I just lost $1400 on a set of wheels due to their bad customer service and their lack of training their management team on long lasting customer relationship. I ve spent all together over 4 hours on the phone. If anything goes wrong with your order. You lost your money and don t even try to call to a manager because they will never answer the phone and even if they say they ll reach back or email they never will.
