Shipped 6 things in 7 packages, over $70 and wouldn't allow me to adjust, cancel or remove any items. The items were charged for individual shipping parcels all which could've fit in a large envelope. This most important pieces came last. All together I paid way more than I would've anywhere else. Once I got a headlight that came broken internally. Couldn't return it, I forget why. Bought by another thru eBay. Forgot bout that one..

They did offer a$20 gift card, then a $15 gift card instead lol. I declined. I'd rather just not shop here again. They have a customer portal thing on CarId webpage where it's made to look like you can accomplish tasks. Such as, cancel order, change order, etc. But I was unable to have any of that be useful as it all just refers you to calling customer service.

Cheap audio recording when you call that is very irritating. I think it'sCleverly engineered or maybe just coincidence, but seems deliberate to giving you the desire to hang up...
Next time I'll buy from Alibaba or Amazon and cut the middle people and save on shipping, keep my head migraine free, and fix the car on time because I wont be waiting for parts..
