My experience was nothing short of excellent. I was a bit on the fence and still shopping around to see where I would get the best deal for the parts in which I was searching. I had added the parts to the cart to get the exact price. I had left them there for a couple of days, and then received a call from a CSR named Katherin. She was extremely personable and very professional during the entire call, and didn't try to push the fact that I should buy from them. She asked if there was anything holding me back from making the purchase, and I told her that I was still shopping around, and without asking she was able to offer me a small discount. Along with this didn't say that the discount was good only while we were on the phone, she gave me time to think on it. Later, I discussed what she had offered and the new price with my wife and we both agreed that if this company was willing to go out of their way to call me just because I had left some items in a virtual shopping cart, they were worth buying from. Made my purchase that evening. Thanks for the great service!

Ordering was extremely simple. My parts were easy to find, pricing is very affordable and cheaper than most of the other online competitors that I looked into. My parts arrived on time and packaged so not to incur any damage during shipping. I will definitely recommend & use this site in the future!!!

I called multiple times with many questions and concerns, and every time I called he was always ready to help me and never once got frustrated with the questions I asked, employees like Carlos are the employees that all companies wish to have, Carlos set my cart right up with the wheels I had asked for and I purchased them the same day, and every time I called and spoke with Carlos he always told me if I needed anything else to feel free to call and he would be more than happy to assist me with what I needed

Ordered an $80 part for the car. Said free shipping. I went through checkout and kept watching the shipping total, and it was still at $0. Then, I click "Place Order". I get a spinny thing that says "Processing order...", and off to the side it has the reciept. It says $76.28 shipping! On a $79.95 product! Called customer service, my bank company, and neither could do anything. Service rep said "I am getting my supervisor to call the manufacturer to tell them not to charge it, but we are having trouble reaching them". Note, this was all of 5 minutes after I ordered it. They said "When you place your order, we call up the manufacturer and tell them to ship it to you". A.K.A. they had just called them 5 minutes ago to place my order, but NOW couldn't get to them. They finally reached them, and even though the manufacturer said they were fine not shipping it and refunding it, but CARiD wouldn't let us! Their best offer was $20 reimbursement. We took that and hung up when they were mid sentence. Frauds, don't buy from them. Filing a BBB complaint as I am writing this review...

I would like to say the customer service is excell...

I would like to say the customer service is excellent! Juan Florez noticed I had a set of wheels in my cart, but hadn't made the purchase just yet. He called me and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him, yes actually I did and he could help me decide which wheels I liked better as I was having trouble finding pictures of the two sets of wheels I chose for my vehicle.

Juan went above and beyond and found pictures of my vehicle with the wheels I was contemplating purchasing, and even emailed them to me. I opened the pictures and we discussed them in which he gave me his personal opinion and which one he liked (and it wasn't the more expensive one).

I told him I would think about them and review (ok, really speak to my wife and her opinion) and call him back.

Needless to say, I called back that afternoon and spoke to Juan personally at his extension and order the set of wheels I chose. I'm looking forward to getting them in the next few days. I will be purchasing more accessories for my vehicle in the very near future!

DO NOT BUY FROM ONYX UNTIL YOU VE DONE YOUR RESEARCH. I just lost $1400 on a set of wheels due to their bad customer service and their lack of training their management team on long lasting customer relationship. I ve spent all together over 4 hours on the phone. If anything goes wrong with your order. You lost your money and don t even try to call to a manager because they will never answer the phone and even if they say they ll reach back or email they never will.

Do your research and buy from a local seller or a more reputable company.

COMPANIES LIKE THIS DESERVE NO CUSTOMERS!!!

Shipped 6 things in 7 packages, over $70 and wouldn't allow me to adjust, cancel or remove any items. The items were charged for individual shipping parcels all which could've fit in a large envelope. This most important pieces came last. All together I paid way more than I would've anywhere else. Once I got a headlight that came broken internally. Couldn't return it, I forget why. Bought by another thru eBay. Forgot bout that one..

They did offer a$20 gift card, then a $15 gift card instead lol. I declined. I'd rather just not shop here again. They have a customer portal thing on CarId webpage where it's made to look like you can accomplish tasks. Such as, cancel order, change order, etc. But I was unable to have any of that be useful as it all just refers you to calling customer service.

Cheap audio recording when you call that is very irritating. I think it'sCleverly engineered or maybe just coincidence, but seems deliberate to giving you the desire to hang up...
Next time I'll buy from Alibaba or Amazon and cut the middle people and save on shipping, keep my head migraine free, and fix the car on time because I wont be waiting for parts..

This is the worst company I've dealt with! Shipped...

This is the worst company I've dealt with! Shipped back a product that was well packaged and over a month later I finally get I touch with someone to tell me that we cannot get a refund due to product being damaged! It wasn't damaged when it left our home, but a call to the better business bureau will be taking place! This company is thieves!!

I reciently ordered a set of brake pads, and unknowingly ordered 2 sets! The sales rep Jim, was awesome in locating them and was a pleasure to deal with. They arrived exactly when were supposed to. Upon receiving them is when I noticed I had ordered too much. A quick call and Carid sent me a ups return ticket with no hassel. This buisness is above average and will continue to shop from them!

Just ordered parts for the second time. Much like my first experience it was fantastic! They really take their time to make sure you are getting the right parts at the best price. I ordered my pads and rotors yesterday... received them today! who does that? Kerry my customer service rep was top notch. I wish all automotive companies had these same values. Thank you again!!! Ordered the struts for my 08 jeep liberty and love the ride.. I purchased the KYB rear shocks and Monroe front struts. Purchasing the whole strut made the job alot easier. Now only thing will be time will tell how long they last. The vehicle is a commuter/light off road.

My parts are often between years but all I have to do is give my VIN number and the most awesome Customer Service member will find the best custom direct part for my budget without any hassles and I've never waited more than 2 days to receive the parts! One word: predatory!

Don't even dream of returning anything that doesn't work or doesn't fit.

I ordered a seat it went back into the original packaging completely untouched and they marked it "used"--this so they can refund me $100 for $1000 seat!!

Horrible customer service (foreign contractors) and total rip off!!!
