I am a tenant who finished my lease and did not get my security deposit back from the landlord

The agent, Janice Sze who works for Orange Tee BLOCKED my handphone number when I asked for her assistance in getting the phone number/address of the landlord in order to facilitate things

The legal and claims department, Shaun HUNG up on me when I asked them to communicate with Janice to get the address of the landlord in order to file a small claims tribunal
He also scoffed and asked me why I m harping over a one month rental of a small amount (3.6k)
His tone was unprofessional as a lawyer and it was disappointing to know that these are the standards in singapore

Orange tee lawyer- HANGS up on polite customers
Orange tee agents- BLOCKS phone calls

Please be very very wary if you are a customer tenant of agents from orange tee. This is an unregulated company in a first world country
