and then did what I wanted. Monty and Blake were especially friendly and helpful.

Prices were perhaps a touch higher than that of the cheapest mechanic you could scrounge around and find, but all-in-all I felt like the price I paid was very reasonable and fair.

It's difficult to find places like this that are willing and able to provide such professional and genuine service.

I highly recommend this place.
