I interviewed for Technical head and they hired me...

I interviewed for Technical head and they hired me for Assistant Project Manager. Then I worked under a team lead who is not sure about that what we have to do and engaging me with the clients who have different requirements than my technical skills. If I am getting knowledge through research then he is like that don't waste time on research and just hire clients if even we don't have resources. Team lead himself dealing with clients and then sending me videos that listen what they said, it's not time wasting as he is putting is time with client and then I am also wasting time to listening that audio. Vice President don't have problem if team lead is loosing client of $30k-$35k. I was forced to complete a 35 days project within 20 days even I don't have expertise on that and budget of that project is only $2.5k. I was working on that and after 2 days team lead mailed me that your last 2 days is not paid leave and next 2 days will be also not paid leave. I said okay and didn't respond for next 2 days and then they abscond me. Totally things are like they need clients and they don't have resources and even knowledge about hiring the resources. They don't value employees and forcing them to use sorry, please words for clients even without any mistakes. When I share my whole matter to hr and vice president they didn't respond cause here is all doing JOB, JUST OBEY BOSS. Even some times I think juniors are Boss here for seniors. Hr is like we are not going to pay you cause we mailed you regarding things. I mailed them whole matter and they didn't respond them. If you are TELU then you can join the company otherwise they will not focus on you cause employees have no value over there.
