Please do not order from these people. Have purchased a windshield for motorcycle and they sent wrong year model. We called and they sent out a replacement however they sent the same one again. And they will not send us paper work to return them. When we got package there is at least four different company names on various places and now cannot get up with anyone. Just spend the little extra from a company you trust. I assure you that you will be doing the best thing for yourself.

Ordered a catback exhaust from them and was very pleased with the customer service. As I am in Canada, the shipping did rake about a week or so but that's expected when dealing with shipments crossing the border. Overall my first time dealing with Car ID was very good and I will most definitely be buying from them in the future! Highly recommend them.

Amazing. Called on Thursday in need of brakes. The dealership was charging me close to $2k installed. I spoke Customer Service person who got me brakes and rotors for less than 700 bucks. And to my further amazement, got them Saturday and installed them myself with the help of youtube. Thank you...i'll be back

I made a mistake on my shipping address, the item was already shipped on its way to me before I realized. I called and they where able to get things fixed.

I have bought a few accessories for my Ford F150 here. They have SOOO much to choose from. Recently had to return some brake rotors I bought after I decided to upgrade to slotted. I hate returning anything, but the process was straight forward and got my new rotors QUICK!! They now have an even bigger selection than before.

Depending on the associate you get to help you will make a big differences.. My first associate help me with what i needed even though didn't give me the correct information but she was nice and friendly... my second associate that help me was plain rude and just kept telling me that my order is pre-order... But over all the products are one of a kind

sent me wrong parts of dash kit and started putting it together and it didnt fit so call for help and they told me wrong kit and since i put on a peace that did fit i was screwed wouldnt let me talk to supervisor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
