I called Scott after seeing all of the positive reviews on one of my WOM Facebook group pages. He was willing to help me that same evening, even though I knew I would arrive after the store closed. He said that was okay and that they would wait for me to arrive. Ethan took care of us at the store and, in a matter of minutes, was able to fix the bent edge of the laptop that had slid off of my son s desk at school. I cannot give these guys and this business a high enough rating. They will have our business from here on out, without a doubt.
