It is very close to the department store next to it. It can be reached on the first floor of the connecting port. It takes the uniform price of the Kuala Lumpur airport. The driver service is not bad.

Me and my cousin like their deluxe room which is spacious and clean room. They like their breakfast very much in Cinnamon Cafe. Moreover, if you like to shopping further, you can take MRT to Mutiara Damansara where the ikea /the curve located is.
An average hotel if you are on a tight budget but things are pretty good if you are thinking of spending your stay at this hotel.
Nvr liked one world genting. Room so small and is not value for money. But u got no choice...the only affordable hotel in this vicinity.
The vegetarian food is delicious. The vegetarian food was mainly based on natural food. The World Hotel did it, but the soup was a little salty and needs to be improved.

The staff is nice and welcoming. The hotel is directly connected to the mall too so you can go pretty much anytime. If you decide to watch a late show at the movies you don't have to worry about getting back to your hotel too because the door is open until late. The hotel is also connected to the newly built MRT station, about 5 minutes walk, which can take you to other parts of the city. The hotel is super convenient! The buffet breakfast is also really good. You can opt to have the buffet dinner (for a price) too but the selection is very nice as well.
5 star hotel at Bandar Utama. Mall next door is accessible without exiting the hotel. There are banquet and meeting halls, a cigar shop is right next to the lobby lounge

Simply very nice hotel. Everything basic thing are available like iron, hair dryer, office table, comfortable bed. Directly access to neighbor shopping mall very convenient.
The hotel location is nice Decoration also very class and comfortable place for take restaurant and holiday at here.just i always saw the toilet clear with bad attidude with the other toilet use. She will throw things Mami g noisy until the ppl all run away. Pls improve they services even the toilet cleaner

i was over charged breakfast twice - the thing that made me upset: i was charged breakfast on the day of my arrival - i checked in on 26 aug 2016 at 10pm and i was charged breakfast that morning - and then - the next day - i was charged twice for breakfast - the check out staff spent a lot of time correcting the bill - made it sound as if it was my fault. contact me for further details - am very disappointed with the stay

Customer service is awesome. Breakfast buffet was the best I've eaten. Check in service is quick, never tried the pool and gym in the hotel.
The room are big and spacious. And have a good view from the windows. Room is clean when arrived. Alot of shows and movies channels on the Big TV. The room feels like it has everything and anything. Mall is located right at the side of the hotel and is convenient for shopping.
Will book here again if I ever come back to KL.

located next to 1 utama shopping mall. rooms comfy spacious and are well maintained. bathroom equally spacious and generous with toiletries.
a pool for kids with a water slide and another 1.2mtr rectangular pool. well kept gym. nice looking spa even though i didn't get to try.
check in super fast and efficient. willingly gave a free room upgrade, early check-in/late check-out when they're able... really appreciate their great customer service.
buffet breakfast was good. many choices of breads, sweet & savoury pastries, fruits & veggies, 4 types cheeses with various seeds, nuts & dried fruits, cornflakes, yoghurt, muesli, chinese dimsum & noodle soup, japanese onigiri with pickles, soba, etc little appetizers, made to order waffles & pancakes, egg station, Indian section with more than just roti canai & dhal...there's idly, made to order appam, puttumayam, 4-5 different curries, etc.
drinks: besides water, there's local kopi/teh tarik, 2 types REAL fresh fruit juices, coffee machine dispenses espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, milk choc & hot water too (parents with baby will appreciate this)

Just stayed at their Junior Suite for 3 days 2 nights. We encountered several problems:
1) The person who emailed us to confirm the reservation with us is just terrible. Didnt reply our email untill I need to re emailed her. Also Never bother to reply our questions and doubt properly.
2) We opted for complimentary mini bar for our package but seriously disappointed by it. T&C clearly wrote "alcoholic" items is not included. But during the stay, we was told this cannot and that also cannot. (Refer the photos which I circled, was told not included even it is non alcoholic such as soda water, redbull and also a sparkling). We can only take the coke and the evian water. Really facepalm. And yes, been triple confirm with them.
3) For their breakfast, we can either eat in their restaurant or in room dining. For in room dining, just filled up the form and they will send it to your room according to your selected time. On the last day of our stay, we chosr to have in room dining. The day before, we went to the counter as per told, and filled up the breakfast form. We selected 10am for our breakfast to be served. During the day, after wait and wait, at 10.30am, our foods never delivered. Breakfast kitchen closed at 10.30am, so I immediately called to the reception counter and told them everything. The girl asked me to wait in the line she will check for me. After wait and wait, my called suddenly transferred to the restaurant. And i need to told them everything again... Was told by restaurant they didnt get our order! Means they totally miss out our order! Fortunately, the restaurant staff is very helpful in arranging our breakfast.

Overall, very very bad experiences. During our stay period, the hotel doesnt have much guest at all and yet they cant even provide a normal services to their guests. 5 Stars hotel but definitely not even 3 Stars experiences.

When I checked into the hotel, they asked me to pay RM20 for 2 days, which I did in cash.
What I did not realise is that they actually charged me for it again in my final bill I paid with my credit card! Is the staff taking the money for themselves?? -2 stars because of dishonesty

Staff were extremely friendly and well informed..Its is extremely clean with calming ambience..
Despite mixed up our room arrangement which we booked 13 rooms together (for a wedding reception) otherwise everything was OK. The front desk staffs handled it well. Overall, the room is comfortable for a quiet sleep. Good location for shopping. Breakfast was crowded but the staffs were efficient to tackle it. Car park is a bit hard to find. Need a bigger signboard. Google map location did not show how to get into the car park. Perhaps management should add another car park marker on the map.

Best buffet breakfast ever with so much to choose from the only downside is the coffee which is pretty average out of a machine. The hotel itself is great with the best staff I have seen ever. I cannot speak too highly of this Hotel and being next to a major shopping complex with great food is hard to beat I am staying there on my next visit to Malaysia.

My 10th wedding anniversary was originally a happy family of four (One World Hotel), but my young girl was injured because of hidden safety hazards in the hotel room toilet. I informed the two front desk managers on duty that day,
They did not provide proper medical assistance and report and reflect to their superiors in the first time, and handled the matter well, kept in touch with the guests to understand the guests' latest condition and whether the hotel needed other help.
There was no reasonable explanation for the accident. The hotel did not take any responsibility for this accident, and its indifferent attitude was disappointing.
As a result, part of the itinerary was arranged for a full day, leaving the family to leave an unpleasant journey, who will be responsible for my loss !!

The Cinnamon Cafe buffet was extremely shallow and stingy with its Japanese dishes! They didn't even have butter fish (white tuna)!!! And the oysters were of low quality! The salmon sashimi was good, though.
The staff were not too friendly or knowledgeable, either...
Would certainly expect more from a hotel that is gaining popularity and in stiff competition with many others! Quite sad. Lots of room for improvement!!!
