One World Hotel Kuala Lumpur Review

Fantastic rooms and service. Breakfast was 6/10 for a 5star hotel. Easy access to mall and offices closeby. Wish the rooms were cheaper though. (Similar to Marriott room rates)

Clean rooms. Facilities were all well and good. Staff were friendly too!

DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL!! I have no idea how they could claim they re a 5 star hotel when their service and the room can be given maximum of 3 stars. From the moment we checked in we could tell the front desk staff was not that professional or hospitable. We booked a Deluxe room for 5 nights hoping we would get a nice spacious room. But, unfortunately, our room was very small and dirty. I m not even sure if it s a Deluxe room. The pillow cases had stains and everything was so old and dirty. The bathroom was quite disgusting too, and the shower was so weak it d take a while to get my hair wet. Also, we could hear mobile message notifications from another room. We could hear pretty much everything happening in other rooms! I have stayed at many 5 star hotels but never seen such a disgusting bar fridge....and such a bad TV which doesn t even work properly. I wish I could get a refund from this hotel or turn back time and never choose to stay here!

Not sure how's the condition or service of this place but the loby is great

Quiet and well appointed hotel in the suburbs of Damansara area.

This is the place where I stayed 14 days initially. Fabulous place adjacent to 1 Utama mall.

I love the environment. I cann shopping also. And their service is very excellent.

Proximity to 1-Utama shopping mall is a great plus. It is linked on the 2nd floor. Thus full of food options and shopping too. A very comfortable hotel with good breakfast served.

It's a lovely place to go for a Chinese or Japanese meal ....nice ambience.

Nice place to stay, nice breakfast, just one step to the mall, and there is a park nearby to work out

One World has many advantages. It is near Subang Airport. It is in the same building with a shopping centre which is touted one of the largest in Asia. It has a vast variety of F&B outlets. And the hotel room is clean, cosy, and mattress not too hard not too soft. Just nice. Hotel staff and service excellent. Breakfast spread could be improved though.

I am from Spore l have stay in this big hotel with my family .This hotel is connected to long shopping mall nice.The rooms are big n nice.

Talking about the buffet, Food choices getting lesser and lesser. No more Sticky rice Durian and Mango. Shushi are not fresh specially Salmon. And Pricey.

Suitable for people who don't know what to do with his/her money

Rooms are starting to look a bit tired. Service still good.

Many shops are already opened. However, distancing must be observed.

My first experience was better than my most recent stay. On our second night I couldn't sleep due to cigeratte smell coming from the toilet air vent. The housekeeping staff were very nice and tried to disinfect the toilet but a change of room would be ideal as it cost me a night of sleepless night. Must commend on the water slide for kids at the pool. Buffer was not bad but refill was slow and service crew didn't bother to help us when we sat under a dripping aircon vent and the staff didn't clear our table. Most of the other tables were stacked with used plates. More attention to guests would be appreciated.

Love this hotel!! The room is spacious..the bfast selection has a wide spread..the staffs are very nice and friendly...can go to One Utama shopping centre easily ..
only thing i dont like is..the ablution area is seperated from the surau..so we have to go to the toilet for ablution..

Nice staff and hotel is clean. The hotel is connected to shopping mall where you can spend whole day there. Breakfast have verity choice you can choose... Love it.

Five-star hotel in the center, you can walk past 1utama shopping mall

Love the decoration and calm. Suits for those looking for the right place to rest. The food quite good, and toilet very clean. Pleasant smell in the toilet. At night, there's entertainer. So, it will give more excitement. For the prayer's room, still okay and clean.

Overall experience is splendid.Except for very slow checking in.My check in time was surprisingly 1730hrs - 1800hrs.Reason is due to late check out by guests.Both my rooms 2005 & 2006 were not even ready at all.Anyways when we were checking in for another room,my son were actually eating at the Peridot club evening cocktails but the lady at the reception at the club floor insisted we need to pay for another guests as only room 2006 are allowed 2 adults but no extra person.Really........Already we were checking in late for our rooms but why can't the lady excuse us for another extra person...& come on we're talking about a child here.No choice since we need to pay extra then we would rather go out & have our meal .My son only took fruits but that cannot be excused at all..Though our stay was just the weekend,we never touch the food at all on the club floor due to pay extra charges for my child..DO YOU THINK ITS FAIR WHEN WE STAYED FOR THE 2 ROOMS...Still treatment was still the same like any other standard rooms as we never felt special staying at the club floor....But your restaurant at the "C" Floor waiter & waitress were excellent...Good services from them.Very friendly too...Loved their friendless...The next time I'm there I would rather book normal standard rooms connecting...That's all..I mean what's the point staying at the club floor when your staff can't give any exception for just 1 child dining in for free during evening cocktails..
Other than checking in slow & can't give any extend services from club floor,the weekend experienced were great.Massage chair were good after a day out tiring walking with my kids shopping ,Kidzania etc etc..Bed was comfortably good too...Except for the tv in our room was not fuctioning well.Cant click to other channels other then home,volume,putting the tv in & out of the cabinet..Online that I request for my room amenities were granted..Thank you for making my room a very special stay.Thumbs up to to reservation team especially Iqbal..

A five star hotel located in Petaling Jaya. Not only a place to rest but also a place to relax, you can go to sauna, spa, pool or to the gym to relax yourself. Located next to one utama shopping centre, so there's an access from the hotel to go there which ease you to go shopping for souvenirs or to eat out or to just watching movie on IMAX theater

Chinese food at the wedding banquet was good. So was the ambiance.

Old outlook but the rooms are very nice. TV channels provided are good as well. HDMI port available

Shower was good but the quality of the toiletries can be improved

Breakfast was awesome, chinese, japanese, indian, muslim, western food available

This hotel is kinda best and i got a time to meet a lot of artis here too

High End hotel inside the shopping mall. Very central in PJ Malaysia

Had hi tea buffet with the family at cinnamon. They have a really Wide selection of food from Japanese, and local cuisine. Place is big, service really good. Even had a clown entertaining the guest and found out on that day many were celebrating their birthday bash there. Would have been perfect if they had served oysters and sashimi too....

The room is beautiful, well appointed, clean, good for business travellers (ample electrical outlets). Staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
