I visit at least once a year with family and friends. I'm never disappointed. I love this resort.

Its a fun place but were not able to get into the condo which we had a time share in.

Decent villas, but they are starting to get outdated. I believe that they are currently updating some of them. Customer Service is good throughout the resort.

It was a awesome experience for me and my family. Pizza delivery was fast and tasted good. All staff was friendly and helpful especially the girls at market place

Ive been going here every summer since i was 18. Im now 30 and still enjoy it looking to buy one eventually.

Fabulous. Our place that we used is getting a little dated; it was on the west village bungalows but usable. It could use a new paint job and upgrades like tiling throughout. I am sure the new highrise buildings were better appointed. The amenities were top notch with pools, golfing, mini golf, theatre, lazy river, rock climbing, water slides, lake rentals, etc. Full kitchen and balcony that overlooked one of the greens. Only thing missing was bbq's. Still worth it though.

Clean, friendly, drinks and food prices are great. We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa newly renovated! Lake view...

Very disappointing! We own here and brought relatives to show what a great place this was and 1 resteraunt was closed down, another didn't serve lunch and another one had a broken ice cream machine???

If you like to spend $105 an hour for a jet ski then this is the place to go. Besides that the resort was great.

The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. Ours had a kitchenette in it and the bathroom was large. No bed bugs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable, and no one contacted us about having a time share.

I've been coming here with my family for the past 15 years and I enjoy my stay even more every year. Very relaxing, everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. The golf here is awesome. We stay in the East Village and the 3br condo is very nice and roomy with a great view of the fireworks that Disney World fires off every night. There is something for everyone to do here! I look forward to every may when I know I'll be down here again!

We were visiting family at Orange Lakes and had a great time. The kids loved the arcade. We ate at the Breeze restaurant and the food was great too.

Location was very convenient to Disney, shopping, and restaurants. Rooms were spacious. Service upon check in was great, haven't had to use it since. Plenty of pools and things to do on property. Will stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay. It's got everything you could ask for. Great bars, great restaurants and brilliant pools. The golf courses are magic too.

Our rooms was fantastic with a lot of space. Clean rooms, great and nice resort design. Just the lazy river rules that we need to pay for bracelet to use the floating tubes. Also lack of signs and directions on that huge resort

It's a huge resort with awesome suites, close to Disney. It has the largest lazy river I've ever seen and I was told it's heated even though it's outside. Can't wait to try it on my next trip. Also, the villas pretty much have their own driveway.

The rooms are nice. Everyone loved it the WiFi was kinda slow. The view was amazing. Everything was far apart like the pool and the food court

We had a great time, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean and exceeded expectations. The food and drinks were good but my kids enjoyed the pools most of all.
I was VERY disappointed to find out despite two different colored trash bags in the rooms that they do NOT recycle anywhere on their very large property. I double checked this by calling the front desk and it was explained that everything should be put in the trash :(

My family and I stayed 4 days and 3 nights here and our bathroom tub was clogged and the ceiling fan was all dusty, they charge to get in the lazy river, they charge $8 for additional towels in your room, as soon as you check in they will be after you trying to convince you to purchase a time share.

Once you get over the whole timeshare presentation, the charges for use of activities such as tubes, slides, golf etc., the resort itself it fantastic. Friendly staff, great rooms and super close to disney. Overall, would stay there again.
Note: our timeshare presentation lasted 4 hours.

This place is amazing and worth the visit, my kids loved this place and didnt want to leave. Its definitely on the list to go back to.

We come to this place most all time . This place is good for people who like to have fun and do many activities and lay back. Sometimes you don't need to go to the theme parks.

The time share staff were very rude and disrespectful. They were pushy and got mad because we did not but the timeshare. I wouldn t recommend this vacation club to anyone.

Overall resort was great, just hated how the charged for my items like extra towels

Place is massive. Rented a car after the first day. Made it way more enjoyable than with out a car. Staff was intent full. We were in an older par of the resort but still loved it

My family has stayed here every year for the last 8 years. Until this year we have always loved it! Something has happened. Customer service is none existence! You get no one on the phone but instead are asked to TEXT! And when you text nothing happens. My floors are disgusting! And after 2 days of being told someone would come right out I finally decided to clean them myself..... on my vacation! I was tired of everyones feet being stained BLACK! For $200 a night you have plenty of options around Disney. Unfortunately this will not be one of them for our family next season.

Checked in at 10:30pm.. to a dirty room. Smelled like smoke. Both bathrooms were filthy.. with other people's hair, cracks in walls, and spouts falling out of Wall in BOTH bathrooms. I went down to complain, and at 11:25pm they offered to switch me and my family to another room. But we were in a villa, and my 7 & 6 yr olds had fallen asleep. So instead, I went to Target and bought bleach and cleaner.
Afterwards, when my wife and I pulled back our sheets, they were still dirty !! And now it's close to 1:00am.. so the staff decided to drop off sheets and have us take care of the bedding.. lol, are you kidding me !?
They came in the next day, and made everything nice.. or as nice as could be. Holes in the ceilings, and screens fallling off the tracks.. seriously. Plus, was supposed to be an "updated" villa. And to top it off, we found 2 dead frogs under the desk.. and wrappers and empty water bottles there too. So much for the cleaning service.
The manager decided that $100 off the 1st night was fair, from a total of $2400.. so that's that I guess.. terrible experience. And here's the thing, you only have 1 chance to make a 1st impression

Fun time with the family. The rooms were nice and spacious, the activities were great for all ages.

The resort itself is nice when you have a villa. However , I would think twice in staying in the clubhouse.housekeeping apprehebds your items. So be cautious. Otherwise this place is great.

Our suite is very spacious and clean. I don't like how aggressive they are with selling timeshares to the hotel guests. If you know what's good for you, please don't sign up for a timeshare.

Great resort, a bit too far from Disney. Bit dated villas. The shuttle to and from Disney is a rip off of the highest order.

Large resort with multiple pools and walking trails. They have a shuttle that goes to pickup points at certain times but I would recommend having a car. Grounds are well kept and they have stores on the resort for whatever you might need. Lots of units in the resort but a more family orientated crowd. Golf course on the resort as well. Nice place to stay and fairly close to disneyworld. I believe Disney World was less then 10 minute drive for us.

Our room is awesome and we are really liking the things to do when not at Disney. Water slides are fun. Had a burnt out light that maintenance fixed within twenty minutes.

The resort was beautiful. We went for a timeshare presentation and received 4 days/3 nights for our committment to a two hour presentation that turned into 5 hours ;(. The incentives are great but I was disappointed that we were there for so long. I was grateful that Joe (supervisor) did listen to our concerns and worked hard to make sure we were satisfied.

This is my family 2nd time staying at one of the Holiday Inn resorts. We loved the 1st on cocoa beach, but the stay at orange lake not so much. The website failed to give enough info about the resort. Like you pay for tubes for lazy river and pay for mini golf thats on the resort. We didn't pay for tubes at the cocoa beach resort. The beds were absolutely horrible I was in pain our whole week due to the discomfort of the beds. Our resort view was blah and our refrigerator leaked inside and onto the floor. The kitchen was nice except for the refrigerator. The bathrooms were nice. The wild animals are too friendly on this property and it probably, because we see guest feeding them. There were raccoons run around during the day and they managed to get up to the 5th floor and dig into some garbage someone left out. There is more cons then pros and I will not stay here again.

We like the accommodations BUT we can not stand the constant bombardment from the sales staff. First they tell us how great it is to buy a week here and then all they want to talk about is what you need to do to upgrade because what they sold you is not really that good unless you get an upgrade. If you go with the upgrade on your next visit they will try and upgrade you again because what you now have "really isn't that good"

Worst vacation ever.... staff will promise you the world but take 1 second to lie to you and and they don t return phone calls (even in emergencies) amd rven when promised... oh that s another thing they do... one person promises you something and the next claims it s not in the notes

I have been here 7-8 probably more times and this place is really going down hill for quality....

Friendly staff. Massive facility. Has just about everything you could want. The rooms are spacious and look amazing.

The service is great the guest services staff are great. The resort is beautiful however it needs some work. Our room has some front door issues. Maintenance did come and tried their best to fix it but were not able to because the door was put in wrong. We are in a handicap villa which is towards the the back of the resort and we have no emidiate access to there resort shuttle. The shuttle mostly travels on the main roads and to wait for the shuttle people have to sit on a hot bench in the sun or wet bench in the rain. There are no top covers on the bench to protect from the elements. There are no sidewalks so even if guests want to or need to walk to a shuttle or just walk it is not safe. For such a big resort/company there should be different options for rooms and mattresses. As i stated we are in a handicap villa and the beds are comfortable for us. However we met another disabled guest that felt that the beds were very uncomfortable and causing her pain. The computer systems are a mess! No system communicates with one another. Each department seemed to be trained individually without much knowledge of the what the other departments do. The information from staff to staff is inconsistent making it seem as if they are lying.We are owners and i feel that for the amount of money I pay to be an owner we should have seperate check in areas. Meaning owners go in one building and non owners go in another. Some people in my family have anxiety and check in is very overwhelming. I also feel as if owners should stay in one area/section of each Villa and non owners in another not because I think that we are better then non owners but because again we pay too much money to have some guests that come here and leave trash everywhere. It makes no sense to only have a few small outside trash barrels in for each area. I feel as if they spend too much time trying to sell you more property instead of taking care of the owners they currently have. They do not have an allergen friendly menu. Some Villas have enclosed patio or porch because they are by the golf course or In a building but not all which makes no sense given the fact that FL has very large bugs, a vast amount of wildlife, snakes, cicadas, fireflies (some carry lime desease) we see racoons walking around the back during the day and are unable to enjoy the patio.

The property was great with a lot of amenities, but the staff was rude and several times the restaurants in the property billed me a certain amount but then charged my account between 12-18.00 more! Keep on eye on your accounts they are unethical!!!!

Orange lake resort is fantastic. The customer service is outstanding. The amenities are top notch. We have been many times and will for aure return. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, updated and very comfortable. Ita very close to lots of stores and the theme parks.

Do Not Buy from these people!! Just about everything they tell you in the tour is NOT TRUE!! Hidden fees, increasing maintenance fees, availability to use ... all lies. They also say if you find that you no longer need or want the timeshare they "appreciate" the chance to buy it back from the owner first.... LIES.... they do not help you at all!! Once they have your money ...it's over!! As far as the resort, when your going there for the first time they give you the BEST room available. After you purchase, look out! Old room /villa, dirty rooms, bathrooms, broken furnishings, bugs galore including roaches and bed bugs. As an owner you will never see the decent villas you are shown on a tour... NEVER!!! They only book them to first time stays to try to suck them into buying. I would give negative stars .. but not an option!

You have to pay for the water slide, lazy river, you can only use a credits cards to buy anything. The food is not good

Clean. Comfortable. Accommodating and the river island activities were great for my family.

Great place for family. We come every year or two and love the pools and activities in the resort. Its great bc of its proximity to everything you'd want to do in Orlando

Nice clean rooms and friendly staff. We needed a bandaid so we called and had one delivered within a couple of minutes!

I absolutely love it here. Our honey moon was such a blast. And we were able to buy time share. So you will be seeing us in the future. The staff were very friendly and sweet. The lazy river is by far my favorite thing omg amazing. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars is the beds were very hard. And we suffer from back problems already. So im hoping in the future they can have softer more body supportive beds. Cause sleep was rough. But other than that I will be back with my family and friends and I cant wait to be here again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly and we thought the food was pretty good as well which was nice. I'm sure they have to do this for the kids but the water at the lazy river was too warm, but that's not much of a complaint. Great place if you want a ton of things to do with your family.

Had a great experience. We enjoyed our stay. We were there from June 11th - June 18th. When we arrived even though everything had been booked for us they asked us for our debit card and told us that $250.00 deposit would be taken out and we would get when we checked out. I checked out June 17th and have been back home for over a week and still have not received my $250.00 deposit that I was not prepared to pay. Other than that. We liked our room and enjoyed the pools and lazy river.

Nice rooms pizza flang potatoes rice chicken and pools its really fun

This is my second time staying here. Very nice resort. Pools are amazing. Think it's silly to pay extra for tubes to be on lazy river. Beds are horrible, but very clean.
