I wish I could give them zero stars. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but in this case I am highly motivated given the levels of dishonesty and ethics violations by Orem Mazda. When I was shopping for a car I insisted and was given assurances that the car I was buying had a clean title. Sales staff even produced a fraudulent 'clean' CarFax report that showed the car had never been in an accident. Lo and behold some months later an accident 'magically' shows up on the CarFax report that occurred on a date PRIOR to my purchase date. The vehicle was a LEASE VEHICLE MANAGED BY OREM MAZDA. Let that sink in for a moment.

Orem Mazda will gang up on buyers, apply unreasonable pressure, distort and manipulate, and outright lie as to the conditions of sale. STAY AWAY. I have been to most of the other Mazda dealerships locally, they are all good dealerships and Orem is the lone black sheep. Sales staff there behave like a bunch of cocky college frat boys.

I have read the other 1 star reviews on here, and I can 100% agree with the statements made by other customers who got screwed over by Orem Mazda as they convey experiences parallel with mine. All the high ratings come from staff and friends of staff. Which is entirely consistent with their other business practices (i.e. lying).
