First the only negative....the walls are a tad thin, so when neighbors are talking or watching TV you can hear them very clearly. Not an issue until it is late at night. But, that was the ONLY negative thing during my stay.

First, on Tuesday night I had gotten a cold. I called the room service line around 7 pm to see if they had chicken noodle soup. The woman who answered (I wish I could recall her name) was very pleasant and said that she would check with the kitchen to see if they would make it (despite not being on the menu). She called me back 10 minutes later and said that they would send a pot of chicken noodle soup and a sprite. About 30 minutes later I got one of the best chicken soups I have ever had, then the room service woman called back to check on me around 8:30 pm to see if everything was okay and she said it was complimentary. The next night she called me back around the same time to see how I was feeling, despite not being 100% I felt a lot better. I have never experienced this quality of service in a hotel and I cannot express how special that was.

Second, on my departure day I checked out, but I had a couple bottle of beer that I wanted to store in a cooler. The restaurant hostess was very pleasant and took my bottles and stored them in the bar cooler for me and a friend to get later. She was very friendly, helpful and sweet.

Finally, every person I encountered from the staff was pleasant, helpful and very courteous. I have stayed at the Omni Severin a few times new and I have to admit that it is starting to feel a little too much like home. Thank you so much and please keep up the good work.

Scenic views throughout the hotel. Almost every room has a picturesque view of the cityscape. Request a room on the top floor. They allowed us to check in early which was nice. Hotel bar was unreasonably priced.

This is a great downtown Indianapolis hotel right across the street from the Union Station convention center and just a few blocks from the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Pacers at Bankers Life Field House. The hotel connects to the Circle Centre Mall, which is also across the street. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant is good. There's a Starbucks next to the lobby. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Omni Serevin for two nights and had a City View room. The view was great, and the rooms were typical of a higher end hotel. In-room safe, refridgerator, and $7 bottle of water; however, there were bottles of water, a bag of chips, and dip (!) Provided gratis.

The view was awesome. We had a balcony facing north overlooking Circle Center Mall. Early November is not balcony weather, and no heating elements were out there so the space could be enjoyed. Luckily it was mild so it could be enjoyed with the proper attire.

There is direct access to Circle Center Mall, which was nice when walking back from Webber Grill. My two small boys enjoyed the pool. Serivce was great and attentive to our needs. Valet service was on point. Front desk was very helpful.

I did not try the consierge service, but I saw a couple rave about the recommendation the desk gave them. So, based on a small sample size, the service is good. I am looking forward to spending more nights there.

My husband and I stayed here in January 2016 for his birthday. The staff was excellent and friendly. They upgraded our room for our special occasion and have us a voucher for 2 free drinks while we waited for it to be ready. We will always make an effort to stay with omni hotels due to our continual amazing experiences!

Lobby is beautiful and staff was lovely. However, rooms are old and badly need updating. Beds have covers that are clearly not washed/changed daily. For the same price, the Westin is much nicer.

They went above and beyond. The rooms, as well as the hotel itself, are absolutely beautiful. They provided complimentary champagne and chocolate for our anniversary. Our balcony view was beautiful. They delivered our room service orders in a timely matter. Not to mention the location of the hotel itself is perfect. 10/10 Would absolutely stay here again.

In town for a show and our stay was great! Slept well in our comfy beds. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The shower and bath area was very nice and enjoyable. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. We will stay again!

Could not have asked for a better experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. View from the room was awesome at sunset. Bed was comfortable. Room was immaculate. Highly recomend the loft suite. Great romantic getaway.

Hotel was great! Amazing on the inside! Staff was incredible, especially Robin the concierge on duty while I was there. She helped arrange rose pedals and champagne in my room because I was proposing. Thank you SO MUCH Robin for what you did, it looked great!

The staff were outstanding. I had even made a mistake and booked the wrong room, and when I informed the front desk they were extremely inderstanding and professional, and upgraded me without any hassle. The rooms were EXTREMELY well done, I was staying in a loft king suite, and the view, bed, shower, it was all spectacular, including the in-room breakfast my wife and I shared. And it connects to the mall!

do not stay during a Convention. only 2 elevators per side, waited an avg of 10 min for one. Walls are thin and was able to hear noise from other rooms as well noise from the bar across the street.

A great hotel in the heart of Indianapolis. Staff made you feel welcome. Speedy check in. Apples at the counter for a quick healthy snack. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water when you need it. Extra thirsty towels and turndown service, excellent. I felt pampered. You can walk to the Lucas Oil Stadium or Bakers Life Fieldhouse. There are restaurants everywhere, only limited by your appetite. A mall is steps away, the convention center around the corner. But beware, the breakfast Buffett at the hotel is/was $24 per person.

Very nice hotel. Charges extra for Internet breakfast. Charges per person but also charges extra for cots for them to sleep on... Nice fitness room and pool. Great location and service.

This hotel is wonderful. The emphasis is on quality. Room was comfortable and quiet, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Make sure you sign up for the omni select guest, they throw in some nice things if you do. WiFi is slow at times but it's enough to get work done.

The Omni is an excellent place to stay. During my stay I was in a suite on the 12th floor that had an unparalleled view of Indianapolis. If you're a fan of the Colts, the suite had probably the best view of Lucas oil stadium in the entire city. Room service was top notch. And out of the hotels I've visited, none come close to the service I received at the Omni

Delightful experience from the moment we arrived, bags were taken put of the car and placed in the room. Check in was a breeze, and everyone was so nice! I had a lovely room on the 8th floor with a view of Bankers Life, Union Station, and Lucas Oil. Guest services went over and above, by bringing a small fridge to the room for meds, filling the ice bucket, and even came back with a couple of chairs for the balcony, and the room was beautiful. I slept like a baby. I will definitely stay again!

You cannot beat this location for a Colts game! Great amenities & even greater staff. Great value for your money. Pretty much only valet parking on site, though. Will certainly be back. Close to lots of food and bars!

Check-in, the lobby, and staff were all great. My singular complaint would be the noise from the street - on the 8th floor I could hear conversations on the sidewalk below. I assume the acoustics were strange between the buildings.

Such a nice looking hotel and super friendly staff, but that's the extent of it, it seems. Had a Deluxe room, but it was smaller than any room I've ever stayed in (that includes motel 6, days inn, red roof, super 8, etc) and I've done a LOT More

Wonderful experience, we hosted two events in the same day, All were executed flawlessly. The hotel staff work as a team, everyone was willing to help with anything, even without my having to ask. The food was delicious and the service level is top-notch!

I was disappointed in this hotel since it is supposed to be a 4 star. Although the staff were very nice, bed was comfortable & the location was great, the room was quite bad. There was no drawer space for clothes, the a/c was extremely loud & rattled, the bathroom tiny shelf was broken, the bathroom sink had several large cracks and pealing wallpaper. I went looking for vending machine to buy a water because the front desk was out and there were no vending machines. There is no place in bathroom to put anything. The place really needs to be updated badly. It was below average for the price and star level.

Great!

Stayed here on and off for Gen Con over last decade. This year (2018) the air conditioning didn't work. When I complained was basically told there was nothing they could do as the hotel was at capacity. Great location and staff, rooms and infrastructure dated.

The Omni hotel was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the food was amazing. My only complaint is with parking. The signs in the structure were not clear. it was quite a distance to walk from the parking structure, up and down escalators, across the street and around to the front of the building. Very poorly designed for hotel customers.
