One World Hotel Kuala Lumpur Review

I had my company dinner yesterday and it was awesome. Tasty and service is outstanding.

Room was ok, quite suitable for two people. Bed was a bit hard comparing to other 5 star hotel. Breakfast looks like so many choices but I personally didn t really enjoy it. Food was not yummy enough for me to pick up more. A good point of this hotel is the location which is connected to the big shopping center.

I stayed in this hotel from 26 June to 28 June 2018 in room 510. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very spacious. Nice hotel lobby. I stayed in their junior suite. Very spacious and room facilities are very well-maintained. Nice gestures like a complimentary cookies. Honestly, I was rather impressed by how the hotel is managed. Hotel is just next to a popular shopping mall that has many food options. Hotel breakfast variety was wide. Lots of options. This hotel has become one of my two top choices in Kuala Lumpur. Would definitely come back again. Am visiting KL again next week and can't wait to come back to this hotel again!

Horrible horrible experience with a rude guard shouting at us. He didnt know we were patrons and did not allow us to sit on the lobby couch. Complained to the manager on duty. Lamps in my room were not working and air conditioning was hay-wire. Please respect your customers one world hotel.

Access from office tower to shopping mall should be separated from the hotel. It makes the lobby overly crowded during lunch hour.

Service has improved much vs the last time I came. Comfortable business hotel in PJ with ease and convenience of being connected to an adjacent mall as well as public transport.

5 star hotel with the biggest mall in Malaydia or perhapd south esst asia next to it. Unbeatable location!

The service was good. But lack tidbits to be offered to patrons at the lounge

Came here for the buffet lunch (Cinnamon Coffee House) and the menu are really impressive with great taste. Come here with empty stomach and leave with happy stomach. The price for buffet lunch are not cheap but compensate with the wide varieties of food where some can be freshly made for you.

Excellent hotel which directly connects to one of Asia s largest shopping mall. The rooms are consistently well maintained and bed comfortable to international standards.
Amazing buffet breakfast spread with freshly squeezed orange and carrot juices, eggs cooked to order, espresso coffee machines, international spread with Japanese and local delicacies. Dim sum and porridge available. Noodle soup, laksa and Indian prata, Murtabak, Apom gladly made to chef s order.
Plenty of salads, pastries and desserts. However, the sinful Nasi Lemak with beef/chicken/mutton rendang, chilli hard boiled eggs, fresh cucumber slices, spicy onion sambal chilli gravy and crispy ikan bilis will always be my weakness...
After a mega-breakfast, it s time to pound the mall or gym for 10,000 steps daily target...

Celebrated friend birthday here. We had an enjoyable staycation.

The sanitation environment is very good, the breakfast selection is very much, and it is delicious.

Always love their buffet spread. Plenty of variety and food is reasonably good. Atmosphere is also a plus. Plenty of seating space and open.

Classy, conveniently located in the vicinity of main shopping centre. Suitable for business and or leisure.

Beautiful rooms, convenient location on one of the largest shopping malls in the world (!), Helpful and friendly staff. Nice lobby with often live music. Pure luxury.

I went to this hotel for seminar. The foods are good. The toilets are clean and for muslims, the surau also quite big and comfortable to pray

Pretty decent hotel with pretty well equipped rooms. Stayed in the Deluxe Room. Personalised greeting on the Smart TV which is nice. Decent sized rooftop pool with gym, sauna, clean shower rooms and facilities. Location is great because it's attached to One Utama so you're never short on food and entertainment options.

Stayed here from 07 to 11 March 2018 for the Kiwanis 43rd Asia Pacific Convention. The amenities are great, the staff were very helpful and our stay was very memorable.
