Absolutely horrible customer service. I was late 30 days on my bill . . . ok, my mistake, it happens. I came home from work and all I wanted was a shower, but they disconnected my water. I called up and spoke to a girl who was rude. She said her shift was over and hung up on me. Now they are closed and I can't get a hold of anyone to turn my water back on. Now I'm going to have to wait until they open in the morning and hopefully they turn the water on before company shows up tomorrow. What a bunch of crap. I'd rather them add late fees instead of disconnecting service, it's a big inconvenience for me AND the poor soul who as to drive out to my house to reconnect the meter.
