The customer service is sooooooooooooooo BAD, they get on each other nerves. I asked a very direct question, the lady behind the counter was so rude that a lady that sit at the desk came over and answered it. How do we get them to fire EVERYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE and hire someone worthy of the jobs?
