I interviewed for Technical head and they hired me for Assistant Project Manager. Then I worked under a team lead who is not sure about that what we have to do and engaging me with the clients who have different requirements than my technical skills. If I am getting knowledge through research then he is like that don't waste time on research and just hire clients if even we don't have resources. Team lead himself dealing with clients and then sending me videos that listen what they said, it's not time wasting as he is putting is time with client and then I am also wasting time to listening that audio. Vice President don't have problem if team lead is loosing client of $30k-$35k. I was forced to complete a 35 days project within 20 days even I don't have expertise on that and budget of that project is only $2.5k. I was working on that and after 2 days team lead mailed me that your last 2 days is not paid leave and next 2 days will be also not paid leave. I said okay and didn't respond for next 2 days and then they abscond me. Totally things are like they need clients and they don't have resources and even knowledge about hiring the resources. They don't value employees and forcing them to use sorry, please words for clients even without any mistakes. When I share my whole matter to hr and vice president they didn't respond cause here is all doing JOB, JUST OBEY BOSS. Even some times I think juniors are Boss here for seniors. Hr is like we are not going to pay you cause we mailed you regarding things. I mailed them whole matter and they didn't respond them. If you are TELU then you can join the company otherwise they will not focus on you cause employees have no value over there.

Oodles is the best company, This is my dreams company, One day I will do the work in this company.

Really very bad company , they expect you to do work for other profile. If you are a developer then they will expect you to do work of desiging and UI development too.

Poor management, gone for the interview, wait for 3 hour even its a scheduled interview, i ask them HR, they told me wait for 1 more hour, then will let you know.

This company is not good for freshers because they want 5 or 6 year experienced but if you are a fresher and you are going for interview in it then they play with you two or maximum three days and then reject you..

Its a worst company named as bluddy Oodles technologies. If you are a fresher and thinking to appear for an interview here, just do no waste your time and money. They even call candidates when do not have any requirement just to show that they hire all the time, they have so much work. They will take multiple interview rounds on different days and then are not going to select you. The person who will be a reason for the company shutdown is the Technical Director. Bluddy Hell!

The company is big no doubt but they have inexperienced people in huge number. Just big in place the work they have done in SEO , PPC & SMO is pathetic.Recommending not to take services.

Haven't seen such an unprofessional company. They call you for interview on a specific time and then make you wait for as long as 2 hours for a hardly 5 minutes f2f round.
After that they asked you to leave and according to them there HR will contact you for result and that's the most hilarious part because you never get that. Even if you mail them to ask they don't even reply on that.
There developer has a specific set of questions which are not updated too and if you fail in answering even one, so sorry you are not upto there requirement.
Grow up guys respect others and there time.

My first company where I'm doing job as an Associate Consultant - QA.

This company is doing a lot of thing to encourage the employees. Environment is amazing.
All the employees have a good relationship.
Even the seniors also have a positive attitude which is very rare in other companies.

Too far away from Huda metro station, you will have to book a private auto which will take around 100rs

Supportive management, great place to work with as well as good place for freshers.

I went there for an interview .. found it okay according to the scale of enterprise. Decent infrastructure with good corporate environment. People were nice there.

I have been working here and the policies are really nice as they have felxible timings and a good work culture. Open door policies are there you can reach the HR and share any kind of issue directly or through Skype. The working environment, seniors as well as colleagues are very helpful and guide you wherever needed. A fabulous place to learn and grow in your career.

Have been there once for interview process, observed the environment which was really good and seemed to be employee friendly. Management is also remarkable, quick response after each step.

Unprofessional company. We outsourced a project to them due to internal resource crunch. They are started contacting our clients and dealing with them.

Do not consider these guys for your project. They have do not act like professional.

The environment here is very fun and work is done on new technologies, whoever joins here will be able to advance their career and seniors are too good and they will motivate you and guide you very easily.

Oodles Technologies is a place where you will get a chance to learn new technologies and polish your current skills.

Don't waste your time in their recruitment.They invite candidate for interview ( approx 300 candidate ) for 10 seats with starting salary 10 k. they never show the salary in job post at portal .when candidate is came in their company than the candidate is shocked with their recruitment process(4 rounds for 10k salary whole day wasting ). Building is big but company has no money for their employee.

Such a Raw HR team.

Itee & Ritika are both very weak in hr contribution. Don't know how to handle online interview sessions and joining part. Such a waste resource you both.
Little toddlers in HR team.

They took whole 2 days of mine to take 4 rounds of interview. In final discussion, HR positively discussed the salary and told me to update in couple of days. But as their interview process took so much time (not in the interview discussion but in the waiting zone for hours) they did not even sent an email that you are qualified or not.

After a long followup with them over email and phone they finally said; you are not in.

I asked them the reason because on the day of interview everything was closed on a positive note. Their answer was; we were looking for someone who can join immediately.

I was surprised because I was available to join immediately. I told them give me a valid reason. Then they said we have hired someone in almost half of your CTC.

Seriously.... from the day one of our communication you guys knew my CTC then why you took 4 rounds and 2 days if my current CTC was not under your budget?

Really unprofessionalism if we talk about the interview process....

Hr do not bother to update you regarding the status. They are just getting their targets complete. However, interview panel is good.

I joined as web developer, remotely due to the lockdown. The HR team is very kind ,friendly and helpful. I was assigned to a team and I'm loving the projects that are coming in. It's so cool to work on projects that force you to grow and that is what i was looking for. So glad to join the company. Thanks oodles :D

Bad company with hilarious HR's. Here HR peoples don't know for what they are calling just your interview has been scheduled and they even dont know about the basic Job Description also . Please taught them about the Job profile because only calling to a candidate is not the job atleast you guys should know about the basic skills to be screened from the candidate. If you can't do this, then please leave the company because only calling to a candidate is not a job . I request to the concerned manager to hire best HR with relevant education and experience background .

Personally I would like to recommend you this company. There is a great fun environment which is very helpful and needful for be a fine developer.
The nature of human resources team is very good and also they are very helpful as well.you can learn alot new technology without pressure you can easily ask your query to any of your co-employee, your lead or your manager.

Very bad hiring process and unprofessional HR team. Being an software company you should hire some good recruiting professionals and even none of the hr team member doesn't have polishing skills what questions have to ask from the candidate for various tech roles. Please educate your hr team first and then hire others.

Don't waist others time. At least hire some dynamic professionals with hiring background. Absolutely no to oodles technologies.

They take all interview round almost all applicant till hr round ,but dont select single one ..i have visited there 3 times.
