Visited for a convention event. Seemed like a lovely hotel.

I love staying in historic hotels as they have so many unique features you don't find in modern hotels. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Very nice hotel with classic charm and modern convenience. Wonderful location in Indy downtown. Wonderful amenities and staff are all always perfect from valets to the desk to the waitstaff on the restaurant. My favorite hotel ever.

I would give it five stars but the rooms were a bit small for the price and full beds in the double room instead of queen beds was really disappointing, it was also really disappointing that there was no FREE WiFi!.. that being said... the people, the service, the way we were treated like billionaire royals, I've rarely experienced such special treatment and I have been to MANY fine hotels throughout the country and in Canada, several were Five-Star hotels, not Four-Stars like the Omni and the Omni Severin's service is an easy and clear stand-out! It will remain one of my FIRST choices any time I return to Indy!

A very beautiful hotel with very considerate employees!

The room itself was overly worn and smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke. The carpet was in threads where it meets the bathroom tile. The upholstery of the high backed chair in the room had threads coming off of both arms. The dark colored marble (or marble like material) bathroom sink had been broken numerous times and repaired with some sort of black cement. The run had stains and paint drops on it, and the caulk around it was hastily applied (think how hastily it would need to be applied in order for me to be noticing caulking at all). The bad was fine, as was the greatly overpriced room service.

Nice staff but facilities we're a bit lackluster for the price.

A great hotel in a great location. The staff makes this a special place to stay. Very highly recommended.

Overall a fantastic facility. Very beautiful architecture. The rooms however need some improvement and the bed was not comfortable at all.

Always happy here. Although it is a bit older but still nice here. Friendly staff and in the middle and the city.

There was a sticky spot on the carpet by the bed and the wallpaper was pouring in the bathroom, but otherwise very clean and nice! Check in and check out were super fast and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating!

Absolutely incredible service, treated us like gold, and went out of there way to be pleasing and accomodating. Had a minor issue with the taste of the food in the grille and got a call the next day from the restaurant wanting to know immediately how they could make the meal better and offered me a free meal to show us that they could do better. I've never been more impressed by a hotel and I stay at them every weekend for business. We'll be staying at them from now on, I could care less about the price --- they are worth it.

Check in is at 3pm. My family and I arrived at 2: 40pm and an hour later we are still waiting to get in our room. Thumbs down.

rooms are outdated, dark and our patio located on the 12th floor wouldn t lock, air stayed on and was very loud entire day...location is what sold us right next to convention center and nice restaurants

Excellent staff and we had a great time listening to the Grand piano in the lobby.

The staff was not very friendly. Our room for $269 a night was nothing special. Lots of dust in the bathroom, fixtures and furniture was scratched and dull. Wi-Fi cost $16 to use per night! I really enjoyed downtown Indianapolis. Will visit again, but not staying here.

The staff is amazing! The rooms are clean! The Omni is my go to hotel in Indy for these things! You will not be disappointed with your stay!

The service was exceptional with each request being met with a courteous response. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend the Omni to everyone.

Overall Great experience at this Quality Downtown Hotel

Each member of the staff seemed genuinely kind and helpful. The architecture of the historic portion is gorgeous; aesthetic structural design, ornamental iron railings, and decorative wood mouldings. The room (standard king) is, well, standard. The bathrooms are a bit small and dated, but not an issue.

Friendly service, waitress was nice, Buffett was a good value for $22

Very Good hotel for a night stay. Slow service at Starbucks though.

Does not worth the money if you are paying $200 for the size of room. Bathroom is extremely small and inconvinient.

Overall, i will not recommend this place for families with kids.

Beautiful venue. Our room had a few issues like the cold water tap had been turned off and the carpet around the bathroom was wet, but otherwise good rooms. Breakfast was tasty but expensive. Parking is very expensive onsite, would recommend finding a garage or taking a shuttle.

I know someone that works there. It was a great time.

Room was gross...dirty coffee cups, and a HUGE cockroach watched my husband shower. Ran outta there before I could even use the restroom in the morning, afraid to find more bugs. Drinks in bar were stupid expensive. Overpriced for quality.

Our room was in disrepair (see photos), no offer for compensation. Small pool, $18 drinks (yup!) And $40 valet. For those prices, I shouldn't have exposed power cables by the bed.

Loved everything about this hotel! Location was just a few blocks walking distance to restaurants, bars, the monument, the mall, the stadium, and even the canal gondola tours. Room was cozy and clean, with comfy robes and really good in room coffee. The cold fruit water by the elevator was a refreshing touch as well. Small bathroom and valet at $44 were the only minor unpleasantries.

The sink in bathroom leaks, the tub was filthy, the a/c ddnt work kelpt tryna make it cool but no. Turned it to fan no work, auto no work, both no work, hot n hot during bedtime. Woke up dripping in sweat. First time here at this jotel and look at it. Smh.

Came here for the Starbucks, which was very nice! But also for the bathroom which was extremely clean!

Located in the heart of downtown. Rooms are slightly smaller but very cozy and well maintained. No free Wi-Fi.

Beautiful hotel with amazing service for the price and in a great area. Right in downtown with great food around and a Starbucks in house. The rooms were nice, but the bathrooms were a little small and cramped. It was definitely a fancy hotel whose rooms did not rise to the expectations the lobby sets.

Rooms were clean, definitely okay. Pretty hotel. We spent a lot of time at the hotel bar. Drinks were good, prices were okay! Service wasn t great, we had to go to the bar for drinks. No one came to us. But over all good!

Service was great especially the gentleman that had to come up late in the evening to replace are safe. I did not get his name. But he was an engineer for the Omni Hotel very polite very patient he took care of us. Thank you again

WE HAD OUR DAUGHTER'S WEDDING HERE AND IT WAS AWESOME! Tara did a beautiful job making sure everything was in its place and just the way the bride wanted it! She made sure we were all calm and knew what we were supposed to be doing so that everything went smoothly. The venue is beautiful, the staff was so welcoming and helpful, from Michael who is one of the great valets, Terry who is the best bell hop who helped keep us organized and was so friendly and the housekeepers who keep the hotel so beautiful and Mulu who made sure our food and drinks were perfect! Thank you to those I didn't mention too. Everything went so smoothly, so glad we did the brunch-a nice time to tell everyone thanks and good bye. The hotel rooms were comfortable too! Thank you Omni for an incredible event!

Staff are amazing, check in / out were both a breeze, beautiful area. Parking is pricey but it is downtown Indianapolis, use Union Station garage as it seems to be the cheapest.

My daughter was sick so we just relaxed in the room. Very comfortable bed, accommodating staff, great room service.

The hotel is pretty but my showers were cold because the knob didn't connect well to the inner piece that turned it to hot.

Everything was 5 stars. Convenient location, incredible service, gorgeous room, fantastic bathroom, comfy bed.

Stayed here last night. There was no a/c in the hallway and it was not very cold in the the room. They even moved us to another room. Lobby was cold. Cleanliness was sub par.

I loved my stay at the Omni Severin. Great atmosphere in the historic hotel and the rooms are very well taken care of. The bars and restaurants within the hotel are a bit pricey, but the food and specialty drinks were worth the price.

This is a very generous 3 star review. Should have been 2. I like this hotel. Very beautiful. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. However, the room service is a joke. The dinner menu says it goes until midnight on Friday and Saturdays, so we called to order and were told we had to order from the very small late night menu. We asked why it said we could order until midnight and the guy said the menu must not be updated. Really??? Another thing, there is NO FREE PARKING. Why? I literally had to pay $46 for valet. This hotel is sooooo not worth $400 a night. But hey, nice bed.

Our son's wedding was in Indy this past weekend and the wedding family stayed at the Omni. The service that we received from the first day on through the weekend was excellent and we were treated nicely by all the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Wow great place to stay, one of my best nights sleep away from home.

Excellent hotel when it come to business meetings. I have been three times there and I highly recommend it. It is Omni quality and price! I would try it again next time I will be in the city.

One of the best hotels in Indy by far. The location is unbeatable, public spaces are beautiful, and the rooms are clean & comfortable.

Also a 10 star rating.excellent in all areas,but is most romantic feel for wedding's.

Great room, close to everything, sand the restaurant downstairs was fantastic. I will be back.
