I called and had the water turned off as I had mov...

I called and had the water turned off as I had moved out and sold my townhouse. A month later I received a bill for $70.67 when I called there was not a Supervisor/ Manager I could speak to. Poor customer service and horrible how they can take advantage of people for a necessity.
