Was engaged to one of the main agent from this company to sell the house. The main agent didn't even required both owners consent and brought 3 agents and 2 interested buyers to look around the house immediately after the photos has posted 2 days later in Propertyguru. As the other owner of the house, there was no consent, no proper communication and no arrangement were given when the unit is posted to Propertyguru to sell. At the same time, those agents visited when the owner was not around, leaving the kids to handled. Those agents also did not introduce themselves and just barged into the house without the owners agreement. Moreover, the agents brought the interested buyers to look around the house as if the house was empty. The experience with them was very rude. With no actual consent and procedures going through from the owners of the house, the main agent lack of professionalism.
