They took whole 2 days of mine to take 4 rounds of interview. In final discussion, HR positively discussed the salary and told me to update in couple of days. But as their interview process took so much time (not in the interview discussion but in the waiting zone for hours) they did not even sent an email that you are qualified or not.

After a long followup with them over email and phone they finally said; you are not in.

I asked them the reason because on the day of interview everything was closed on a positive note. Their answer was; we were looking for someone who can join immediately.

I was surprised because I was available to join immediately. I told them give me a valid reason. Then they said we have hired someone in almost half of your CTC.

Seriously.... from the day one of our communication you guys knew my CTC then why you took 4 rounds and 2 days if my current CTC was not under your budget?

Really unprofessionalism if we talk about the interview process....
