Fake interview process. Even the interviewers are not highly qualified and they don't have much knowledge about their core insights. Lots of liers working in oodles. Please do not join this company especially fresher's .

Fake company. No more faith with oodles technologies

Unprofessional people. I was interviewed here but they didn't provided any feedback. Even after dropping a email about it.

Very good working place and environment,Supportive, knowledgeable and kind colleagues,co-workers are very supportive.

I must review this place guess why because I found myself failed while an interview was going in for Java Developer profile.
This comes as a leaning for me to work hard more than you are doing do it with your will.
This is a company which provides software solutions and services in many aspects.
This is good for the freshers who are willing to start from the very beginning . They will provide you nominal amount of salary but still okay because they will provide you technologies next to future needs .

They called me for the interview and start asking me about Linux and hardware, which is entirely different from my profile. And they didn't even mention the requirements in Job description. First call than go.

Everyone in the Company is very Supportive and Cooperative.Company

Very long waiting it's like 15-30mins interview but they make it like in 4 hours by waiting period is soo long. It's not good as candidate's is also a human being. While no other candidates are there to interview.

This company is doing a lot of things to encourage employees. The working environment is amazing. All employees have a good relationship.

Worst company with no expertise HR and recruiting staff .
Worst part is that they take 4 rounds for interview and if you get selected then salary given is even less then security guard.

Great work environment. Energy of the work environment here is upbeat & inclusive. Management is very competent and makes you feel welcome. Its always a great experience working here. Senior colleagues here are very co-operative & always there to help you learn more skills and improve. We have weekly check-ins with our manager to see our progress on projects and help us solve problems that we face.

I joined here as a Associate consultant development, atmosphere is good.

Very bad company. They don't have Attiquate how to treat interviewer. Me nd my frnd we both did interview in oodels technologies, nd we both waited 5 hours for interview coz they had some function in their company. If they have Attiquate den dey don't need to do interview when they r busy. I had clear 1 round nd who take my interview, dat guy was pretty cool nd dats y m giving 1 star, coz second guy was pathetic. I know he had experience more than me but i clearly mentioned in my first round what I know nd what I don't know so they don't need to do second round nd ask same question again. I heard about this company dat oodels technologies is best in digital marketing but in manner dey r not even ok at all.

Raw services with fake ideas and promises. Totally unstructured organization.

This oodles company is very bad. if you are going as a fresher for give interview. after 5 rounds interviewed on different different days. Result is your are rejected.so guys please don't go. only time wasting or money wasting. One more things I don't know who is HR in this reputed company everybody is there HR .

I am really liking the Oodles work culture and environment. All of my colleagues are really helpful. The learning process is really fast here if you put your mind to it. Overall, its been a good learning experience.

I have started my job in Oodles Technologies form 8th October 2020, Since I have not see my office and not meet any employee of this company except my team member and I don't know the environment of Company but till now I have no problem or any issues and I hope that there will be everything good.
My team member is Aman Shrivastava who is very good talking person.

Office Infrastructure very good but after test wait for result 2 to 3 hours

wasting of money for fresher...very bad company ...i remember from greater noida to this company... 1st they sit for 2hrs after that they calling for interview... they reject all student

Went for interview, was travelling from Chandigarh for the interview. Waited approx 1 hour + for my interview even though I told them I came from chd and have to go back... interview was for less than 10 min. How could u judge someone in 10 min? Was really disappointed and my confidence took a great hit.

I have worked in Oodles Technologies, one of the leading ico development agency in Delhi NCR. The environment is pretty good as well as the policies are Employee-centric. I think one must grab the opportunity to work here if he is getting it. As per my opinion, it's good if you are starting your career with Oodles.

this is the worst company I had ever interviewed, they took my whole week by not replying for the final results.

I was interviewed for QA profile.
I was done with 3 rounds of interview and 3 round was the last round of the interview but the HR always told me to wait for 2 -3 days for the feedback.

first round was technical
second round was also a technical round and
final round was VP round but after that round VP told that we will get back to you by EOD.

but I called HR , she said that you have to wait for next day ,,,
by doing same things on repetition I lost a week .

Also, the more more you act like a Director puppy, the more chance of growth! He likes people who praise him and also he believes he is God and thy you must worship him or God will tell you that he won't let you belong in the world of IT.

But no worries, you will get to learn alot of Politics here, infact the direct source of it, is the Director himself! So stay in touch with him and be around him to be used and you will get the highest paid salary in your dreams coz that's what he offers, the good salary and position dreams!

Oh I forgot, the English, wow!! I mean you will fall in love with the Director English, he speaks so many words which comes directly from his own dictionary and grammar, oh my god, Shakespeare was nothing, this guy speak the English from another planet, after all he is God!

I loved this company so much, I mean they asked me to leave for my own benefit as they thought I am far better and they don't deserve, now what I can say...

Who am I to advice! CEO is there who himself know that company is going somewhere super good, only profiting him and him only.

They also have legal advisor who gives advice on "how to impress girls"

And then there is the God (Director) himself to advice! This guy can give you advice on anything, I mean it like you can ask him about "how to clean sewers and he will tell that he knows that too"

Also 7 V.P. in the company of 300 employee, who give advice to each other about how not to co-operate with each other!

Man this company is a blessing on the Earth!

It is definitely a great place to work. Got good support from seniors as they are helpful and friendly in nature. Working environment is decent.

I think here admins do not what is the difference beyween schedule and walking interview. They learn better about difference of that same. They call candidates and tell him your interview are schedule at that time and when candidate reached schedule time then he/she find here are a lot of candidates come for same interview. Please do not make fool to candidates...

Very bad and unstructured interview process calling mass candidates and the HR team is not responding at all. They even don't know how to greet the candidates. Today I came for Java walk-in and no doubt the sessions were very bad. Sorry to say but this is the truth of your company.

I cleared all the interview stages while I was still a fresher and was not selected. HR excuses that I was down by 1 mark while the interviewer cannot even understand a simple recursion program. This company has good politicians working for them who will not let someone better than them in.
