I wish I could give them zero stars. They have disconnected our water in error six times. SIX TIMES. I have run outside to show my confirmation that we paid our bill, but the rude technician just tells me to take it up with their customer service line and then throws the stupid red card at my door. This is why we need to be able to change water companies.
