Allen Phillips here. My experience with CarID has been pretty good. Received two defective products and the response to get them replaced was quick and sift. I am however still waiting on one replacement, but the other one has been processed and is shipping out tomorrow. Hopefully these replacement products arrive in pristine condition just like the other numerous products I have ordered. Keep up the good work CarID!

Person that helped me on the Chat was quite helpful. Able to answer my questions and set up my purchase so all I had to do was click and pay. Even offered a Veteran Discount. Takes forever to get the Seat Covers I ordered as I still don't have them but I figure Custom fit takes a little longer. Thank you

I ordered a Weather Tech cover to protect my dash of my pickup truck and also ordered a storage bag for this cover to store it when not in use. They sent me the dash protection cover but did not send the storage bag.

CarId! All I can say is WOW! Customer service of this quality I believed had all but vanished! I needed parts for my vehicle, Nico in customer service helped me determine exactly what I needed saving me a bunch if I had to go to my mechanic! The delivery of both my parts came within 5 days from two different warehouses and exceeded the expected delivery two days! Good advice in part choice both for function and price! CarId and Nico and everyone else I have randomly spoke to there have been outstanding! I would highly recomend (and have recomended) them to anyone needing quality parts with assistance and no hassels!

I am sorry for doing this, but here I go, i placed an order on February 18th 2018, today is may 8th, i had order a new exhaust for my 04 mini S, the pacesetter 88-1382, well the manufacturer and carid played around with me for all these time, and updated my order to be shipped on July 18th, well not acceptable, I had accepted the 1st 2 delays, but i was not happy for the 3rd time around, instead of taking care of me, their bast solution was to refund my money, If i was trying to keep a customer happy, i would have given the next available part for no extra charge, but no, they were trying to sell me another one, and pay extra 400 dollars, If you are about to buy something from CarId, think twice about it.

Was searching different online custom parts suppliers for a set of wheels for my 83 c10 pickup , checked around with several places .
these guys not only had what I wanted but several $ less than the competitors, so I ordered the parts I thought I wanted, not very long afterwards I got a call from my sales person
He had a concern that I hadn't thought of
whether or not I was putting the wheels on a lifted truck or intended to lift it or if I wanted the wheels and tires tucked under the fender wells , which is exactly what I wanted to do was tuck them.
Turns out the wheels I ordered wouldn't work for that application. Fred got the engineers to look into it and tell him just exactly what I needed, he relayed the info to me we changed the order got the right wheels and saved a few more $
So yes he went over and above just making a sale saved me lots of time and trouble not to mention a few $

You will never get to speak with anyone. All of the phone numbers get you to the same recording where you wait and wait and wait, then get disconnected.God forbid you need to return something, forget it. I've called 29 times so far, need to return a faulty rack. Started a BBB complaint. Took my money quickly though.

CARD had a pluthera of choices for my seat covers. Was able to find what I wanted and at a great price too. The fit was perfect. I get lots of compliments on them.

I am completely shocked that a company could operate in such a manner. I have paid for product 3 months ago and still do date have not received it despite my calling NUMEROUS times and being given a different ship date each time. Then finally today after three months of waiting I am told they are unable to fulfill the order. However, they have not yet refunded and I was not given a clear response as to when and/or if I would be fully refunded just simply that she would "look into getting me a refund." After this incident i decided to look further into this company only to be horrified by the discovery of 614 unanswered complaints on a single site and hundreds more around the web. I have made a gave mistake if doing business with a company that does not value it's customers and I hope this post will save someone else from making the same mistake.
