Went there today and it cost me $178 exact to just...

Went there today and it cost me $178 exact to just wait then come out and tell me after a hour and a half i would have to pay a additional $450 NOT even including the price of the so-called part for my engine without even seeing my "check engine" light on. So i got ripped off of $178 to just wait and they tried to make me come back for even more "possible" so-called service. So i would be paying shy of $700 at the end of everything.
WARNING please don't go here folks you will just be baited to come back and get tricked to spend more money every hour they still don't do anything.

He wasn't pushy or attempted to sell us something we didn't want. Jeff is truly a diamond and asset to the Metroplex dealership. Thank you again for a making the transaction so easy.

Don't bother going to this place if you are the ty...

Don't bother going to this place if you are the type of person that actually intends to get the vehicle that you want. "Karel" promised us the moon but couldn't make it happen. The manager is one of those "hey boss" , "Sure Chief", "sorry we let you down, Bossman (click)" kind of clowns. Sad thing is...we really wanted to buy a Dodge, and these guys missed an opportunity to sell several of them a year to our business.

Dealing with him was a positive experience. Unlike many other dealerships he maintained contact and responded to all my inquiries.

Maybe a 1/4 star I was a contract driver for them to go to Oklahoma and get a car was a ten hour trip was supposed to be pay $100 it took three weeks to get a check then it took two weeks to clear the bank I will never do anything for them anymore.

WASTE OF TIME!!! I CALLED THE DEALER SHIP TO ASK IF A CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN WAS STILL IN STOCK. HE SAID YES IT WAS AND TO COME TEST DRIVE IT. SO I DROVE AN HOUR TO THE DEALERSHIP MIND YOU TRAFFIC IS AT ITS WORSE AT 5:30pm. AFTER I SHOWED UP HE SAID HE COULDNT SELL ME THE CAR AND THAT IT WAS GOING UP FOR AUCTION. HE SAID HE DIDNT KNOW OR HE WOULD OF TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE. APPARENTLY IT HAD HAIL DAMAGE.IM SORRY HE WAS NOT IN ORDER BUT THAT IS NOT MY FAULT. I TURNED DOWN ANOTHER DEALERSHIP TO COME TO METROPLEX AND I CAN TELL YOU.IT WAS A HUGE REGRET. (STILL CAR-LESS BTW)

I called for an appointment and I was told that oil changes did not need to be setup on an appointment. I returned today as a drive up and was greeted by a gentleman that was keeping the service lanes organized and flowing, he even asked if I needed a water while I waited for a Service Advisor. Thank you for that!
I met with Derek Niebrand at the vehicle with his tablet in hand. With an OBD scanner and the tablet, we weir able to discuss what all was needed (recalls) and/or able to be done to the vehicle.
Derek was very helpful and courteous.
Derek informed me of the projected completion time and came to me in the waiting area to give me updates. With the oil change and a couple of programming updates, I was out in 11/2 hours. This was not a busy time as it was 3 months ago. The organization was much better and I did not have any problems at all.

3 months ago.......I am very unhappy with Metroplex Service Department!!!!
Waiting for over 3 1/2 hours now....just for an oil change. I was not told it would be a long wait and have not even had anyone give me an update. I had to ask about my vehicle and was told they are short handed.
Very unprofessional and not considering the customers time. Horrible service!

I Can't say enough about Christina, or Metroplex ...

I Can't say enough about Christina, or Metroplex CDJR in general. I live in Austin and was having somewhat of a difficult time finding a vehicle to suit my needs and tastes due to some credit issues. Christina worked with me for several weeks over the phone, and did absolutely anything and everything she could to get us the vehicle that we wanted. Typically, I wouldn't drive from Austin to Dallas to purchase a car, but Christina was the only person I wanted to work with out of all of the dealers I had been speaking to- which were many!. She is kind, she listens, she isn't pushy, she puts in all efforts possible to do whatever she can to make you feel heard, and that your needs are important to her, and she just gets it done. Plain and simple. The entire staff was friendly, the financing process went smoothly, the facility is clean and comfortable. We also worked briefly with a very nice gentlemen named Chris while Christina was helping another customer when we arrived, and he was just great. It is a fun, friendly, comfortable setting and everyone is extremely down to earth and understanding. I will never go anywhere else. I very, very highly recommend this dealership, and if you're lucky enough to work with Christina, you'll feel the same way! :)

I've been here several times in the service depart...

I've been here several times in the service department for routine maintenance and warranty related service issues. There are few service managers that make you feel important and cared about and Elvis in service is one of them. I can't speak to the sales department or the rest of service, but I'll continue to be a customer as long as Elvis can take care of me.

If I could give this dealership negative 100 stars I would ! They are complete trash very unprofessional no deals. And dont even expect a call back from anyone about anything especially trying to buy a new car cause it wont happen. Best take your busi ess elsewhere or you will regret it !

WARNING: Do not buy RAM vehicles, or any other vehicles with third party upgrades, from them without a thorough inspection. I bought a brand new RAM 1500 from them a few years ago. This review is looooooong overdue, but I have dealt with so many issues stemming from the dealership's "upgrades" and work on my truck that I feel obligated to post something now. Aside from all my other issues (and the terrible customer service) I recently had a brake line snap while driving my truck in California. Apparently the brake lines were routed improperly. This is just one of several issues caused by the outside vendors used by this dealership. Maybe they have switched outside vendors by now, but if not PLEASE do your research and have them check EVERYTHING that has been added to your potential vehicle. This mistake could have cost me and my family our lives.

Wow! What can I say? My car was towed to this dea...

Wow! What can I say? My car was towed to this dealer's service department because of the insurance contract with Fiat. I had never had any interaction with these guys before. I had a simple tire repair. My car was washed and vacuumed! My service advisor made sure that I made it to work and was picked up from work to retrieve the vehicle. I was highly impressed. He communicated with me completely throughout the process. What a great experience! I recommend this service department and will not go anywhere else for my Fiat service!

Upton was my salesperson, and he was fantastic! The entire experience was so very professional and courteous. I have been getting toll fees and parking tickets for the car that I traded in after I leased my new one. I have stopped by multiple times and called and nobody is willing to get in touch with me. Very unprofessional and won t ever buy from here again or refer anyone. Highly encourage to go somewhere else.

The past 3 vehicles have been purchased from Steve Roeder at Metroplex. Steve has made the process of purchasing a vehicle hassle free and enjoyable. I recently moved to Corpus Christi and called Steve about purchasing a new vehicle and he made it all possible without me having to visit the dealership. This guy is a first class car salesman and I would never by another vehicle from anyone else. Thank you for the hard work and professionalism you have provided with each vehicle purchase. It is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Had a frustrating experience with the service depa...

Had a frustrating experience with the service department. I took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler in for an airbag recall, a check engine light and a TPM warning message to check my tire pressure. The pressure was not equal in the tires and showed 34,36,38,35. The service dept ran a diagnostic and called to let me know the check engine light indicated that my oil pump sensor needed to be replaced. That repair along with a tire rotation and airing and resetting the TPM monitor was completed at a cost of $1300. I picked up the Jeep and on the way home the same warning lights appeared on the dash and the tire pressure showed the exact same unequal pressure numbers. I also noticed on the way home following the repairs that the turn signal stalk was loose and the dash lights would dim and brighten when I hit a bump. This issue did not exist prior to taking it in for service. I called the dealership immediately and left a message with service that the same indicator lights were still on my display following the repairs and additionally the turn signal stalk was loose and had not been prior to repairs. I took my Jeep back in and got a call telling me that the check engine light now indicated that I needed a new thermostat, that I needed to have my TPM reprogrammed because it was confused (this was not mentioned as an issue in the first repair visit) and I needed to replace the turn signal stalk. Additionally, I needed to replace a tire that had a nail. I had the exact same new tire on my swing door but it was not suggested that I use that tire and put the damaged one on the swing door. Nor was there any conversation that perhaps the issue with tire pressure was related to a nail. I ll also add that after the first repair, I had the tires aired up elsewhere and they had equal pressure after that airing and did not go down which makes me question whether they were dealt with in the first repair since the pressure indicator was unchanged when I picked it up after the initial repair. All these new repairs were priced at an additional $1300 dollars. I asked why the thermostat showed up now but it was the oil pressure sensor initially which I paid to repair and was told that the timing was an interesting coincidence. I also voiced that I was unhappy about the turn signal since there was no issue prior to leaving it for the first repair and it now needed to be replaced after leaving it for those initial repairs. Again the answer was it was coincidence. I have no confidence in this service center. I feel somewhat taken advantage of because I was female and have no confidence that the original repairs were appropriate or that the new list of repairs were legitimate. I declined all repairs except the thermostat. I decided to do that repair because it was $300 and if I did no repairs I would have had a $150 diagnostic fee anyway. I will not go back and intend to have my Jeep checked out elsewhere to see what was actually done and what additional repairs are needed since I lost all confidence in what I was being told by this service team.

I went to Metroplex Chrysler Dodge because of an ad I saw on Car Gurus. I called the dealer to confirm the price and we were on our way. Our salesman, LD, was incredibly nice and helpful. It all went bad when we went back to the finance department. Jose was our finance person who handled our paperwork. I instructed Jose that we were in a hurry and needed to move this along. I told him we didnt want any of the services that he would be trying to sell us. After it was all said and done, Jose signed us up for 2 services that we had previously turned and added $800 to the final price of my car. When this was discovered and I discussed it with the Finance manager, his reaction told me that this was a normal business practice of this dealership. I would never buy a car from this group or let anyone I cared about purchase a vehicle either.

If I could give a negative star review I would. Even after I drove down to the dealership and confronted them with the "services" that were charged to me that I specifically requested that I did not want, I processed (3) Service Request Request to Cancel. They told me that it would take 4 weeks to process my refund. 34 days later and I still do not have my refunds. I have called the dealership for 3 consecutive days and no one will return my calls. This morning I called and requested to speak with the General Manager and they told me that he was not available nor was anyone else at this time.

I recently traded a car in here at this dealer. I was excited about my purchase until a week later I had to put my car in the shop for 2 months. To top it off the check the dealership wrote to my prior bank BOUNCE!! I contacted Troy Craft the manager who blow me off and didn't want to me with me about it. So had to meet with another finance guy. Who explain that even though there check BOUNCED they don't owe me any money for me having to covering the two and half months it took them to cover it.

the only good experience you might have in this place is when you buy your car, because its the only interest they have, to SALE! after that, you are doomed! bright new car, too many electrical issues but even worst not qualified personal and technicians to fix it. I already traded my compass, even when I loved it, the service was so BAD that I preferred to switch to Toyota than relaying on this people. RIGHTNOW THE PROBLEM IS A DIFFERENTE ONE! I've been trying to claim the refund of my extended warranty. they say it takes maximum 6 weeks, just to cover their backs! but it usually takes 10 business days, it has been 2 months and this people its just mocking at me, I've called and Ive been there personally they don't come out of their office, the poor lady in the front desk is the one who has to deal with costumers and she has the power to do nothing! Thanks Mike for pretending being interested the first day I met you JULY 9TH that you'd make this an easy going process to not show up later, for the past 2 months, so the front desk could tell me that is actually the lady at human resources who by the way is a mistery woman, they don't give the name, number or email...they just says she is in a different building. SHE NEVER EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE! when the front desk transfers my calls, you are all mediocre staff. I was very patient but this seems to be cancer in this city AWFALL COSTUMER SERVICE. THE WORST. From the offices in finance, hr until the shop with shuttles that smells to weed to staff that also don't pick up calls. And technicians that fixes nothing.

She was short and white with short hair one of the guys said she is always like that and her name is Kortney. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me that I was not there, talk several times to be a complaint and they didn't answer the phone either. Pity service and racist.

We are from out of town buyer, bought Jeep sports on 10/13/18 from Mr.Michael Brooks, after we finished all the paper work and ready to drive the car away, we were told the second key had to be mailed to us later but he would do it first thing following Monday, however it was not mailed out till the following Friday, that also happened after I had called a couple times to remind him. When we were ready to take the jeep cover off, we realized the tool kit was missing, i had to call multiple times again just try to get hold of anyone who could help. (We paid 48K for the car, we certainly can afford 30 buck to purchase a tool kit from our local dealer, but I never had envisioned what was supposed to be a minor custom service issue would have cost me so much time and energy to fix!) Finally I got hold of the manager and was promised the kit would be sent in the mail right away, but that was more than two weeks ago!!! and apparently its still "in the mail" 'cause we never received it! In all, we have been every frustrated with their lack of response, poor customer service, false promises... so stay away from this location if you are seeking to buy a vehicle with peace of mind that you will be taken care of after the sale in case anything happens ('cause something always happen), please go somewhere else, not worth it.

Pretty good experience dealing with the employees, very welcoming and friendly. Quality seems a little lacking though. Several cosmetic issues that appear to have been cheaply adjusted to survive a test drive. Battery died the very first cold night after purchasing. If buying a used car, I would recommend getting it checked out by an independent mechanic prior to purchase

I had a plan to see.......3 Cars..I had already shopped online and wanted to see these 3 ....I had chose to see Ian and he is not there any more..so I chose the most stupid and disrespectful sales agent ever....just to your left when you walk in the door. I had on my pad 3 cars...1 was sold..the other 2 still there. This guy was not from TEXAS..and he does not know Texas Women at thallllll. I was the one with a $10,000.00 down payment...not my brother..he preceded with my brother and just flipped me off. I said I would like to see 3 cars...he said you go online and shop choose 1. I said 3 cars I want to see these 3 cars! He said I am only getting 1 set of keys..you choose 1. I said YOU KNOW WHAT.
You help someone else cause I am getting the MANAGER. Receptionist helped me...and the MANAGER helped me and The Man of the Hour Mr. BLAKE from Highland Park!! I said I want to see these 3 cars.he said..Yes..keys too...I said Yep. He said fast..I said Yep!..he said I like fast. I said $10,000.00 down. He said you got it already. Saw 5 cars with Mr. BLAKE!!!!! chose 2018 RED Charger Demon..first car for my Son. So..I give credit where credit is due!!

Buying experience was good and Mike was very professional. They would have to find the spare key, but would have it when the plates came in and we will install the plates for you!

Well plates come in, still no key, but the service department can make one for me! Oh and they couldn t install the front license plate because it doesn t come with a bracket, however I can get one of those at PepBoys and come back.

I go and get the bracket (after all, state law requires me to have a front license plate) and talk to the rep in the service department about a spare key. It will now cost me an extra $200 to make a spare key, since my 2017 new to me vehicle did not come with one.

No thank you. I will drive 20 miles and pay double that so as to not give you any more money. It is a scam that cost you business (I work at Love and will tell everyone I know about my experience). I can buy a $500 junk car and it will come with a spare key, and I paid way more than that here....

I am loyal to people, not a brand, which I why I followed Steve Roeder to this store. I have bought three different cars off of Steve now and I don't intend on using any other salesman. The car buying experience can be an anxious and intimidating experience due to the large investment being made, as well there are plenty of people that are only worried about how a sale helps them personally, with Steve the experience has always been smooth and most important GENUINE.

Ford says it never received payoff or a notice that it would be paid off so clearly this dealership FAILED and now they re completely screwing us on this.

The service department does not work, I had a very bad experience with them, I took my car so they could give me a diagnosis because it was getting hot and I wanted to know what the reason or the cause of the problem was, they kept my car for 8 days, when I they gave me the diagnosis they told me that the cause of the problem was 4 hoses that were damaged and that they had to be replaced to solve the problem, the cost of the repair charged me $ 600, two hours after picking up my car it overheated again, I had to take it the next day to inform that the car was still the same and that they would review the work they had done because maybe something had gone wrong, which was my surprise, that they told me that now it was the radiator that TALVEZ that was the cause but that They weren't sure, I had to take my car from that place without repairing it, they didn't want to return any of my money, I left that place disappointed and to some extent I felt discriminated against , because manager KEVIN SHUTTER treated us in a rude and racist way, I definitely do not recommend this place

I must say, I had the BEST customer service at this place. Thomas Woodard was very attentive, and made sure all the work and recalls were performed on my vehicle, and in a timely manner. Jeremiah Chavana was also extremely helpful with body work info and scheduling. They actually made me feel as if I was getting service at a luxury dealership. Thanks guys!

My total experience was completed in about 2-hours!!. And, after a minor recall item was taken care of, Mr. LD BROUGHT MY CAR TO MY HOUSE, A DISTANCE OF OVER 30 MILES. You don't get this service anywhere, FREE OF CHARGE! 5 stars for this experience.

As I value online reviews for info, and most people are eager to give bad reviews, but less likely to take the time to provide a positive review, I want to give credit where credit is due. My sales rep, Alisha, was very courteous, helpful, very accommodating, and easy to negotiate with. Not a stereotypical car dealership experience at all. Agreements were made and quickly fulfilled. A Ram dealership I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I have bought 3 cars from this dealership. The first two cars had the Life Time extended warranty. I only bought my cars at this dealership because of their so called "awesome warranty packages." Time would show that just trying to get an oil change was a nightmare. They were always giving me a hassle and trying to charge me for things covered under my warranty. My third car did not have a extended warranty. It did have a bubble in the front left tire when I purchased the car. I was told that it was fine and safe. Three months later, that tire is flat and ruined because of that bubble. If a dealership promises to many things; they are lies! Buyer be aware! Don't fall for their BS. I will never purchase from this dealership again!

I just wanted to share my amazing experience I had at the Metroplex Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT Service Department. I recently was stuck on the highway, helpless, in a hail storm. I received hail damage all over my new Cadillac. I was looking for a place to fix the damage since Cadillac dealerships do not service hail damage. With my husband living out of town for work I was nervous about getting taken advantage of...Luckily I found Metroplex!! I spoke with Richard Robles and Bobby Huggins in the service department at Metroplex and they took me under their wing. I have never experienced such efficient service! Richard and Bobby were very attentive, respectful and professional and I will now be coming back for all of my vehicle needs! Thank you again Metroplex for being there for me when I truly needed some help!

I don t think there are words that exist that would be sufficient to describe the amazing amazing team that this dealer has. from beginning to end i had absolutely NO ISSUES. They were understanding, compassionate, informative, PROFESSIONAL, patient, willing to answer any questions, and most importantly Willing to do right by YOU AS A PERSON not just looking for a sale. I am more than ecstatic that i was able to build a relationship with this team being that the Dallas are is my new home ! I for sure will put anybody I know who is looking for a vehicle in the hands of this dealership. Thank all of you for your hard work and being genuine people who want you to be 1000% satisfied with your purchase.

TJ in the service department is amazing! I got a flat tire yesterday morning and couldn't fine the key to get the lug nut lock off. After dealing all day with trying to figure out how to safely get my car to a shop, we put fix a flat in the tire and a mechanic near my office in downtown helped me get air in it so I could safely get it to Metroplex so they could put my spare on for me. TJ saw how stressed I was when I came in and was just so sweet to deal with. Will definitely be bringing my Jeep back to him for future maintenance and issues!

Nice, funny, helpful is how I can describe Christina. I was able to get the car I wanted plus a bonus. I am happy with what I got. I definitely recommend this dealership. The manager was also nice. They close at 7 and even though we got there 10 mins before they stayed open to help!!! Thanks so much....

My name is Jim Wilson. I just picked up my 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Love Field Jeep. The dealership had it for roughly 24 hours to make repairs to the tires, a dampener, other service - $1500 price tag. When I picked up the car, the windshield had a crack in it that was not there when the car was dropped off. The service tech acknowledged it wasn't there. The window repair folks who always look for cracks to repair when cars are dropped off in the service bay, they didn't notice it. The service manager would not take any responsibility, and the liability is all my responsibility. I am still stunned by this response. To take in a vehicle from a customer, and then return it to the customer with new damage seems unconscionable to me. But not to the folks at Love Field Jeep. I will never return.

If I would've left a review the day I purchased our truck it probably would've been 5 stars. However, the experience after the fact has been less than ideal. The purchasing experience was great, our salesman Michael was great and even stayed late to complete the purchase. He's the only reason I'm not leaving only 1 star. When we picked up our truck the next day we noticed on the way home that there was a vibration/humming to the truck. We had already noticed that the two rear tires were brand new while the two front were not. So we assumed that was the cause of the vibration. No big deal since we were planning on putting all new tires that following Monday. After the new tires were on, the vibration continued and after further investigation we noticed a large dent in the drive shaft. We immediately called the dealership and scheduled to bring it in. The service manager then tries to tell us that it was our fault and he was incredibly rude. When we walk in and ask to speak to a sales manager everyone looks at each other and then "gives" us the "new guy" who has no idea what is going on. I almost feel bad for the guy. We are now weeks along and our problem STILL has NOT been resolved. They keep giving us the run around, telling us we have to pay for it, then saying they are going to order a part, then saying they'll take care of it, stalling to call us back, then saying we have to pay again, etc. The vibration has continued and we are becoming more and more concerned with the other pieces of our truck. All we want is for this to be fixed. We should not be held responsible for an oversight in their service department and for the service manager to try and turn it on us is incredibly unprofessional. All that being said...DO NOT use their service department and you should be VERY leery of purchasing anything used from them. Clearly their sales managers are also cowardice as they do not want to communicate with us and are very much giving the impression of them just wanting us to go away.

UPDATE: After speaking with customer relations they were able to get the appropriate people involved and our situation was resolved the following Monday of my review. We now have a very smooth riding truck thanks to the new drive shaft. Thank you Tiffany for reaching out and helping to get us taken care of!

I had the best experience buying a car from Jeff Martin. He took his time with me and did not make me feel pressured at all. He was so patient with my needs, and I left the dealership feeling extra taken care of! The car that I bought had sime minor dings, and he understood my situation and how much I needed to leave in a car that day..so I left his office in an almost brand new loaner car, while they fixed the damage. My car was ready when he said it would be, and I couldn t be happier with tthe entire experience. I highly recommended him, and this dealership as a whole!

I had some issues with the service department but the manager went out of his way to apologize and make it right. Ultimately they completed the repair but it wasn t done the right way the first time.

Worst dealership that blurs the lines of fraud. Have had 3 terrible experiences. They gave me a quote for my engine rattling for $2,200, but I got a second opinion who said my battery had low voltage, which was causing the intermittent shaking. All I needed was a new battery for $80 - car has been running great with no shaking for 8 months. Additionally, I tried to replace the car key for my 2007 wrangler and they quoted me $250 for the key and an additional $150 to program it. I ended up buying the same key online for $38 and paid a locksmith $40 to program it. I highly recommend you find any other dealership than this one. Bad business and worse ethics.
