Truckers be far away from this company it s the worst place for picking up

I worked for denso for sometime. Was never told I u leave u have to pay back your vacation (PTO). This is only company that I have ever worked for that makes u pay back ur vacation, so much for telling people that it ur vacation. When it really it's NOT!

Picking up a load this is what welcome us when open the door besides the dirty chair smelling odor....

Worst people, inhuman behaviour, no public restrooms for drivers, who stay 5 days out of home to help these guys have materials

I was fired 10 days before my probation period was over because I would not sleep with group leader Don Ricketts in plant 202 BAS department 655. I told AR and all I got were phony smiles followed by we understand it s frustrating . I m very disappointed with Denso they only taught me that hard work does not pay off. Would not recommend Denso to my worst enemy.

This place reminds me of a prison, with security cameras and turnstyles at every entrance. I would not recommend a new person a long term career for this company as the turnover rate is high and benefits are unstable.

Very unimpressed with the hiring process. My interviewer was totally emotionless and unpersonable.... The employment office secretary was snappy and rude. Had an Interview appointment and was made to wait for 40 minutes. After passing the psr skills test and doing the interview i was told to apply through a temp agency. Total waste of time. I would not recommend to anyone with real skills. And will likely avoid purchasing denso products in the future.
