Excellently located next to a huge mall and an mrt stop! Hotel itself is great too!

Clean and convenience if you prefer to shopping while day. But sound proof is very bad, can hear sound of water pipe, the worth is my neighbor

A 30-minute drive from Kuala Lumpur city It is located next to the Wan Utama Shopping Center, so it is convenient to have Japanese restaurants such as ISETAN, Aeon, Uniqlo, and MUJI
It is a convenient location for excursions to Johor, Malacca, Ipoh, Penang, etc. as it is close to the Malaysian highway and has good access to domestic and international airports.

Very convenient hotel especially for coach travellers. The first coach bus service has a direct route from Singapore to the hotel. The hotel is spacious and amenities are aplenty. Also directly linked to lots and lots of shopping and dining outlets. Can stay for a a few days and may not cover the sprawling area. Hotel is clean and breakfast at the cinnamon cafe is good.

Always stay here when I'm in PJ. Love the big, clean, comfy rooms, reasonable rates, fast wifi, good service, amazing breakfast buffet, and how it's connected to the 1utama mall

Its ok for a night stay, but room cleanliness is a mere adequate. Stained table top and floor make the stay feel ergh. Improve on room cleanliness and customer service at reception is highly needed.

Attended a bank dinner function on 22/01/19. Waiter that attended to table no.39 showed he has been trained and has experience serving a table of 10 pax. Hotel atmosphere was pleasent as expected of a 4 and above star hotel. However what letdown on the hotel is it's ram going down to the lower parking floor. It looks as if the parking fercility was not design to take on wider body vehicles.

Serious car park constraint & bed quality sucks, kept making sounds as u turn and toss around -We recently stayed there at One World Hotel for 3 nights 4 days, with my family. The first day when we drove into the hotel, it was already an unpleasant experience, as we couldn't get any parking space inside their multi-level car parks even after driving many rounds. Then, we decided to enquire at the Reception and was informed by the Hotel's staff that they were having some functions hence, car parks become very limited. But no solution was offered to us as their Guest Hotel. Finally, we got no choice but to park our car at a Car Park space designated for other Car Plate's No. To our horror, the next morning, our car got wheeled clamped and we got fine RM50 to get it unclamped. This is the first time, we had such encounter during Hotel's stay. We thought the Hotel staff would have the courtesy to call us to move our car to any other available car park space. When we made a complaint with the Assistant Mgr on duty, Pamela, we only received verbal apology without any remedy actions being offerred to us...Will never stay there again nor recommend anyone to stay there unless you want to face the same car park constraint frustration like us & bad quality sleep due to the poor quality bed...

Check in is prompt and hassle free. Both room and bathroom are very spacious and well lit.

Excellent 5 Star hotel located in a prime suburb, has all facilities typical of a hotel in its category..attached to One Utama Mega Mall you can shop and eat till you drop, and if you can afford it check in to the hotel room...and continue the next day to shop, eat, involve in activities...soon water theme park...

Our Junior Suite room is very well appointed and comfortable. The Chinese restaurant serves great dishes and are reasonably priced.

We were given a variety of fruits on our first day here. That is a pleasant surprise.

There's a link to a big shopping centre (old n new wings) from hotel. A good variety n mix of shops. There's also an indoor playground in the new wing (2nd floor) to delight the children. Can provide at least an hour or 2 of fun.

I went there for a conference. The interior match its stars; it is grandeur, luxury & looks high class. The foods (based on the breakfast & tea break served during the conference) are tasty. However, the parking entrance is really confusing since it shares with another building beside; perhaps it should be labeled properly.

Always been staying at One World whenever I come to Kuala Lumpur for business. Location is perfect for me, close to Subang Airport and my customer are all within a half hour radius.
The hotel is 5 star and feels it although it's not in the city centre. Rooms are modern with convenient power access points and easy WIFI throughout the hotel. You get a bathroom with a standing shower and bathtub to relax in. The gym has good range of equipment in good condition.
Food at the breakfast cafe is satisfactory with a wide selection, though it can get pretty crowded at peak hours. Luckily the hotel is linked to 1 Utama mall which provides more than enough, retail and dining needs. It even has two cinemas.

Very clean and porsche looking hotel, provides great hotel room deals with one of if not the best buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in PJ area.

The hotel is currently situated within a construction area. It is surrounded by construction and the noise of it wakes you up super early. There's no way to sleep in slightly later on your vacation. You WILL be harshly awaken by those annoying noise pollution early in the morning and they would not stop throughout the day! I came for a relaxing holiday but ended up being stressed and agitated. I've also developed a cold after my stay due to the lack of sleep and bad air quality. I couldn't wait to get home on my second day!!!

The hotel also did not have rooms ready for check-in although it was past 3pm. People were crowding at the front desk with impatient faces. Although the front desk promised to call when the room is ready, I did not get the call and had to return to the front desk at 3.30pm to be told the room was ready earlier on.

I've been visiting this hotel for the past 7 years for their food, accommodation, business events, company dinners etc. The hotel's condition and services have only been going downhill year after year. Unfortunately, I'm sorely disappointed and would most likely not return to stay in this hotel.

Only negative point is location. It is outside of KL

It's okay. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is nothing special. It's main attraction is that it's connected to 1Utama shopping mall which is PJ's premiere mall. You don't have to pay the overpriced food at the hotel (RM42 for Mee Mamak!), just have your meals next door.
