I would put 0 if I could.. they wouldn't know customer service if it killed them , both the representative and the manager were extremely rude with absolutely no sense of compassion or understanding. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes while waiting for a manager only to be told at first that there wasn't one only after insisting there must be SOMEONE else I could speak with besides the utterly rude and seemingly clueless "kimberly" i spoke with originally and waiting an additional 10 minutes to speak with someone only for her to ADMIT that they had recieved received my paperwork from the landlord and she didnt know why i hadnt been contacted back yet when i spoke with someone earlier who just needed a payment im not sure how it advanced to needing 3 business days before i can start my service and now my family has to wait at least the weekend without water because someone forgot to do their job.... wonderful!
