Remote computer support, easy and painless. The tech that helped me was not sure at first but they stuck with my problem until it was fixed. More than I can say about other repairs.

Expensive but at least answer the phone n know what they are talking about
Darius(so?) Came to our home to set up a new printer and re- establish our Network. He was knowledgeable, polite, and offered more assistance. We were thrilled with his assistance.
Scott and the others at Onsite Consulting are the real deal, not to mention how much they do to support small charities and people in need. Please do business with them. They couldn't be kinder.
I can't say enough good things about Scott and the team at Onsite Consulting. In the last six months, they have performed several chores related to adding a new computer and solved other problems. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and they do know how to communicate!
This company used to be great, however, they have grown quickly and now feel their customers are expendable. Two days ago I took a new HP laptop in to have it prepped, transfer antivirus from my old computer, and add malware software. I took in the old and new computer with their power cords. When they were returned the HP power cord was incorrect, the plug was to big! We called and they offered to bring me my cord. What they brought was an aftermarket power source. I returned it saying I wanted my OME equipment. Scott, the owner. first told me I didn't bring in the power cord, then said he didn't have it and that proved I didn't bring it in, stated it was not in the box, then asked to search my car for it. I told him I did bring it in, it was good my item was not in a box because I brought it in without a box, and if they didn't have it they could replace it with OME. His response was, "We have enough customers so you need to find another computer service provider." Ultimately they gave me a used replacement HP power cord. Scott then told me when I apologized he would consider allowing me back. At this point you can imagine what I told him to do. This, after we have spent close to $1000 in repair and buying other products this year.
They were super helpful. I called ahead and told them I was looking for a computer for my son's school work. When I got there they had a great and inexpensive variety of options. The computer I chose is very fast too!
Scott, Paul, and Darius are absolutely fantastic. Wonderful company to work for, never steered me wrong.
Over 10 years at least, Its wonderful to have access to a highest quality, reasonably priced computer - digital issue expert. Just had a desk top and laptop issue quickly solved. Have purchased used, very reliable computers from Onsite Consulting.
Scott, the owner is always responsive.
Dropped off an old laptop and they brought it back to life. Service was quick and professional, I would recommend Scott and his team at Onsite consulting for any of your computer needs.
Scott and his team are fantastic! Helped us getting computers for our business and for our teenager for her birthday. They make it easy on us computer novices haha. Thanks guys!!!
I've gone to them for years with my computer issues. Very professional, competent, responsive. And they speak in language I can understand. Best in town.
Computer stopped working, took it in to these guys and they had it fixed within hours. Excellent service, totally recommend!
This is a terrific company! They are amount the computer gold stars.
They care about their customer. They explain computer technology in simple understandable terms.
If you are looking for someone you can trust and can understand your needs, this company is the one. They are technologically the best.
This company is the gold standard.
After my office full of IT professionals thought we could upgrade all our computers to Win10 on our own and failed miserably Robert W was able to help get us on back on our feet quickly. Thank you for you patience and hard work.
incredible - responsive and knowledgeable. Really patient with us non-techies
Scott Henke and his team have helped me out on everything technical to do with computers, and have generously not made me feel like a fool.
The extent they have gone to, in both their in-house help and in coming to the house has been extraordinary. I would recommend them to anyone who knows "everything" about computer technology to folks like me.
We used Onsite Consulting to fix one of our highly used business desktop computers! Scott at Onsite consulting was highly proficient and fixed the computer in a very timely manner without costing us an arm and a leg! Because of his great service we have employed him to do all of our computers which he has cleaned, fixed and made better than even before we bought them. Thank you Scott and the Onsite Consulting team!!
I just started going to them for two of my laptops and they have been super helpful. They start working on your computer immediately and order the parts the same day. Definitely recommend.
Not only you get the best prices on refurbished laptops, desktops, monitors, and all other equipment, the after-sale support is great. I had new and open box laptops bought from Best Buy and Micro Center die on me in matter of months with no free support and expensive repair costs. From Onsite, i was able to get 2 laptops for my kids with free tech support and repairs for a year included without extra cost for $250 total. Highly recommended. Scott Henke the owner is a great guy who addresses each customers concerns personally.
First time user of their services; I will never go anywhere else for my computer needs! I'm always motivated to support small businesses and more times than not one is rewarded with excellent services and personal attention. This couldn't be more true for Online Consulting. Their goal is to have your problems fixed within 48 hours-----trying getting that type of service at Micro Center or Geek Squad; my computer was fixed in about 36 hours. When I went to pick it up there was one problem with some missing files. They worked with me on the spot to recover all of the data.
Onsite Consulting has not only saved me time but a lot of money. I have been a customer for 5 years
I honestly don't get how anyone can call these prices "reasonable." Just look at how ridiculous the PC prices are, even after you take into account how scalped graphics cards are now a days. They have a 'high end' gaming PC for 3k with an rtx 3060. You can literally buy one scalped for 800-900 on Craigslist. The rest of the components would cost you at most 650 dollars. These prices are awful. No wonder they advertise to seniors who don't know any better. Do your research. Most of the standard PCs you can purchase on ebay or Amazon for way cheaper.
I called Scott after seeing all of the positive reviews on one of my WOM Facebook group pages. He was willing to help me that same evening, even though I knew I would arrive after the store closed. He said that was okay and that they would wait for me to arrive. Ethan took care of us at the store and, in a matter of minutes, was able to fix the bent edge of the laptop that had slid off of my son s desk at school. I cannot give these guys and this business a high enough rating. They will have our business from here on out, without a doubt. Please be assured you will be treated well and helped in an efficient and helpful way with Scott and his team. Thank you, Ethan, for your amazing care!
I came in right before they closed and they stayed late to help me with my issue, the price was really reasonable and the staff there were really friendly.
I have had several problems with my computers, both Mac and PC. Every phone call, and all the repairs have been outstanding!! There has been times when I needed a problem fixed right away and Robert was on it he had me up and running in under 15 minutes. I have used several other computer companies years ago who did a fair job. Ever since my friend recommended Scott and Onsite I have been extremely happy with their work and customer service. You can't go wrong when you choose Onsite to fix and maintain your computers!
Awesome people to work with. They helped me inspect a MacBook and fixed an old PC I had. Fast, friendly and affordable.
We have used Onsite Consulting for many, many years. Very competent and helpful. Recommend highly.
I've used Onsite for many years. They have always done an excellent job at a fair price! They are friendly, and my computers and set up and maintained, and when unexpected problems occur, onsite fixes them, sometimes even remotely, which saves me time and money. Thank you, Scott and everyone!
These guys are phenomenal! Super friendly and helped my fix my computer problem quickly. They gave me some great advice and took the time to answer all of my questions.
There aren't enough stars to say how wonderful these guys are. My iMac died on me; I almost went with it out of sheer fear of what it would cost to fix/repair the machine I need for my home business. They fixed it in 24 hours - the costs was very minimal - and my computer behaves like it's brand new. Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful. Don't hesitate to go there whenever you need computer repair or advice. They're wonderful!!
I have worked with this company twice in the last six-months, and both experiences were very professional. The first instance, they built a PC for me, based on components I purchased. The wire management job was amazing, and the PC is purring right along smoothly with no problems.
The second time I dealt with them was even more satisfying. I provide remote assistance to some of my family members who are not very familiar with PCs. As a long time technical person, i have a set of tools (virus/malware scanners and such) that I use to clean and maintain those PCs. However, for one of my family members, the tools I use seemed to not be working well. So, about the 5th time the laptop was shipped to me (with so many viruses it wouldn't even boot) I took it to the shop. The short of it: I had them put the suite of tools on that On-Site consulting recommends, and haven't had a single problem since. It cost me a bit, but it was worth every penny.
I will definitely use On-Site Consulting again in the future.
These guys are great. They took a 'least expensive, most likely' approach to my problem. Cheap diagnostics ($40 for my laptop). Unfortunately after diagnosis and different attempts they were unable to help me given my time crunch and financial restrictions. However, they ended up not charging me a penny since they were unable to resolve my problem which was greatly appreciated and unexpected. These guys know how to treat customers and run a good business. Happy to recommend them to anyone. Check them out first!
I am not sure when I first came to these guys with a computer issue but I know that they have made a loyal customer out of me since then. These guys are consistently wonderful, they keep costs to a minimum, do good work and are always willing to answer your questions. They have a quote on the door of something like- non geeky guys who can communicate, I can't remember it right now but that is a very true quote. I just got my laptop back from them (fixed YAY) and the gentleman who was helping me was very friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. When I have to take my computer in again because something has gone wrong with it I know exactly where I am going.
Thoroughly disappointed with my service.
Two months ago my desktop's power supply shorted out. At the time I was working long hours, so I decided to pay for the convenience of having it fixed at Onsite Consulting. The whole ordeal turned out to be more of a hassle than if I had just bought a new PSU and rebuilt the unit myself.
To start off, my problem was somehow misdiagnosed even though I had told them exactly what the issue was to begin with. It was only realized after I agreed to have them install a new MOBO/CPU and the PC was still not powering on. They gave me the option to return the unnecessary parts, but I figured rather than wasting more time (it had been 3-4 days in the shop at this point) I would just pay and keep the updated hardware while we're at it.
To be fair, the technician did give me a $67 discount on labor for the mishap, but it was outweighed by about $70 worth of RAM that I never agreed to have installed. I only noticed the new RAM later when I first booted up the PC and had to fix a terrible noise coming from the CPU cooler. I doubt the broken CPU cooler was their fault, but there is no way they didn't notice that at the shop and it could have been addressed.
On top of that, all of my old working hardware (CPU/MOBO/RAM), something over $300 worth, was just sort of lost in translation. I figured I'd let it go, thinking they'd find better use for it anyway, it's just strange they didn't even mention it or ask me if I'd like it back. Some customer reading this review could be using my old processor right now; you're welcome.
I gave Onsite a huge benefit of the doubt because I'm too nice, and they were nice and pleasant over the phone. The reason I'm writing this review now is because after only 2 months, my PSU shorted out again. Most likely because the unit they chose to install is a REFURBISHED piece of garbage, not a solid choice for a complete build. I'll be lucky if it didn't ruin any other components.
Sincerely,
Wolfgang Craig - Owner of the most expensive paperweight known to man.
Always helpful and friendly! We're customers for life!
I ve been Onsite s customer for many years. Scott s team has all the technical skills needed to keep my PCs running perfectly. Scott also loves to teach us how to manage our systems and information. He and his team are wonderful!
Awesome service. I was very happy with the service, they could repair & restore my laptop along with data even the company guys couldn't do it.
Great great experience - couldn't say more good things. Quick, helpful and very honest. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Excellent PC repair service and support! Scott and Phillip resolved my PC issue in minimal time and costs were very reasonable. I'll continue to use them.
Robert, after a slight error, took the trouble to come over to my house and fix the problem. Nice, friendly service, willing to go the extra mile.
If you own a small business, or you're just a home computer with your personal bookkeeping and family pictures and other documents on it, this is absolutely the best IT service literally anywhere. If you haven't signed up for their monitoring service which cost less than a new hard drive for a year, YOU ARE A FOOL !!!!!! If your hard drive goes down it will cost you about $1000 to get all the data back, reinstalled and get back up going again, plus a new computer or at least a new hard drive. I know, I had this happen .... NEVER AGAIN ! I use their managed care. This includes monitoring my hard drive for potential failure as part of this service, as well as several other aspects to keep my computer running at top speed and efficiency. DON"T BE A FOOL... get this Monitored Service NOW !!!
I have always been treated with respect and kindness, even in an emergency. The staff and owner are the best computer specialists I have ever worked with and I have worked with many national and International providers. If 6 stars existed in a rating tool I would still want 10 stars to reflect this company's excellence. 2014 Eset and Malware Bytes have saved me from so many potential threats. Be sure to follow their recommendations about that soft ware.
Thank you ALL!!
I had a laptop that was having a UEFI issue and I called these guys first thing in the morning. They said as long as I had it in before 10AM I'd be able to retrieve it before 4. They definitely knew what they were talking about but given the nature of the issue I think the computer was likely bricked. They tried a number of things, gave me a diagnostic, and had me out of there on time. Professional, courteous, and familiar with a wide range of platforms, OS, and hardware.
I have looked to Onsite Consulting for several years of help when needed. When my HP workstation crashed, I asked them what to do and they built me the fastest computer I could have ever imagined. They build exactly what I needed and wanted. Their prices are quite reasonable. They have a terrific staff and I recommend them without any reservations. I have sent several friends there and all give me great reports back.
