If you like frustration and mistakes, this is the bank for you. This bank used to be Steele Street but was unfortunately purchased by MidFirst a couple years ago. Mid First has the worst service and seem to greatly restrict the ability of their employees to be helpful. No longer your friendly neighborhood bank.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This is literally the WORST bank ever! I loved them when they were Steele Street. Midfist has gotten more wrong than right! I've been trying to transfer my HSA account because they have no clue what to do with an HSA account. It's taken a month. Finally I told them I would just write a check for the full amount into my newly opened account. I go to write the check and my balance is now $0 and (as always) no one has a clue. I have a business account there too, which I will be transferring, because they can seem to get that right either...math is hard! Do yourself a favor, take your money elsewhere. Under your mattress would be safer!
I have been with Midfirst for over 4 years and love the service there. They have been an intricate part to my company growth through lines of credit and offering up solutions to financial challenges. Way better than the big banks!

I don t know how anyone can give them a bad review. I ve been coming here since I opened and started my business in Denver and they ve been nothing sort of amazing and accommodating. They all know me by name now and Donut Friday s are the best thing ever
